Had the most incredible stay here. The hotel looks brand new, smells amazing and all of the staff and the service they provide is top class. The spa and gym are excellent, gym is very well equipped with everything needed to have a great workout. The pool, jacuzzi and steam room area are great to spend a morning unwinding in. The rooms are large and spacious with all the amenities needed and beds are large and comfy. Finally the breakfast was amazing. Really enjoyed our stay and will definitely recommend this amazing hotel to others.

Amazing stay at the Westin. It was so close to the tube station and walkable distance to sight seeing. One of the best stays and the staff were amazing, very helpful- particularly Shanine. And the Heavenly spa experience was one of a kind - it is free for the guests!!!

Everything was great, Would have given five stars in all areas but room service was poor, although I did get an apology and chocolate and no charge. So call it 4.9 stars. Great location because it’s quiet but has good facilities nearby and 2-5 minutes to three tube stations. The pool and sauna/steam room are great at the end of a day of sightseeing and walking around

Excellent hotel. Big room for Europe. Very comfy bed. Gym has tons of equipment including two peloton bikes. The club room had free food and drinks. Close to tube station. I would definitely stay here again

A wonderful family stay with our 9 year old. Staff couldn’t have been friendlier or more helpful - a particular shout out for Emily who checked us in and checked on us every time she saw us pass. Lovely club lounge food and setting. Room brilliant and clean. Conveniently located for heading into the city centre, as well as having lots around to do including lovely walk over the river to Tate Modern. Spa nice and quiet though pool was a bit cold this time round compared to our last stay here

Great service, hotel was very comfy. Pool temperature was a bit cold for London and Jacuzzi was barely 70 degrees but it was still nice to decompress after a long days walk. Great walking distance to many attractions and restaurants.

I love this hotel and would return for sure. I came with my family and my only draw back was the limited swim times for the children. One of the deciding factors to choosing this hotel was for the pool for the kids, I later learned that they were only allowed for 5 hours a day with strict times in the morning and mid day. Great for Spa patrons, not so great for families hoping to allow the kids in. They need an evening option at least. Morning, midday and then evening. We came from North America so Jet lag took away the morning option. We wanted to sight see so that took away the afternoon. This may be a selling point for adults who love to have a pool, which is great, but for families, keep this in mind. I will say however, there wasn’t a single other negative thing. It was spotless, service was incredible, food was terrific and cocktails BEAUTIFUL.

It's within walking distance of restaurants, public transportation and right on the river. We walked to landmarks in both directions on the waterfront. The only surprise was that the guest rooms don't have a view of the river.

Proprety was very nice and clean, staff were very nice. its a quiet area, they only thing it was far from shops so that would be the only reason I would not stay there agian as I like to walk to shops.

The staff was amazing but funny going on there. We had some very weird interaction & sounds coming from our room where the doors open that lead to another room. The fire alarm went off twice which was a pain. They ONLY have a few hrs for kids to swim. :( And their breakfast buffet was disgusting. Bacon tasted like salmon, sausage tasted like dry liver and it’s VERY disorganized. I couldn’t understand our waiter as he had a very strong accent & didn’t explain anything to us on how it works, etc. SO DISAPPOINTED in this hotel. :( Staff was the best thing!!! But that’s about it.

I had a very disappointing stay at this so-called 5-star hotel. Upon arrival, after taking full payment, I was told my room was not ready because they had offered other guests a late checkout. When I pointed out that this was not my problem and that I had booked and paid for a room from 3pm, the staff continued to justify themselves by saying the other guests were "members" and therefore had priority. It felt like they were trying to make it my issue rather than owning their poor management. After a long back and forth, we were eventually given a room, but the attitude clearly showed that guest service is not their priority. What made the experience worse was how dismissive the staff were—it even made me question if race played a role, as we are Indian and felt unfairly treated compared to how other guests were being handled. Regardless, no 5-star hotel should treat paying guests this way. Breakfast service was equally poor— painfully slow, and I’m still waiting for the almond coffee I ordered. Overall, this was nowhere near the standard of a 5-star experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone expecting professionalism, respect, or basic hospitality.

On the whole, I enjoyed my stay. The staff were very helpful and courteous. The SPA and pool facility is, by far, the best that I have seen in any London hotel lately. My only issue was with the confusion that prevailed when I changed rooms, and when I booked a separate room for my brother. I had to constantly explain the changes. Other than that, everything else was very good.

We were arranged to a room with a beautiful wall of the hotel. Please check the attached photo taken from my room. Second, before we check out, we asked for late check out at 1pm. The hotel staff confirmed us no problem. But someone knocked on our door at 12pm and told us it was time to check out. This was the first time in life that someone in hotel knocked my room door and asked me to leave. It is ridiculous rude. I won't recommend anyone to consider this hotel.

Everything about this hotel was amazing. The staff is incredible and everyone was incredibly kind to my kids. Close to many of the sites of London and definitely walkable. My family would absolutely stay here again.

Not for kids. Restrictions on pool usage, unless you want to put an alarm on to meet the pool times with kids. Terms and conditions are not clearly written out while booking. I think the bigger issue is that the the hotel management is not a problem solver; and were quite rude in their demeanor during check in.

Absolutely fantastic hotel. The location is not great but Uber is everywhere and the Tube is a quick walk. Would definitely stay here again. Special shout out to Stalin at the front desk!

The location was great to get to tourist attractions, close walk for tube (train station) to move around city. Also able to walk if happy to do so. Facilities were nice even though I did not use. The pool looked very inviting. Staff at entrance & exits always said hello.
