The service, the view, the beach, the swimming pool, kids club, and the facilities are top notch! The hotel is enormous, busy and always filled with hotel guests. Yet, they managed to arrange buggy and room service timely! Just that it’s not a very quiet place, in room you can hear music coming from outside til 10pm. Probably because of different events took place there.

Beautiful property and great staff. However, upon checking into our room there was food left on the deck near the pool and the robes and towels had stains on them showing that they were overlooked and we’re not replaced. This made us a bit worry about the cleanliness of our room as certain amenities were not replenished as well.

The Ritz Carlton standard is well and truly maintained in the Nusa Dua resort. Beautiful property makes you feel relaxed when you arrive, welcome staff excellent, Restaurants are great quality - I must compliment one of the exec Chef Abi who ran a great team of chefs and service staff and one of his junior Staff Bernadetta was smiling every day and was so helpful also. Spacious rooms with everything you need, even access to lagoon pools.

Had a great stay with the family. All the staff members were so friendly and welcoming. The service was 10/10 and made the stay even better. The junior suite we booked was spacious and comfortable for all of us. The buggy service was great to get around the hotel. The grounds were immaculate and was nice to stroll around. The kids club was probably the best one we’ve experienced. The staff members there seemed to genuinely care about the kids and made them feel special. I would defo visit this hotel again simply for the service

2박은 주니어스위트에 묵고 1박은 리워드로 파빌리온빌라에 묵었었습니두. 라군 액세스 가능한 주니어스위트도 충분히 좋었지만 파빌리온빌라는 프라이빗 하고 풀도 따로 있어 너무 좋았어요. 다만 옆 빌라 풀 사이에 식물들 정도만 심어져 있어서 완벽히 차단된 곳은 아닙니다. 호텔 음식들도 전반적으로 조식이며 식당들도 다 맛있어서 만족합니다.

El hotel me encantó, el menú de los restaurantes es deliciosos, variedad de alimentos para todo mund y si tienes suerte conoces a “Alex” un chango que le gusta asomarse a la terraza del restaurante. La habitación con diseño moderno, nosotros nos quedamos en una “junior suite con entrada a alberca,” con terraza techada; tiene tina con sales aromáticas, closet espacioso, cama y almohadas muy cómodas, Me enamoré de las personas de Bali, siempre sonrientes, muy atentos, se desviven por servir. Un día mi esposo se sintió mal y se quedó en cama, pedimos un doctor al cuarto, más tarde fui a comer sola, en el restaurante me preguntaron: “cómo sigue su esposo?” mas tarde hablaron al cuarto para preguntar su estado y enviaron té de jengibre al cuarto. ❤️ Muy recomendable el hotel 💯

I’ve stayed at many other 5 star resorts like Kempinski,Mulia,ayana,Sofitel,Conrad, renaissance Uluwatu, padma, alila ect. So my expectations were VERY HIGH when I booked it. I felt skeptical at first since I was let down by other hotels, but everything went smoothly….from the Check in process, breakfast, the room and much more!!! The one thing that I’d like to mention is that the staff are absolutely FANTASTIC!!!!! Every single one of them …. Even the gardeners are so polite they will bow and greet the guest…. (Which doesn’t usually happen at other resorts) the spa was also amazing, we didn’t want to leave this place!

The resort was absolutely beautiful. This was the friendliest staff that I ever encountered in all of my travels. On-site dining was exceptional. The location was a good distance away from most of the activities that we did or were interested in doing. The beach was nice but too many rocks so standing/walking around the water could become an issue unless you found a clear spot.

This place sucks for a 5 star resort. To be clear, it’s still a 5-star resort (property is awesome, it’s right on the beach, food is good and there are plenty of options) but I’d spend my money elsewhere. The biggest issue is everything is overpriced. You pay $10-12 (that’s USD) per cocktail and you get tiny portions disguised in tall glasses, but it’s like 6 oz. Wine was $20 per glass. It’s also a huge headache to do/order anything because you always have to sign for it (we wanted a couple towels one day and had to sign a checkout form). The bureaucracy was crazy. And they were always having weddings that are loud and disruptive. The main restaurant was closed one night for a wedding party. When you spend that much on a room you don’t want to get nickel and dimed on everything else and that’s what it felt like.
