Stayed 1 night

The room was very spacious which I liked very much! I would decribe it as modern luxury with mid-century modern and Art Deco influences. It also has a warm, boutique aesthetic with a slightly retro, sophisticated feel. The sleep area and bathroom are seperated by a sliding door. I think it was a great added feature for late night bathroom runs as the light is cut off from others sleeping. I love the floor was hardwood throughout except around the bed. You had soft warmth when your feet first hit the floor vs a cold shock. I loved that the vanity area was seperate from the shower and toliet. I loved the mirror had a separate makeup mirror and it had an open vanity shelving to keep your toiletries should you choose to. I loved that the shower had a bench seat and a hand held shower hose in addition to the oversize shower head. The only things that I found odd were 1. The one hand rail in the shower was oddly placed. I personally think it should be placed on the wall near the entrance where the bench is. 2. The bed sat pretty low to the floor. 3. My room was tucked away around 2 corners with long hallways, which didn't feel safe for a solo female traveler. I don't know if that is standard for this hotel if booked through hotels.com Overall, my stay was great. It was quiet and peaceful.
