Main reason I chose this hotel was because they stated they had a pool, when we arrived and asked it was out of service and was really inconvenient for our family. Since most activities were closed at that time. The staff though is amazing.

For the most part of it, the hotel was very clean, neat. Housekeeping could pay a little more attention to the clients need when you ask them to bring you more towels, etc. the only downside of it was is they just resurface their parking lot and felt the need that we as clients that stayed there should pay for it. I charge us $10 a night to stay. I live in Florida and I stay at five star hotels and they don’t charge it for parking.

I stay at a lot of hotels and this one was great! Cute kitchen/living room area. Pool was perfect for the kids. Definitely will come back!

As usual, i booked on hotels.com using the "pet friendly"filter. Got a very reasonable rate and booked it as non refundable as i was 10 minutes away. When i checked in i was told that the PET FEE WAS outrageous it was non negotiable and since i had booked the room and it was non refundable (they did not offer a refundable option. So i almost doubled the cost of my stay. I feel this is a punitive charge and bears no relationship to any additional costs associated with my dog. They sidnt offer any additional services or benefit for my dog.. They should not be allowed to list themselves as pet friendly because they are just there to rip off people who use the website to find good, reasonable accommodations. BE WARNED!!!

The only thing that i disliked is that i booked the stay for a few days thinking there was a swimming pool as it advertised. My children and i got ready to go in the pool only to find out they haven't have a pool for a couple of years.

We paid for a king suite and was told upon arrival only queen available. Had to pay for parking and the tv in bedroom did not work. Hotel showing age and not well kept. Will be switching hotels when visiting this area again

I stayed at this hotel with my family and unfortunately we were disappointed with the condition of our room. The cleanliness was not up to Marriott’s usual standards. One of the bathrooms had urine on the floor near the toilet, which was extremely off-putting. The living room area also had an old, worn-out couch that really needs to be replaced.

We were put in an accessible room where the bathroom smelled like urine. My children found a Sativa vape in the pullout couch. The mattress on the pull out sofa was disgusting. Dog barking in room next door. It seems like all of the Residence Inns by Marriott are now being used as homeless shelters/halfway houses. - The front desk and breakfast staff were very nice and professional.

All was fine but dishwasher was out of order. Why would you give someone a room that was dysfunctional when other rooms were available ? Also room had auxiliary heater. Why?

Loved the room. Spacious. Clean. Perfect for the work trip. The odd part of the experience was that it's clear there are some extended stay guests. And there were a lot of pets. I haven't ever stayed somewhere with as many pet sounds.

I was “upgraded” upon arrival to room 203 since they had no king beds available. I was told the room was bigger but the bed was smaller. I had stayed at this hotel two times prior and was looking forward to a king bed but I was too tired so just took the “upgrade”. Upon getting to my room I found the tv was broken with a little piece of paper that was taped to it saying it was out of order. The smaller sized bed was so lumpy, soft and broken in I was literally sinking in the middle. I’m sad because I have always loved my stays at this hotel and location but I might look else where next time as my experience was not the same as previous stays.

The hotel needs to be renovated and cleaned more thoroughly. The door lock didn’t work and the toilet was broken. Both were fixed, but still….We checked in during the evening and the front desk clerk was in a t shirt and what looked to be pajama bottoms. On Sunday night we wanted to watch the football game and the hotel didn’t get CBS, so we had to go out in 20 degree weather to find somewhere to watch it. We should have been told they had direct tv and many stations were not available to watch. I probably will never stay in a Residence Inn again.

There are angels that work at this hotel. Liss, Jessica and Mary were so helpful after a very stressful and rough day of travel. I was emotionally and physically drained and they all went above and beyond any expectations I had. It was the best night in a hotel that I had in a week of travel. Thank you and God bless you all.

They overbooked the hotel and gave away our room, which we learned about after a 400 mile drive. We had booked a 2 room suite, which we needed for our family. They did offer a downgraded option but it didn't work for us, so we were offered a refund and the option to book another downgraded option at a different hotel next door. Not a good experience.

Didn’t even stay there we went to check in at 3 and were told our rooms weren’t ready yet to come back in an hour, when we arrived back within that hour we were told sorry we overbooked and no longer have any rooms available. Considering I was there for my daughter’s college graduation it was very difficult to find another place to stay and cost me double the money for another hotel! I will never stay at another Marriott hotel again

The Inn was clean and in a perfect location. The staff was very polite and helpful! Michael the front desk evening manager was very helpful and gave us good recommendations of places to go and things to do in the area. My husband and I had a delightful stay. Planning on returning in the fall.

Our door to our room was open and the tv was on when we walked in. You had to push door open with your shoulder and slam it really hard to close it. Went to use a glass for water and it had a crack in it. The sausage at breakfast was TERRIBLE! (Tasted like you were eating a rolled up piece of cardboard)!The only GOOD thing was the night time manager was nice and made our stay pleasant.
