Four Points by Sheraton Flushing

The customer service is amazing. Kelsy very personable, welcoming and accomodating. There pool was closed and the staff Kelsy and Brian went over and beyond to assist my need to access the pool and amenities at there sister hotel. I highly reccomend staying at their property.

Clean comfortable room. Bed and pillows great. Hotel itself quiet but outside not so much as our room faced the street. Nice workout room but need more signage on equipment to wipe down after use. Wanted to go in pool after work out but not open til 9 am. We saw a lifeguard on duty last night. Con: Too scented in lobby Pro: Complimentary shuttle to/from airport. Close to restaurants Price good Will definitely stay again.

The area looked a bit sketchy but the hotel was beautiful. We easily walked to the subway station and headed to the Mets game. Rooms were decent size and beds were super comfortable. First hotel I’ve ever been to that you can’t use the pool because there wasn’t a lifeguard. Every other hotel doesn’t have a lifeguard and we are responsible for ourselves so kids were disappointed with that. Valet parking was easy. No breakfast included.

The hotel staff and hotel itself is amazing, everyone is friendly and helpful.Housekeeping helped me keep my room clean for the 4 days I stayed. I’m giving it 4 stars because Shuttle Staff isn’t friendly, when arriving to the airport this lady left us although she saw us and then leaving from hotel to airport we waited an hour although we made reservation through front desk the day prior.

Inside the hotel is beautiful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shuttle service to and from the airport was just ok. Worse when we arrived and needed to get to the hotel. We were not told the shuttle only picks up on the hour. That would have been helpful rather than standing in the cold for an hour.

Loved everything except the parking situation. To have to use Valet is absurd!!! And it took forever to get our car to go in and out of property. That is very inconvenient! And to pay 40 per 24 hours when we weren’t even there that long is crazy as well. Check in is at 3pm and out is 11am. That’s not 24 hrs.

Flight got cancelled and we needed a hotel close to LGA for the night. Nice hotel. Clean/quiet. Shuttle only runs hourly but otherwise no complaints. In the heart of Chinatown so some good Chinese restaurants nearby.

Airport shuttle was great - we did not have to wait long for it to arrive. Driver was friendly. Room was nice - clean. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. The food at both restaurants were good.

Room was ok except the shower tray was very dirty. Staff didn't see me as a Customer and didn't get a welcome or a thankyou for staying when I left, the breakfast was very limited and mostly cold

I will be making a formal complaint to the hotel AND to hotels.com.i took a picture of the filthy foul brown water. your staff at the front desk in the morning leave a lot to be desired too. We weren’t asked how we slept or how we found out stay.when I told him what troubles we had, he made no attempt to apologise and acted half dead. Disgusting.

Excellent Hotel, Clean and fresh!

The room was almost spotless, one stray hair in the bathtub (not a great problem) and a very slightly stained pillowcase. An overly sweet and sickly smell in the reception area. Otherwise I was more than satisfied with this hotel. Grandchildren had fun in the pool. Reception staff were kind and very helpful. Room was lovely, king bed very comfy, elegantly made up. Bathroom spacious and well appointed with (wait for it) an actual bathtub. Felt very spoilt especially after spending 5 x as much on a rubbish hotel in Manhattan. Loved it.

Great place but garbage can by the coffee pot needs to be clean really bad, the odor was horrible making a cup of coffee

Helpful staff and amazingly clean rooms

Very clean hotel with extremely helpful staff. Was about a 10-15 minute walk to Main Street, Flushing subway station where we got the subway 1 stop to Citi Field for baseball and was also about a 30 minute ride into Central Manhattan. The hotel area was very quiet, Main Street was very lively but even returning at 11pm we always felt safe

Easy check-in process. Water and coffee always available. Room was clean. Overall, hotel was clean. Valet parking was always quick. Did NOT like the barn door for the bathroom, especially when staying with multiple people in the room. No bathroom fan to help with humidity. Walking distance to many restaurants, coffee shops, and shops in China Town.

This is a very comfortable hotel with nice rooms and great beds.

Walls are shallow. Can hear everything from bathroom and room next door.

I booked a king size bed, but was given two full size beds. Otherwise, the staff was good, and the amenities were fine

Comfy large rooms , nice bed, nice shower . Clean modern

There was a problem with the AC control unit. As a Floridian, waking up to62 degree room temperature and being unable to regulate it was a bit of a shock. Engineering was unable to resolve the problem while we were there and there was no offer of another room

The hotel room has very poor sound insulation. At night, the party in the room next door was extremely loud. During the day, children were screaming and running up and down the hallway. There was no way to get any rest at all. It was a terrible experience.

