This hotel is very old and not in good shape. There is no elevator so be prepared to carry your bags up the stairs. The staff was pleasant and helpful, but this is not a hotel for a long stay or vacation. It is good for a quick sleep only. No amenities.

There is no elevator and it has 3 stories. The blowdryer didnt work and the A/C barely kept the room cool. Very expensive for low quality accomodations. Front desk staff was nice, though. All that said, it's a 6-7 min drive to SeaTac.

This facility does not have an elevator. If you cannot climb stairs, I recommend you call ahead and ask them to reserve a first floor room. They were very friendly and accommodating, but I got the last first floor room. They did offer to help carry my luggage upstairs.

I thought that flight parking was included based upon the information but this is not the case. They will only accept CASH for parking fees which seemed really sketchy so I decided to just park at airport instead.

There does not appear to be adequate signage for the breakfast room. Also, signage on the courtesy van is unclear; van is marked "Park 'N Fly" in big letters and "Sutton Suites" in small letters on a separate small sign.

I booked a room for my Mother for a night, she got there and there was no elevator for her which was difficult for her, she had no coffee pot, the room was very dingy and outdated, and she said the pillows were awful. The only thing she was good with was it was quiet. Sad cause online it looked ok, lesson learned

This is an older property, the free airport shuttle pickup went pretty well. No elevators so be prepared to haul luggage. Staff was friendly and helpful. Drawbacks Morning breakfast consisted of a loaf of wheat bread for toast. 2 kinds of cereal and hard boiled eggs. I walked to subway for breakfast. The cruise shuttle didn’t happen because driver was ill so I had to book a $70 uber. WiFi was good. All in all I think they are trying but improvement is needed.

We stayed for one night prior to a cruise. We had to return a rental car and do some laundry so the location and washing facilities were perfect. there is not really anything to eat near by if you do not have a car but we picked up some food before returning the car and had a picnic in our room later in the evening.

First off the description is inaccurate. We booked a business suite as listed. They knew 5 people were coming and failed to communicate they could not accommodate that properly. Expected 2 queen beds and a sofa in which we paid for. Get to our room and see there is no sofa. Called the front desk and the gentleman did not want to help us, had us hold for the nice girl downstairs that checked us in to help us. Apon speaking to her she stated theres nothing they could due and could not provide a roll away bed or anything because there was too many beds in the room? Asked for several blankets and pillows to accommodate our children and was brought 1 pillow and 1 blanket. Parking lot is scary. Broke down cars and felt our vehicle was unsafe. Breakfast was grab and go with cheesy breakfast. Our teens ate nothing they gave. Beds were extremely hard. 2 pillows to a bed which are very flat pillows. Bedding seemed clean. If you need longer for a period of time id book elsewhere but if for a few hours and to sleep uncomfortably id go here. We wont be back unfortunately. Hallsways smelt musty or mildewy. A/c in room was not cold and could not reach anyone on the phone when we called several times. If you check in late the late person was no where to be found. (There was a sign stating they were out doing shuttle and be back in 15 minutes) The check in gal was nice and was very pleasant to deal with.

The pictures online are very deceiving. It looks newer and clean. The hotel was dirty; hair in the tub, moist bedding and smelled like someone was vaping. I spent a bit more to get a decent hotel, but was a bit disappointed. No coffee in the room, the staff is clearly short staffed so they run shuttle and counter (not their fault!). The even crew was great, but the morning staff wasn't pleased to deal with people. For this price, I would expect a decent place. I travel a lot, but don't plan on staying here again.

If its an absolute must stay then don't plan on getting a good nights sleep. The room smelled of mildew. Bed and pillows rick hard. Floor felt disgusting we kept our shoes on. Just not worth it.

This property is not what it seems. The old Super 8. Booked 3 nights. Left after a couple hours. Expedia helped us get the other two nights refunded. Smoke detector hanging in pieces off wall. Black mold on ceiling. Something on the screen of TV. Stains on covers. Pungent smell. Again, avoid. Not a hotel. Three stories - no elevator. An RV plugged into the building. Avoid at all cost. It cost me 250, but at least was able to cancel the remainder of the stay.

Very run down. The toilet seat was easily noticeable not clean. The pillow covers also looked like they had not been changed. Found a few eye lashes and black smudge on one. Gross.

This is an older property and it needs a facelift but the rooms were clean and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast offerings were slim but it was free. It was fine for one night when flying out of SeaTac. I would stay again.

The people were friendly, but the room felt as if I were in a basement and smelled really musty. Linens were tired looking, and I don’t think they’ve replaced blankets since the 80s. I’ve chosen not to stay again on my return. It looks as if they tried to update the place, but it looks as if it was a do it yourself.

The front desk employees were not at the desk and took quite a while to appear both times we needed help. Our new hotel keys/cards did not work. The room was dirty. Bed was incredibly uncomfortable. TV is not in front of the bed (it can't be - there's an obstructive, random wall there) but instead is oddly placed in a corner. All-around inconvenient hotel. And the area is unsafe.

