Great functional and fun hotel that is in a very convenient place to either walk or drive to many of the Dubai sights, especially Dubai mall / central area. The service is excellent with decent gym and pool / suntan rooftop. They have many of the little things like free water downstairs and refilled glass bottles in the rooms to save on plastic.

Very modern, clean and nice hotel. The staff are very helpful and nice. There is a free wifi as well as free shuttle buss to Mall of Dubai several times a day. There is a free wifi at Mall of Dubai too. Short walk to City Walk area. Several restaurants available around the hotel. Even though the hotel is located next to a big and trafficking road it's still very quiet inside the room. There is a small mini marked /store at the hotel next to the reception area. Taxi is always available right outside the hotel and is quite cheap. I definitely recommend this hotel as a good budget friendly option if you want to stay close to downtown Dubai.

Vi var veldig fornøyde med oppholdet vårt. Rommen var rene og pene. Stille og rolig. Veldig hyggelige ansatte. Alle smilte og var blide. Super herlig at du kan oppbevare bagasjen din i skap der. Dem har også en liten super marked, hvor du kan kjøpe hva enn du måtte trenge av drikke, noe snacks, såpe og diverse. Veldig bra! Alltid taxi utenfor hoteller. Fint trenings rom.

Die Unterkunft liegt etwa 10 Minuten von der Metrostation Burj Khalifa. Man ist sehr zentral. Der Zimmerservice ist sehr zuvorkommend, egal was man wollte, es ist sofort erledigt worden. Unten gibt es einen kleinen Shop, der wirklich alles hat. Das Frühstück ist sehr abwechslungsreich und lecker. Auch hier sämtliches Personal sehr zuvorkommend, höflich und immer bereit alle Wünsche zu erfüllen. Es gibt einen Shuttle zur Dubai Mall und zum Strand. Wir können das Hotel nur empfehlen. Preis-Leistung war super!

This is a great hotel. The rooms are clean, bright and spacious. The staff are very friendly and helpful. The pool and gym are good sizes and well maintained. It is a 5 min walk from Burj Khalifa/Dubai Mall Metro stop, so easy to get to and from. Complementary towels and water at the pool were nice extra touches. Would definitely stay again. Feels more like a 5 star experience than a 3 star!

There was a bug on the ceiling. They offered to move me to another room that was not as nice as mine. They offered deep cleaning and I accepted plus breakfast on the hotel. I found another insect in the room the next day. They deep cleaned the room again. Service great and staff is great

Excellent stay at Rove City Walk. I stayed on business for four nights and my room was on the small side but very comfortable with a Burj Khalifa view. Nice breakfast buffet and totally sufficient gym. It is walkablecto City Walk with restaurants and shops. The staff were absolutely wonderful and the housekeeping was excellent -- room was absolutely spotless every day. Would definitely stay again.

The room we stayed in was very clean and comfortable. The beds were amazing. Most importantly the Service at this hotel was unbelievable, we were always greeted nicely and even when ordering water it was very fast. The pool area was clean and the view was amazing you could actually see the burj khalifa from there plus the gym was also good for a quick workout. Overall a very budget friendly and clean hotel with a great garage and the best thing is, its a 5-10 min drive to the burj khalifa and dubai mall. i would recommend it for couples aswell as friends who would like to stay near downtown and have a smaller budget.

Rove is always a place to stay for family or business, this is my second time here, overall it’s a good stay except for one point, they follow green concepts so the AC never goes below 21C degrees Nevertheless the have all the needed facilities to have a good stay, grocery shop, laundry service and self service, amazing lobby and shaded parking.

The room is clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. But the room is small and everything is tiny. Hair drier should be in the bathroom, not hidden in a tiny table drawer, so people have no way to turn on the switch to use the driver. This hotel provides free shuttle services for few popular places. It is quite helpful for the hotel guests.

I live here before as on other Rove , i come many times few hours earlier to hotels and if room are free they let me in special when I'm a VIP and Gold member in the hotel , and I ask if rooms was ready and she say yes but want 75 AED or I have to wait until 4 pm , I have never run in to this before I don’t care about the money it’s the behave this small things do I will never set my foot there again , greediness nothing else and I leave one day before , I’m in Vida now big different. I've been trying to change my check-in date from the 5th to the 14th via email before I even arrived, but I never received a response. When I arrived at the hotel and requested the date change, I was denied. Consequently, I ended up paying for 12 days but only stayed for 8. The front desk told me they couldn't assist because my booking was through Expedia. I then contacted Expedia, who informed me that the hotel had declined my refund request. I wasn't even at the hotel from August 2nd because I had a separate booking at palm jumerira from the 2nd to the 5th. Additionally, I checked out on the 13th, not the 14th, due to a late flight. Despite explaining this to the manager, he said no refund would be issued for checking out early. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I feel like my money was wasted.

This is my second stay here and it really is my go-to hotel for my Dubai business trips. The excellent facilities and perfect location make the prices exceptional value for money. The staff are always very helpful and welcoming and they remembered me from my last stay. The view from my room was stunning also. Had a great stay at this hotel. pleasant management and good service. the outdoor area and swimming pool were great. 10 minutes walk to the nearest metro station that takes you to and from the airport and elsewhere around the city. Nice and clean rooms. Will definitely go here again.

Hotel is alright, pool is nice. Check in time is relatively late (4pm) and early check in was offered me at a very expensive rate - at least I could store my luggage in the hotel. Breakfast has a wide selection, quality of food is between medium and good. Distance to the mall and metro is okay, shuttle has a schedule with a medium amount of options. There is nothing directly around the hotel, so do not expect to have a lot to do in walking distance. Walk to the metro is around 15 to 20 minutes, but during the daytime it is obviously relatively hot.

Great premuim-like property without the premium price! We felt very well taken care of, and I loved the free unlimited water! What a wonderful concept. The location was at first not so convenient because we did not know that we did have walkable options so we paid lots of money in Ubers getting around but should we have known better that we were a very short walk away from getting places that info could have saved us lots of Uber money. We. Learned this after a few days and it was a game changer. It just took us getting out and actually walking to experience it. The hotel however was a chef’s kiss! Lovely!

Great location although the shuttle wasn't as convenient as I think it should be. But the view is amazing, the area is quiet and safe and still pretty close proximity to Dubai mall. Amazing.

Sehr sauberes Hotel mit tollem Frühstücksbuffet. Das Zimmer war ausreichend groß und sehr sauber. Der Service top. Im Hotel roch es überall mega gut. Der Pool war klein, aber auch für alle Gäste völlig ausreichend. Ich würde das Hotel jederzeit wieder buchen. Habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt.

Nice modern hotel with a quite funky lobby area with a music vibe (pop art, records as decoration etc.). Room was compact but comfortable, restaurant was however a bit crowded (peak time breakfast) and I wondered whether it wasn't slightly under-dimensioned for the number of rooms. The buffet had plenty to choose from and I was served a freshly made omelette which was nice. Overall I think the hotel offered good value.