The worst and the only hotel I barely/didn’t slept during my 3 nights stay.I’ve traveled internationally/domestically all my life and I’ve never experienced anything terrible like this. Hear me out, if you are someone looking for a good night sleep and have normal hearing, avoid at all cost and don’t say I didn’t warn you! The doors opening closing along the hallway and people chattering outside could be heard consistently inside the room making sleep impossible. Also, if you are placed near the housekeeping room, expect to hear movements, vacuuming in the afternoon, if you’re trying to catch up to sleep, don’t even expect that. They posted soundproof rooms yet it is not at all-this is customer misinformation. Customer service is also a hit or miss.Then, there’s this nonstop intermittent sound not sure where it is coming from, that made my sleep nearly impossible. This is the very first time I am writing a terrible review of a hotel as all the hotels I’ve stayed at (no exaggeration) did not have any issue like this.I’ve stayed in hotels even the busiest cities in the world like Tokyo,Manila, Frankfurt to name a few) but all those, I had a good night’s sleep. Slippers aren’t provided in this hotel which puts them to shame being a Marriott Hotel. It is painful I have to spend for a room that was supposed to give me rest but that money just went down the drain. I reached out but they just dismissed my concerns and seemed not to care at all as if this was nothing. Never again!!!

Great spot for a family trip! We stayed here with our family and really enjoyed it. The room was clean, comfortable, and had plenty of space. The area was quiet and felt safe, which was perfect for traveling with kids. Staff were friendly and helpful, and everything went smoothly during our stay. Would definitely recommend this place to families visiting the area.

ROOM WAS NICE AND ORGANIZED. STAFF REQUIRE TRAINING AND GUEST SATISFACTION ATTENTIVENESS. WAS NOT ALWAYS PLAESANT WITG THE STAFF TREATMENT TO FELLOW GUESTS AND MYSELF

Our first day there my girlfriend and had an appointment in NJ at 8am. We left very early cam back around 3pm our room was not made up no clean towels or anything. The next morning we were spending time together intimately and at 9:15 am I had housekeeping open my door after just a quick knock. I spoke to the people at the front desk. They apologized and they said we could stay later. We went out for breakfast and some shopping came back to rest. At 12:15 a hard knock at the door woke us up. And some guy from house keeping told us we had to leave because check out was 11am. So twice in 3 hours house keeping screwed up my day. I was supposed to have the manager email me but never heard from them. This was out 4th or 5th time staying here we liked it very much. But we will no longer stay.

Front desk folk were friendly and efficient. Room was clean and comfortable. I really appreciated the great service and the food recommendations.

Can’t believe this hotel hire an unspoken person to be frontdesk. July 3rd, 8pm, I arrived the hotel and check in. The gentleman in frontdesk say none word to me even I said “hello”, no response. I was so movie that the hotel provided an opportunity to unspoken person to earn money to support their life.

Check in was slow but made very pleasant with the help of a very friendly check in staff namely Jordan and Jade. Jordan did everything to make my check in experience less stressful and gave me a gift pack at the end.

A very clean establishment very top quality hotel. I am looking forward in the future to returning back excellent customer service

Easy access to airport by shuttle. The area is not touristic at all, most of it car workshops.

Great property Not much around it I recommend it if you prefer Ubering vs walking

The property was very nice, however the location was very inconvenient and not what we wanted for our vacation. Tge area seemed to have been an industrial whole sale area .

The hotel is in a great location, just 10 minutes from Main Street. Everything was very clean, the staff were super friendly, and they even offer airport shuttle service. Very convenient and well-managed — thank you for the excellent stay!

Definitely recommend this hotel located in vibrant Chinatown in Queens New York. Conveniently located to the trains and subways, easy access into the city.

I was flying out of LGA after a run through NYC. Hotel is a 10 minute walk ftom the Flushing Station on the Long Island Railroad.

Room has nice bedding and was very clean. Front desk staff was nice and efficient. Bathroom has great shower. Location is not great and the staff wss not able to provide dining information. Street parking is impossible and valet parking is $40 per night....RIDICULOUS!

Property was nice. Very convenient to the subway. Staff was friendly. Surrounding area outside the hotel dirty but not unsafe. Restaurant/bar closes too early. Other than that it was a good stay.

The breakfast was supposed to be included and it was not. Cost of a displeasing breakfast was $17; did not taste good!

Hotel was super clean and spacious in the middle of Asian community lots of authentic Asian food but the best spot was at a local deli Domand Deli they had the best bacon egg n cheese !!

Good for an overnight stay at the airport, but don't count on property restaurant. Having stayed here multiple times the hotel itself is clean and comfortable with a reliable shuttle to LGA. Area around the hotel is a bit dicey so we relied on the restaurant downstairs which has gone down each of the past times we stayed there and this time was very expensive for terrible food and service. We will find another spot with a better dinner option for our next trip.