The guest service was really good. Staff is really friendly and helpful. The room was clean and very spacious. There was a mini fridge/freezer in the room which was very nice. The bathtub was very spacious as well. However, the bed was extremely uncomfortable. As was all of the other furniture in the room. Be aware that there is no elevator in this hotel and there is 3 floors of rooms.

The rooms were clean but the wifi wouldn't connect with our devices. One of the bathrooms had mildew and cracked paint on the ceiling over the tub. The breakfast offerings were very meager and did not include any kind of fruit or juice, just carbs.

Stayed one night and it was great for what we needed. Dropped our rental car and could have shuttled, but it was so close we actually just walked. Room was clean and nice, AC worked great, and bed was comfortable. The breakfast left much to be desired, but really, the value was still worth it for the price. Transfer to the airport was easy - we just requested a drop-off time at checkin. Wouldn't have an issue staying here again.

They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The transportation team is excellent. Quick pickup from airport, and only $25 pp to Pier 91. Even said they picked up and could take us back to the airport after the cruise. Breakfast was good. Hard-boiled eggs, cereal, pancakes, and the trimmings. Hope to stay again next year for my cruise.

This hotel met all our basic needs for the price. Very close to SeaTac. The only thing that stressed us out was that the shuttle to the airport did not leave as scheduled and the driver was nowhere to be found. 11 minutes later he comes out with coffee in hand. We had a scheduled Seaport appt and thought we had built in enough time but stressful because we are not familiar with the airport . Wish we had jumped in an Uber.

The only thing that stressed us out was that the shuttle to the airport did not leave as scheduled and the driver was nowhere to be found. 11 minutes later he comes out with coffee in hand. We had a scheduled Seaport appt and thought we had built in enough time but stressful because we are not familiar with the airport . Wish we had jumped in an Uber.

I was never picked up at SeaTac for my stay at this hotel!!! On my first call someone answered and said they would pick me up; after waiting almost an hour at night in the cold, I finally called a different hotel!!! They picked me up within 10 min. I will not pay for a stay I didn't get!!!

It was very practical as a hotel for solo traveller. Staff were very nice and helpful. Everything was functional and clean. They provided a simple breakfast (cereal, bread, jam, egg, juice, coffee and pancake machine with batter). However, I didn’t feel safe walking around at night in the area. The nearest train station is about 20min from the hotel. Also, I had a hard time closing the door from the outside. Normally, once you lock the door, it remains locks. However, I was able to open the door after pushing it. I couldn’t leave my valuables due to the door. In overall, as long you are vigilant, everything is good with the hotel.

We stayed for one night prior to a cruise. We had to return a rental car and do some laundry so the location and washing facilities were perfect. there is not really anything to eat near by if you do not have a car but we picked up some food before returning the car and had a picnic in our room later in the evening.

They went out of their way to make sure we had a great stay. The transportation team is excellent. Quick pickup from airport, and only $25 pp to Pier 91. Even said they picked up and could take us back to the airport after the cruise. Breakfast was good. Hard-boiled eggs, cereal, pancakes, and the trimmings. Hope to stay again next year for my cruise.

The place is older but it was ckean. Breakfast included was average. Staff was friendly and we used them for free airport pickup and paid for shuttle to cruise ship which was less expensive as Princess wanted to charge. Driver was cautious and cautious.

Stated it had breakfast, their breakfast consisted of toast, pancakes, stale cereal, apple juice, coffee. No fresh fruit or yogurt. Very meager to be called breakfast. When sitting outside on their patio a car of people drove up and asked if I was selling drugs. Didn't feel safe.

The rooms were clean but the wifi wouldn't connect with our devices. One of the bathrooms had mildew and cracked paint on the ceiling over the tub. The breakfast offerings were very meager and did not include any kind of fruit or juice, just carbs.

Clean room, well kept. Nice bed, quiet even on a fairly busy road. Shower water was hot to start with be became luke warm half way through the shower. Breakfast on a 10 point scale was 0.5 not inviting in the least.

This is an older property and it needs a facelift but the rooms were clean and the staff was extremely polite and helpful. The breakfast offerings were slim but it was free. It was fine for one night when flying out of SeaTac. I would stay again.

This is an older property, the free airport shuttle pickup went pretty well. No elevators so be prepared to haul luggage. Staff was friendly and helpful. Drawbacks Morning breakfast consisted of a loaf of wheat bread for toast. 2 kinds of cereal and hard boiled eggs. I walked to subway for breakfast. Clean quiet room. Washroom was spotless clean with plenty of hot water. Bed was comfy with clean sheets and many pillows. Staff were very helpful with pickup and drop off from airport. Stored my luggage safely. Hotel close to 1-Line (14 minute walk) Hotel is a little dated and has some rough spots but its very affordable and I felt safe to stay there. Parking available and also has long stay parking when going on cruise. They will also drop off and pickup cruise passengers for a reasonable fee.
