My stay was fantastic. My room was very clean the whole place including the pool . Not to cold and it was not out dated. The staff was very nice. Coffee 24 hours and the breakfast spread was amazing everything you can think of . I will be returning and it was quiet as a mouse lol

The desk staff was terrific- very friendly and helpful. The room was clean, bed extremely comfortable, the breakfast buffet was outstanding, and the pool was great. My only negative comment would be the window treatment in our room- there was no blackout curtain or shade, just one flimsy shade that let far too much light in the room beginning at sunrise. I would have preferred a much darker environment so i could have slept later, instead of being woken up at dawn.

Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Our family was on for a funeral. We had a total of 4 rooms. The staff did allow one of our family members to check in early because the room was ready. They also allowed us a late check out. The warm morning breakfast was delicious. The coffee was wonderful and always available. Its a newer place and is kept clean. The pool was open until 10 PM and though small, offered some easy excercise. The pillows were wonderful!!

Shower water was not hot, so-so water pressure. Only place to refill water is the first floor in the gym. Ice machine was broken. The gym was very underwhelming and small. The shower products are "Dove" brand but they aren't refilling it with it since we use the same exact product. Couldn't adjust room temperature and its a wall unit so it can be loud. Pool was out of service. Bed was comfortable, room was spacious, and the breakfast was decent! Employees were all very nice. Overall, facility is overrated. It should be ~6-7/10, not >9/10.

The place and the room was sp clean. The bed and pillows were so nice. The tv, room decor, and the entire bathroom, all were so....new looking. Even the room window shade looked new and keep the room nice and dark. I slept so well that I woke up an hour early. I was so well rested. I am a truck driver,neo thay was a much needed good rest. The front desk worker, Ms. April, was very professional, kind, and has a great sense of humor. Fyi, so do drive in head first with a tractor trailer. Instead, back in (if you have the skills) or just park at next door property and leave a note in the window. Plenty of parking spave next door. Lastly, the breakfast was nice. Hot breakfast. The lady manaaging the breakfast area was nice as well. No complaints. I will definitely stay there again when in the area. I never knee Holiday Inn hotels were this nice. I think this partical hotel is either brand new or recently renovated. That must be why everything looker so new/clean. Or maybe the cleaning crew is just awesome.

The room was clean and quiet. A dirty and torn hand towel was in the bathroom underneath the sink, but the other towels were clean and intact. The bed was firm yet soft. The AC unit was complex to warm up to a specific temp as it was already cool outside. Despite these shortcomings, it was an otherwise nice, comfortable room.

Everything was great EXCEPT for a noise from the vent in the ceiling of the bathroom. It sounded like a very sharp banging noise. Thank goodness it didn't start until the morning after I woke up. I mentioned it to the front desk as I was checking out and she knew exactly what I was talking about, and said it was on the roof, but not a problem. If they know about this, why don't they fix it?

The bed and pillows are comfortable and I slept well the two nights I stayed. The room is also spacious and not cramped like other hotels. The breakfast was not good… I think the eggs are those boxed eggs, and the sausages smelled funny. There wasn’t much option for healthy eating. Th oatmeal was okay. They have yogurt (chobani), apples, bananas, those weird eggs, sausages, buiscuits, plain bagels, toast, and a couple of flavors of danish, as well as a pancake making station. The coffee tasted good, and they have 24h coffee/tea/hot chocolate. The gym has a few treadmills and bikes, a bench, and free weights. I didn’t use the pool. Overall, for the price, it’s a good place to stay. I think the breakfast should be improved though… I could only stomach a banana and peanut butter. Also, I think it’s situated next to some outdoor industrial plant so it smells outside, one day it smelled like cow & horse manure and the next day it smelled like gas manure mixed together. I know that’s out of the hotel’s control but if you’re sensitive to smells (I.e. pregnant), this might be nausea-triggering.

The property was very convenient for our purposes. My only concerns were a noisy air conditioner and the drain stopper got stuck that prevented the sink from draining. Fortunately it happened toward the end of our stay. Overall the staff was cordial and efficient.

Great stay. So comfortable, and clean. The bed and pillows were so comfortable, my wife and I rested really well. Breakfast was included, and it was good, lots of variety, plus coffee/ tea 24 hours a day in lobby. The only downfall was that our toilet kept running, the water. I kept fixing it, but it was annoying my wife when she wasn’t able to flush. We didn’t report it because we had already unpacked and did not feel like changing rooms.

Overall the service was great, however, I was contacted by the hotel stating that my room wasn't paid for prior to my stay. I'm in the process of trying to settle this manner. Upon check--in, the desk clerk stated my card was already charged by hotel com.

Stay was excellent. Only issue i had was asking for an extra hour the day or my departure. The clerk at the desk said we have alot of rooms to clean, my response was exactly you cant clean them all at once. He said manager would only grant 30 mins. That left a bad taste.

Extremely clean and quiet stay. Room was comfortable with nice amenities. Staff was friendly, personable and professional. Arrived late evening after a 7hr road trip, parking lot was lit well with spaces surrounding hotel. Location was somewhat tucked away from civilization which made it a quiet spot but really remote.
