a localização é boa bem próximo à estação. Guardaram nossa mala antes do check in e tinha banheiro disponibilizado. Não oferece café, mas nas proximidades tem muitas possibilidades de alimentação.

Nossa estadia foi boa, a propriedade conserva um ar de glamour do passado na arquitetura. Bem charmoso. Deram uma modernizada colocando um elevador panorâmico na parte central, ficou muito bom. Arrumação do quarto era diária, boas toalhas. Ar condicionado bom. Dois pontos negativos: no banheiro a pia estava entupida, a descarga não tem pressão e a ducha fica num plano muito baixo, dificultando lavar o cabelo...já o frigobar não funciona, a luz interna acende mas ele não refrigera, questionei na recepção mas me foi informado que o mesmo é somente para "guardar" snacks, que poderíamos comprar bebidas geladas na recepção. De resto tudo certo.

Arrived after 11PM so had to collect keys from across the road which was OK. It turned out we were given the wrong set of keys! Luckily, another couple arrived shortly after also with the wrong set of keys which turned out to be ours. Location is excellent but the breakfast included was light and uninspiring. The friendliness of staff was excellent though.

Local de fácil deslocamento, espaço muito bom, porém falta manutenção. Outra falta é um café da manhã disponível no hotel!! O pessoal da recepção muito atenciosos!

Hotel datato vicinissimo alla stazione. Camere con aria condizionata, bagno cieco senza box doccia. Il wc fa fatica a scaricare. Letto abbastanza comodo anche se la stanza che avevo dando sulla strada era parecchio rumorosa a qualsiasi ora,notte compresa. Portiere gentile che ha tenuto in custodia le valigie senza sovrapprezzi e fatto usufruire del bagno al ritorno nonostante avessi già lasciato la camera al mattino

スタッフがフレンドリーで、丁寧で、気持ちよく泊まらせて頂きました！ ガラス張りのエレベーターは古さは感じますが、レトロなおしゃれでテンションが上がりました！ お部屋はとても広く、2人で十分過ぎるほどで、快適でした。 ベランダが付いていて、すぐ前の道が見渡せて気持ちが良かったです。 バスルームの窓からベスヴィオ山が見えて、とてもキレイな景色です。 ただ賑やかな通りに面しているので、夜にもクラクションが鳴り響きます。騒音は多少気になりましたが、疲れている身体では眠ることに支障はありませんでした。 バスルームもとても広く、シャワーの水量も申し分ないです。 全体的に古いですが、お値段の割に快適で、とても満足でした！ 道を挟んで斜め向かいには、なんでも揃う大きいスーパーがあり、水や夕飯を買うにはとても便利でした。 駅にも近いですし、総合的に素晴らしい滞在が出来ました！ありがとうございました。

A acomodação é antiga, não era muito limpa (chão sujo e roupas de cama com cheiro duvidoso), a cama nao era tão confortável, mas como ficamos dois dias apenas cumpriu o papel. A localização é otima em relação a locomoção, bem próximo a estação de trem e 15 minutinhos a pé da pizzaria Michele. É bem barulhento e não parece ser muito seguro, mas isso é uma crítica geral a cidade de Nápoles. Para ficar poucos dias ela serviu pois foi barata.

It was a good hotel for our stay. The hotel was clean and the room was serviced every day including change of towels. Our room was large, air-conditioning in very good condition. Being on the main road, closed to the central train station makes the hotel a bit noisy during the day, but at night it quiets down. No much noise if the windows are closed. It would be nice though if they could provide some glasses or plastic cups for water. The surroundings streetsmay look a bit unkempt and daunting, but despite this we didn't feel unsafe.

The hotel was well situated, only 100m from the main train station. Very easy to find on the main road only 30m after McDonalds. The hotel is dated, but was very clean during my stay. The room was large, with a high ceiling and was very adequate for a one night stay. If you need to stay nearby the train station, this hotel is perfect.

The deadly sewer smell would be enough to disqualify them or have them shut down in an honest city. But, let us add the tv, safe and refrigerator didnt work. I gave them all day to attend to any. They did not. I left after night one. The room had no heat either and the noise was ever present and ear splitting. You wont sleep. I asked to change rooms 4x. They had many. They would not unless i paid 20e extra for a room that was vacant. I stayed here the year before. They did not remember or respect. It was ok then. I was going to book here again before this treatment. Not now. They are great business people. Not.

