Senses Riviera Maya Oceanfront Boutique hotel - Adults only

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was quiet and perfect for relaxing. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I gave it 4 stars as there were a number of areas that need to be addressed. Drawbacks - There is only one restaurant and the choices where very limited. I had to complain to the chef as the same menu was served three times during our stay. I must say that he did listen and changed it up. The infinity pool is the only feature of the property. However it does need a complete makeover. The pool has many loose tiles. The beach next to the property is not safe for swimming and has a lot of seaweed, but just down the steps on the one side you can walk a short distance to a safe swimmable beach. I understand that the property is under new management and a makeover is planed.

The front staff was rude. I paid for the all inclusive online and was told I didn't and had to pay again at the resort ( so did multiple people during my stay) there is no easy beach access. My husband cut his foot in their broken down pool. 1 beer available and same repetitive food everyday. Just don't do it

Best feature was friendly staff. Poor all inclusive option, not worth it. Poor Food choice and quality. Drinks served in plastic cups. Pseudo orange or pineapple juice made from obvious sweetener powder that tasted awful, no real juice. Cocktails: poor quality. Many food items on menu not available (funniest was not having guacamole), all variants of the same basic combo. Slow service, frequently forgetting items ordered or long to be served. Fries poorly cooked, sloppy. Elevator non Functional all week. Took 2 days to fix a faucet to have cold water running. Closest restaurants are 25 min away in playa del Carmen. Resort better looking on photos than reality, poorly maintained furniture. Beach Towels very old / used, need replacing. No social activities, the only adults only aspect is that there is nothing to do if you had kids with you. Music loudspeaker poor quality and only one playing at one end of the pool. Pool poorly maintained with many loose tiles. Small part of accessible beach on one side but many rocks making it difficult to swim comfortably. Other side of beach challenging to access (need to cling to walls and walk over rocks). Replacement of soap and shampoo in room inconsistent. Idem for mini bar. Welcome “Champagne” was in fact cheap and bad tasting sparkling white wine. Poor lighting in room (no light stand or master switch bedside control for main room light). Overall sufficient to chill pool side and read a book otherwise not great value for money

The place was not what it shows, there was no water for 2 nights of the stay, The water was yellow when filling the hot tubs. Was going to be a nice week to relax and to not be able to shower after a hot day is not what I call relaxing

If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is the place for you, but if you’re looking for entertainment, shops, and a little bit of fun this is not the place!!! You would have to get a taxi to 1 of 2 nearby places which is $30 back and forward!!! They only have two restaurants both for lunch, one for just lunch which closes at 5pm and for dinner it starts at 6pm and close at 10pm!! They have a small selection of food, no substitute and dinner changes every night it was 2 nights we definitely didn’t eat anything because we didn’t care for what was on the menu!!!! There is no arcade just a pool table and a dart board!!! A vending machine that only take pesos!! No water sports like it says and golfing was never offered as an amenity when it’s listed on the site!!! Plunge pool, and main pool was falling apart a serious renovation is needed!!! But if you can overlook certain things than you’ll enjoy your time!!!

Hotel was without power or running water for over 24 hours

Power outages, no beach access, limited food options. Not worth the money. Find another resort.

When we arrived, we were told that the elevators were out, and our room was located on the 3rd floor. Plunge pool on the balcony was filled with dirty water and hair. Room smelled like mildew. Only 2 restaurants, the one on the rooftop changed their menu once, and the snack bar food stayed the same. Waited over an hour for scrambled eggs and waffles during breakfast, food was cold the two times we did eat at the hotel, and everything closes early. No activities whatsoever!!!! Hotel staff kept offering us drugs. The hotel itself needs a complete upgrade. View was amazing!!!! Lobby staff were great and very friendly. Honestly I wouldn't waste my time or money here unless it were FREE.

Pros- Friendly staff/ attentive staff The room was nice Con’s-The property is very far from anything , certainly for the older crowd, no activities I’m thinking adults only pool parties good drinks definitely not ,when I arrived on the property there was construction men welding the water fountain, the room next door was under construction nosey all day , the pool was blocked halfway due to construction, while in the pool there was a guy on the other side corking and putting new tiles ,hotel is very outdated , although the food was all inclusive it wasn’t very good neither were the drinks … as lovely as the staff were will not be back

Property was not like the pictures. Needs serious renovations. Food menu can be updated, steak everyday breakfast, lunch and dinner is excessive. Pool dirty definitely got bv from it and there is no ice machine or laundry on site. Getting a ride from the resort to downtown Cancun and back was 125$ rip off!

