The place has a modern look with modern furniture. There are some students in the shared areas since the place looks designed for studying. All of the students were very respectful and willing to help the tourists about directions. We arrived earlier than check in time and let us do the check in without restrictions. There is a cafeteria in the first floor that offers buffet breakfast for 12€/p. Which is good. The location is a little far from public transportation when arriving from the historical city at night. But the walking area seems to be safe, since there are some students around and people walking with their dogs. When going to the historical city, there is a bus stop almost in the front of the building. The reason why I didn’t gave 5 stars is because the room air conditioner is controlled by the lobby. The room temperature is a little high for me and could not be changed.

The place was clean and quiet. It is a little bit of a walk from town center (20 minute walk) but honestly for the price and place I didn’t mind it.

It was a great stay! Clean room and friendly staffs. Although, the route we took from the train station was rough, dirty and ghetto. We learned to use different routes which were much easier and clean. Only thing is the laundry facility doesn’t have detergent available for sale and the market in the area closes early.

We had requested to exchange on our towers for clean towels, and they said they would bring them the next day. Even when they made up the room, they did not change out the towels.

The air conditioning doesn’t work , bed was broken like literally broken , staff did not change to change it even after repeated asking and they did not give us another room and said they were full. The handwash soap was empty they did not refill. It was a terrible experience please choose a different hotel!