The room walls are so thin that if you’re next door guests talking or moving beds it’s making so much noises on night time, sometimes its sound someone knocking on your door . u can’t sleep on night time because of the noises. outside the hotel too many homeless people are sitting. so plz avoid this hotel.

Non lo faccio per la pochissima differenza di Euri ...ma penso che questa sia una ingiustizia vera e propria a danno del cliente. Si poteva risolvere tranquillamente il problema aveno il mio contatto ma non è stato fatto. Booked on line, given a reference to pay at the property, then i arrive at 8pm on the Friday night, only for hotel eden to say my order was cancelled without any information or forwarding email to say why.. I was then told by the staff to pay 181 euros to rebook my stay without breakfast, that's an extra 60 euros more than what I booked..he was rude and unpleasant

Nos ha pasado esto por no haber hecho caso a los comentarios de huespedes anteriores. Teniamos una reserva con hoteles.com desde hace dos meses y a las 12 de la noche cuando llegamos al hotel la habian cancelado sin avisar y nos vimos tirados en la calle sin hotel. Tuvimos que ir a otro mucho más caro. Gracias a que la reserva era con hoteles.com al menos nos han indemnizado pero el disgusto no te lo quita nadie.

スタッフがフレンドリーで、丁寧で、気持ちよく泊まらせて頂きました！ ガラス張りのエレベーターは古さは感じますが、レトロなおしゃれでテンションが上がりました！ お部屋はとても広く、2人で十分過ぎるほどで、快適でした。 ベランダが付いていて、すぐ前の道が見渡せて気持ちが良かったです。 バスルームの窓からベスヴィオ山が見えて、とてもキレイな景色です。 ただ賑やかな通りに面しているので、夜にもクラクションが鳴り響きます。騒音は多少気になりましたが、疲れている身体では眠ることに支障はありませんでした。 バスルームもとても広く、シャワーの水量も申し分ないです。 全体的に古いですが、お値段の割に快適で、とても満足でした！ 道を挟んで斜め向かいには、なんでも揃う大きいスーパーがあり、水や夕飯を買うにはとても便利でした。 駅にも近いですし、総合的に素晴らしい滞在が出来ました！ありがとうございました。

The hotel is old and the rooms need refurbishement. However, the main problem is the temperature inside. If sleeping at 18 C in winter is what you want, choose Hotel Eden. If not, go your way. Completely unhelpful staff. One receptionist just lied about fixiing the issue. The other, much more honest told me that for the price I paid (47 euros/ night in december), I should be happy to sleep in an unheated room. Really? According to him, there is no difference between heating and climatisation. Well, not iny world Othewise beautiful reception and elevator. aIf

Rooms are ok, outdated but very clean and liveable. The problem is the area around the property, is so unsafe, rubbish all over the place, homeless people and beggars everywhere, like 4 people tried to scam me and I was clutching my bag whole way to the hotel, convenient location to train station, I think if your visit Naples to use it as a home base to visit Capri, Sorrento, Amalfi etc it’s ok as your not hanging around the property often but if your coming to Naples to actually visit Naples I’d try to get somewhere near the old town and a safer and nicer place to use a Homebase for for visiting the coast would be Salerno, Salerno was abit rough around the edges but seemed safe and clean. I thought with the location and price it would be fine but I think I spent more on taxis because I didn’t feel safe walking around than I saved on choosing this place

I loved that it was right across from the central station and I was easily able to get to the airport, around town, and to Pompeii. I could tell they take great pride in the rooms being very clean. The lighting in the room is a bit dark but I was able to open my window during the day to brighten the room. Being a single woman traveling solo I felt safe in the area despite how it looks. I also like that there were plenty of places to eat and a grocery store across the street.

The hotel was well situated, only 100m from the main train station. Very easy to find on the main road only 30m after McDonalds. The hotel is dated, but was very clean during my stay. The room was large, with a high ceiling and was very adequate for a one night stay. If you need to stay nearby the train station, this hotel is perfect.

Arrived after 11PM so had to collect keys from across the road which was OK. It turned out we were given the wrong set of keys! Luckily, another couple arrived shortly after also with the wrong set of keys which turned out to be ours. Location is excellent but the breakfast included was light and uninspiring. The friendliness of staff was excellent though.