The property can definitely go for an upgrade. Stains were definitely on the sheets and pillows. Towels not even white. The robes were definitely dirty or shall I say old.

The Staff was great, the property need some TLC, the pool wasn’t clean.

Outdated and not very clean. It seems to me that this used to be condos then turned to hotel. The bed covers smelled old and the bathroom had mold. The best thing about this place is the pool and that's it.

Room was always kept clean. The only way we received clean towels was to request towels from the concierge.

Originalmente reservamos dos noches y optamos por irnos pasando la primera. Desde que llegamos nadie nos recibió o dio indicaciones dónde esperar, pasaban de las 3:00pm y nuestra habitación no estaba lista. Nunca hubo WiFi ya que al parecer no funcionaba y la compañía no había ido a arreglarlo. En cuanto a limpieza, pedimos dos toallas y estaban sucias, la bata de baño dentro de la habitación tenía un cabello lo cual indicaba que no fue bien lavada. Las instalaciones se ven deterioradas, la decoración del cuarto deja mucho que desear y hace falta mantenimiento. A la hora de la cena se suponía era un menú italiano y al llegar sólo había dos charolas y ya sin comida, si bien volvieron a servir esto fue porque tuvimos que pedir por ello, lo cual siendo un “All inclusive” para nada cumplió en lo absoluto la expectativa. Lo único que vale la pena es la vista desde la alberca, eso si está muy lindo. Al momento de irnos había 4 personas en la recepción y lo único que hicieron fue cortar el brazalete sin preguntar por la experiencia o algo similar, no hace falta mencionar que nadie nos apoyó con el equipaje. No volvería honestamente.

No beach of their own, no beach chairs , no beach towels most of the time. One of the staff in the restaurant was very rude. No room service, no water one day. Shower had some mold around the edges. View was great, room was pretty nice.

El personal es muy amable, pero el hotel deja mucho que desear en cuanto alimentos y las habitaciones. Los alimentos son de malos a peor, hoy por ejemplo en el desayuno nos sirvieron huevo fríos y los chilaquiles parecían batidillo. La habitación aunque es muy amplia y podría tener mucho potencial, termina siendo mala ya que hay humedad por todos lados y da mal aspecto, las almohadas están horribles y ni siquiera son de una cama kingsize parecían cojines de sala, los espejos y llaves así como accesorios oxidados, incluso la plancha y soporte estaban en extremo deteriorados y sucios, valdría la pena que los retiren mejor ya que dan muy mal aspecto. La plancha incluso mancho mi ropa. Lo peor, la habitación tenía jacuzzi y dijimos que sería una buena experiencia para relajarnos y al llenar la tina vimos el agua turbia amarilla y pensamos que tal ve era agua tratada para cuidar el ambiente pero no, llenamos un vaso de agua y esta salió limpia del filtro por lo que dedujimos que la tina estaba sucia, nos dio asco y la vdd ya arruinó un poco la experiencia. En fin, no lo volvería a elegir creo que las fotos de la página web están retocadas ocultando o dando una apariencia que no es... el hotel tiene mucho potencial, buena ubicación, acceso a la playa pero por el precio/calidad buscaría otras opciones

Spend your money elsewhere. Too old and just has too many issues that the awesome view just can’t fix. Pros: Great views, small adults only hotel, nice sized room, very friendly staff that tried their best to get things working. Cons: our room was filthy, the floors were stained, hair in the bathtub, and bed bugs we had to spray with bug repellent. TV didn’t work the 1st two days and then the internet stopped worked for the last 3 days. The location is between Cancun and Playa Del Carmen, so close to nothing. There’s no rideshare, so the only way to get around is by taxi. And the pricing is way too high. It’s also down a very bumpy, DARK road, not safe. Since there’s no restaurant, you’re stuck eating the “all inclusive” food they prepare, which ended up to be just okay limited buffets. The food was the same every single day. The AC is stuck on freezer mode, and they lock it, so your options are freezer mode or off. The back slider was broken, didn’t shut and there was a gab in the actual window pain that allowed a steady flow of wind/rain. We used towels to plug this, as it got pretty windy and loud. NO blackout shades, the sun is bright in the morning and there’s no way to fix this, as the storm shades were also broken. Although the hotel is next to the beach, there’s actually no real beach behind the hotel, just rocks, so you have to go down stairs to get to the neighbors beach. The left side is easy, but the right side is HAZARDOUS, with broken stairs.

I booked a 6-night stay for my birthday and had to leave after just one night. The room was unbearably humid and covered in black mold, which immediately triggered my asthma. I messaged the hotel right away with photos and explained my health concerns. They promised a manager would speak with me the next morning, but he was conveniently “unavailable” all day despite multiple attempts. The front desk offered another room, but I was too disgusted and worried for my health to stay. I checked out by early afternoon and moved to another hotel. Since then, the hotel has ignored all emails from me and Expedia requesting a refund. Extremely disappointed, this place is unsanitary and unprofessional.

*DO NOT STAY* unfortunately this place was such a disappointment. We booked a 7day stay and had to switch rooms 3 times due to MOLD. The rooms are filled with mold in the shower, bathtub, walls, ceiling, & even the bed sheets. There is NO hot water, barely lukewarm if you’re lucky they told us that the boiler was broken. We didn’t get to use tub because the water was pee yellow (No Exaggeration) we brought it up to a worker and got the response of “that’s just the water it’s fine”. The toilet in our third from was running 24hr. There was nothing good about this place we thought the reviews were a little exaggerated and trust me they are not. This place is filthy they do not clean the rooms, sheets, or towels all the sheets were stained or with mold as well as the towels. There was maintenance workers walking around all day but nothing seemed to be getting fixed. The front desk staff do not care about what is going on in these rooms or if you are comfortable with your stay. There is no real beach access you have to climb down and over rocks with the water hitting against them to cross over to the beach it was very dangerous. The jacuzzi on the roof top don’t work they are never filled and look filthy. If you want to waste your money stay here but I would recommend spending a little extra for better quality and service.

We did not like the fact that there were very large water bugs in our room. We killed three of them. The food options were also very limited, but the staff was very accommodating and extremely friendly.

No hot water. Run down resort far away from everything. Drinks are terrible. Food okay. Rooms are huge. No pool towels. They ask for money to clean your room. Sheets and bath towels were stained and dirty.

The restaurant here is horrible. IF you get your food, great presentation but tastes awful. The snack cafe is closed at 4:30 so the restaurant is your only option for dinner. We walked out multiple times for waiting over an hour and other times for not getting what we ordered and when we got food it was cold and way overcooked. The only thing good at the restaurant was one waiter, Hernan. When we had him, our experience was better. Food was still bad but he took good care of us. The wait staff around the pool and in the snack cafe were great. On the site they show pictures of a beach with chairs and huts. This is the neighboring property, NOT Senses. No beach to speak of unless you walk to the public ones. The scenery is beautiful but I would never go back to this resort. The hot tubs on the property are empty, old and broken. If you want your balcony tub filled, you have to request maintenance to do it. We did that and they never came. Another couple we were travelling with did the same, never showed for them either. They couldn't plug anything in due to outlet corrosion in their room. Literally, sparks flew. You have to ask for everything they say they provide right down to water and a hair dryer. Half of the tiles are missing in the pool or get stuck to you when you get out. We addressed our concerns with the front desk and they did absolutely nothing. DO NOT STAY HERE - YOU WILL LEAVE DISAPPOINTED AND HUNGRY!! It's run so poorly, a shame really.

Pictures were very misleading there was not beach front to enjoy to walk on. A/C did not work very well at all. Plug pool that we paid to have did not work wouldn’t even fill with water. No transportation to shop without paying $300USD.

My partner and I stayed here for a week at the beginning of June. Overall we had a lovely time, it was very quiet and felt like we didn’t have to share the pool or restaurant with many other guests. We enjoyed the most of the food and drinks. The downsides were no wifi for the entire week, and my cell had no service in Mexico so it was very inconvenient. At one point while applying sunscreen in our room housekeeping just barged in without even knocking, we weren’t in our swimsuits yet so it was a little uncomfortable having someone come into the room while we were naked.

This resort is small & quiet for couples looking for an intimate experience. The staff was friendly and accomodating. The food & drinks were wonderful! The room was spacious, clean & the views & sound of the ocean all day!

Bartenders and Servers were fantastic. Christian, Hernan, Rafael and others were great. Property should mention WhatsApp is needed for any communication as rooms do not have phones before arrival. Limited dining options but food was good. Room is big but smelt musty. Sheets were visibly stained on arrival. Patio door very difficult to open and did not close/lock. On windy nights the wind would whistle through the doors. No frills here, great view. Nice shared beach. If you’re looking for a quiet no nonsense lazy vacation this is your spot. Did not enjoy massage therapist trying to book clients while dining for dinner.

Air conditioning in the room was non adjustable. It was either in or off as it controlled a the rooms which we managed fairly well as it was comfortable and maybe even a bit cold. Would we recommend the resort. Definitely. Would we stay there again. More than likely. We like to explore a lot more than we did so we will probably pick something a bit closer to town or at the very least along a bus line.

Positives: bartenders, wait staff and maids were exceptional. The beds are very comfortable. Food is very good with a different menu each night. Negatives: concierge service is not friendly at all. They have you text the WhatsApp for anything but they NEVER follow through with your requests. You cannot control the temperature in your room, you have to use the WhatsApp to get the temperature to be changed. There is always a dampness in the room so be prepared to wash ALL your clothes even if they are not dirty. If you even think you may use the pool on your balcony, you better ask as soon as you check in and it MIGHT get filled by the middle of your stay. Otherwise if you like a small quaint hotel on the water and don't require anything extra then this hotel is good.

If you’re looking for peace and tranquillity away from the crowds of tourists this is a beautiful little gem of a hotel situated right on the beach of the Caribbean Sea. The staff is amazing and super friendly - and the food was amazing!

Staff is amazing. I didn’t give 5 stars only because there was no way to get sun lotion, drinks, anything without leaving the resort. They have a vending machine but it only takes coins. Does not take credit cards. No store to purchase anything. But next time I will Be prepared with what we need before we get there. Yes we will return. That is how wonderful the staff is and how relaxing this resort is. Only one pool but only 38 rooms and adult only. No crowds. Food was great. I really did enjoy my stay.

We stayed here recently and did not enjoy our experience. We went as far as to call Expedia customer service and ask for a refund or to transfer to a different restore or something similar to our accommodations but were told that they couldnt help us due to Sense's refund policy. We did speak with the front desk about switching rooms as the one they originally put us in had an active water leak from a bathroom faucet. The hotel did give us an upgrade to "the honeymoon suite", although all this ended up being was an identical room but with a kitchenette with not a single dish or utensil in sight. I will say it appeared that they were starting to do some renos on some of the rooms, so hopefully some long over due TLC will help. This spot has the potential to be an awesome spot if some care and effort is put into its upkeep. They need to broaden their menu in both the snack bar and The Blend (roof top restaurant), they need to step up on the general cleaning of the common areas - we played a fair bit of pool while we were there and the same cigarette butt sat in the same spot on the floor for days, might still be there honestly. Some attention spent on grounds keeping as a fair bit of weeds were growing up through the bricks around the front fountain at the entrance, so its the first thing you see when you arrive. On the plus side a lot of the staff there was amazing to deal with, even with a language barrier, they still were great.

Traveled here from houston for my birthday… was promised a birthday gift/acknowledgement that never happened. Check in was smooth and Christian who helped was awesome. If I ever came back to this property it would be because of his assistance and attitude. Great worker. The property is beautiful but staff is very slow. Not all but most of the staff was slow. It would take 30 for fries and then they would come out cold. Breakfast Lunch and Dinner offerings were not good either. For an all inclusive it felt like there were no chefs involved in this food that was served. Stayed 4 nights and never once did they have internet. So I had to use hot spot on my phone. I did love the pool area and the hot tubs on the rooftop looking over the water. They also had an area with pool and darts and a few other games. I had an issue the first night with bed bugs and they moved me to another room where we had towels to dry off but no face towels or medium size towels. The outdoor pool on the balcony was never used and had not been drained from previous use All in all I enjoyed myself and made the best of it but this property was very disappointing in comparison to how it’s displayed online Another Note this property is about 30 miles from anything else so to be an all inclusive and not have a store onsite is not good because they do not have everything to cover all your needs

It WAS NOT all inclusive. Only breakfast and dinner was included. So had to pay an extra $200 for all inclusive. The food was good and fresh. There was cracks everywhere in the rooms and balcony. The pictures ARE NOT up to date.

Hotel is amazing. View and rooms are very beautiful. Stuff is great. Few people to must mention is Pablo. He is a manager. Without him wouldn’t be as good as we had. Paying attention to all guests and all details. Hotel should be proud to have manager like him. Another person is seasar. Idk if I spelled correctly. He is the servant in roof restaurant for bfast. Very hard worker. He should train some of the others servers. Dinner crew for that restaurant was also very very nice and professional I didn’t recall their names. Lunch cafe was great. The guys that served us was also amazing. They was paying attention to every one. Great service. Thank you

They made us pay on the front desk $200 each person for lunch & dinner for four days and that was disappointing for me because my package was ALL INCLUSIVE

We tried to cancel our reservation due to some reviews and we are so glad we didn't!!!! We enjoyed our stay at Senses very much and will be back! Christian who works at the welcome desk was friendly, welcoming and most helpful. The food was just excellent in both the snack restaurant and the dining room upstairs. The serving staff was so very friendly, professional and efficient. I lost my list of names I wanted to mention but there were two people who made our mealtime extra special. One was the middle aged gentleman who served breakfast and lunch. The other was a very well spoken young man who spoke perfect English and served at the dinner spot. Both men seemed to be head servers. You may recognize them but the entire staff was great. The views are the most amazing you can ask for. The rooms are very spacious and clean. There are a few upgrades that would be nice like the couch, but you can see they are working around the resort fixing, upgrading and painting. You can message via WhatsApp for any issues and the emails are responded to within minutes. All rooms are ocean view and pool view rooms are ground floor. Sitting around the pool was wonderful. Beach access to the north side is easy... beach access to the south side depends on the tide. We rented a car and part of the road in is rocky but nothing crazy. Resort is nestled among a neighbourhood and other resorts. We loved the size, location, meals and staff. Very relaxing stay. We will definitely return!

Water that came out of the faucets was yellow. Slow service at times and workers served certain people and walked right passed us. No immediate beach area and if you wanted the good beach you had to navigate slippery rocks, punishing waves and trash. We made the best of it but we definitely wont be going to this one again

It’s not walkable and restaurants closes around 10pm at night so if you’re hungry after that, you’ll not have access to any convenient store or restaurant

Need good renovation, food was great and staff was extremely friendly. For tourists only safe transportation is with taxi. Hotel is 2km away from main road with unsafe gravel road and no lights …

The property is nice very quiet, however there are NO activities. Just eating and drinking. If you want to relax on the beach with a lawn chair you would have walk to the resort next door which is completely open. My wife and I were very disappointed that there wasn’t any Mexican food choices. Everything is catered to Americans. Overall the resort is very relaxing and during our stay not a lot of guest.

Good review; The views for this hotel are spectacular. If you are looking to not be around people and have nothing to do all day, this is the right location for you. Pros- Friendly staff/ attentive staff The room was nice Con’s-The property is very far from anything , certainly for the older crowd, no activities I’m thinking adults only pool parties good drinks definitely not ,when I arrived on the property there was construction men welding the water fountain, the room next door was under construction nosey all day , the pool was blocked halfway due to construction, while in the pool there was a guy on the other side corking and putting new tiles ,hotel is very outdated , although the food was all inclusive it wasn’t very good neither were the drinks … as lovely as the staff were will not be back

Property was not like the pictures. Needs serious renovations. Food menu can be updated, steak everyday breakfast, lunch and dinner is excessive. Pool dirty definitely got bv from it and there is no ice machine or laundry on site. Getting a ride from the resort to downtown Cancun and back was 125$ rip off!

We enjoyed our stay at the property. It was quiet and perfect for relaxing. The staff was excellent and very friendly. I gave it 4 stars as there were a number of areas that need to be addressed. Drawbacks - There is only one restaurant and the choices where very limited. I had to complain to the chef as the same menu was served three times during our stay. I must say that he did listen and changed it up. The infinity pool is the only feature of the property. However it does need a complete makeover. The pool has many loose tiles. The beach next to the property is not safe for swimming and has a lot of seaweed, but just down the steps on the one side you can walk a short distance to a safe swimmable beach. I understand that the property is under new management and a makeover is planed.

Very nice staff. Poolside bar and wait staff amazing! Beautiful room set up and view. Very quiet. Water issues everyday with too hot, no hot or no water at all,restaurant staff very loud with their music when cleaning after hours every night, no tacos in this Mexican restaurant,very very limited food choices (same every night except one). Not enought poolside beds/chairs.

Positive: Adult only (quiet & peaceful for sure), the staff were amazing! Each & every one! I literally want to go back to see them lol - the best food was by the pool! I loved the room, the private balcony’s & jet tub! Negatives: The resort needs some updating- the pipes were screaming! Literally waking me up (I thought it was a boat - or construction) . They need new bedding (pillows smelt bad! Blankets are stained with makeup etc- towels and rags were old and worn). The restaurant had great service but the food was not the best - 4 out of 10 for me. The roof top Jacuzzis probably needs to be tuned up - the jets were weak. Overall: I would go back to relax and enjoy the people & the pool - now that I know what to expect 😘

Best feature was friendly staff. Poor all inclusive option, not worth it. Poor Food choice and quality. Drinks served in plastic cups. Pseudo orange or pineapple juice made from obvious sweetener powder that tasted awful, no real juice. Cocktails: poor quality. Many food items on menu not available (funniest was not having guacamole), all variants of the same basic combo. Slow service, frequently forgetting items ordered or long to be served. Fries poorly cooked, sloppy. Elevator non Functional all week. Took 2 days to fix a faucet to have cold water running. Closest restaurants are 25 min away in playa del Carmen. Resort better looking on photos than reality, poorly maintained furniture. Beach Towels very old / used, need replacing. No social activities, the only adults only aspect is that there is nothing to do if you had kids with you. Music loudspeaker poor quality and only one playing at one end of the pool. Pool poorly maintained with many loose tiles. Small part of accessible beach on one side but many rocks making it difficult to swim comfortably. Other side of beach challenging to access (need to cling to walls and walk over rocks). Replacement of soap and shampoo in room inconsistent. Idem for mini bar. Welcome “Champagne” was in fact cheap and bad tasting sparkling white wine. Poor lighting in room (no light stand or master switch bedside control for main room light). Overall sufficient to chill pool side and read a book otherwise not great value for money

Property was dated and very limited. The idea of all inclusive doesn’t apply if we only get 2 places to eat and drink but only for a specific time of the day. After 10 and before 7 we had no food unless we saved it from before. The menus never changed either, we had one restaurant for breakfast lunch and dinner and it was the same choices. The wait staff tries to make sure we’re good with what they have so it’s really not they’re fault but they need to do better.

The property is a dated but SPACIOUS. There is a snack bar that closes at 4:30 and 1 restaurant in which you have to order from a menu and they take the menu as if you won't want anything else. Again ,all inclusive sir/ma'am. I will say the limited food offered was good. The restaurant is not open at all times so choose your limited snacks and meals accordingly. My husband and I have traveled to MANY All Inclusive resorts but NEVER to one like this. All the drinks are watered down and you have to pay extra money for any premium drinks so bring your wallet. There is no shuttle from this resort. There is a busing but even to get to it, you would need a taxi because the roads from the resort are not safe. Senses is in a secluded area. There is absolutely NOTHING around it but a couple of other resorts. You will have to go next door to enjoy the actual beach because the area in front of senses is very dirty. The steps to get to the beach are VERY dangerous so be careful. We took a taxi to the nearest store and it cost us $ 34 dollars. ALL the rooms are pool and ocean front so don't fall for all the glamour of spending more money. Non of the sliding doors on the balconies work. We called to try to get it fixed and maintenance came but said they would be back the next day to fix but never showed up. The relaxing pool was sooo damaged that we could not use it. We spoke with some of the other guests and they had the same issues we had. We won't be back. The staff was great!

Definitely has potential but it did not meet standards, compared to other all inclusive resort we’ve stayed at. Senses only has one restaurant and one snack bar. We spent a full week there, and ate the same food every day. The dining option for an all inclusive was way too limited. Another issue we had was the towels were stained. Every single towels that they gave us, down to the robes were stained. We also had to ask them several times to change our sheets. The pros were definitely their amazing staff, specifically the dining and snack bar staff. The front desk staff were also great! The room was also as advertised; the view was absolutely breathtaking.

If you’re looking for peace and quiet this is the place for you, but if you’re looking for entertainment, shops, and a little bit of fun this is not the place!!! You would have to get a taxi to 1 of 2 nearby places which is $30 back and forward!!! They only have two restaurants both for lunch, one for just lunch which closes at 5pm and for dinner it starts at 6pm and close at 10pm!! They have a small selection of food, no substitute and dinner changes every night it was 2 nights we definitely didn’t eat anything because we didn’t care for what was on the menu!!!! There is no arcade just a pool table and a dart board!!! A vending machine that only take pesos!! No water sports like it says and golfing was never offered as an amenity when it’s listed on the site!!! Plunge pool, and main pool was falling apart a serious renovation is needed!!! But if you can overlook certain things than you’ll enjoy your time!!!

The food definitely needs improvement you can tell that management told them to cut back and water stuff down Some of the worst food I've ever had. Breakfast was just okay The first night we were there we ordered appetizers coconut shrimp for 12 bucks a piece and you gave you two little shrimp each that was their idea of appetizer

If you want to simply relax, this property is for you. Great staff, good food and beautiful scenery.
