Está en una zona maravillosa, es una lastima que el servicio sea tan pésimo, sobre todo no hubo claridad con las cosas que decían Me PROMETIERON estacionamiento y luego dijeron que el lugar no lo tenía, y luego que tenía costo extra ‘n 😡😡😡

El acceso es muy facil, esta centrico y la zona es tranquila! No nos dijeron que habia un segundo baño y tuvimos problemas por ser compartido ya que tardaban mucho. El cuarto es amplio y limpio, agregar un par de botellas de agua hubiera sumado puntos para ser perfecto! No habia ruido ni luz que nos despertara, descansamos muy bien! Sin tema volveriamos!!!

Creo que es un fraude por parte de Expedia promover esta propiedad como Hotel, es en realidad una Casa de Huéspedes. Es como una casa a la que le construyeron una cuartearía en el patio trasero. No hay servicios de hotel, hay gente que te atiende, pero eso es muy diferente. No tiene áreas de estar, como un lobby o restaurante o un área con meses donde sentarse a esperar el taxi. La estancia no fue mala, la gente de servicio es muy amable, pero estoy hablando del engaño en la pagina de Expedia.

Un excelente lugar para pasar la noche, me gusto que te den llaves de habitación y del hotel y puedes entrar y salir a la hora que quieras, el único punto malo que veo es que el baño es compartido y por la mañana hay que esperar para bañarse, y que no había cobijas, pase un poco de frío. Por lo demás excelente!

Al reservar la habitación no decía que fuera con baño compartido, además de eso, los huéspedes del cuarto de a lado hicieron fiesta toda la noche hasta la madrugada, la música y ruido a todo volumen, el olor a cigarro cruzaba a mi habitacion, fue una noche en la que fue imposible descansar y no había alguien a quien reportarlo a es ahora. En la mañana busqué a personal y amablemente atendieron mi inquietud y me reubicaron a otro hotel.

Toqué el timbre cuando llegué, tardaron como 10 minutos en abrir, nos entregaron la habitación y había cucarachas muertas en la entrada de la misma, le pedí a la persona del aseo que las recogiera, lo hizo y se disculpó por lo que había, ella se fue y al momento de instalarnos había más cucarachas en la habitación, busqué a la persona de limpieza pero nunca apareció, así que tomé mis cosas, dejé las llaves en la recepción y salí de ahí.

This hotel sucks! They clean the rooms every three days, you can hear everything from other rooms because the drywalls are so thin. The patio floaded when it rained and the sewer smelled. Some of the rooms do not have windows or fans, nor air-conditioning. The heat was suffocating! There are roaches and no costumer service at nights and often during the day. The courtyard is so uninviting and hot because it does have a single tree and the few plants are as dried as the Arizona desert. The whole hotel looks built out off onstruction codes. Some of the restroom are so reduced in space that one is so near the smelly trash can.

The only good thing about the house is the location, al the rest Is terrible. The room is dated and not well maintained, the floors were broken and I tripped several times, there was no A/c nor heating, I was told I was gonna get towels later on my check in day but they never arrived, I was not going to use that shower anyway, it looked dirty and not functional at all, and as the cherry on top on the last night of my stay the toilet didn't flush, there was no water so I had to fill a bucket with water from the shower to clean it, because there was no one at the reception for most of the day. I had low expectations because the price was low but nothing prepared me for that. Avoid if possible, and if you must make it only for one night only.

Pésimo!!! Jamás se queden aquí, se pagó la Habitación por adelantado. Se avisó que se llegaría tarde al hotel y no hay nadie que abra ni que de la llave! Nadie en recepción!! Cómo es posible.

Este hotel es excelente. El personal es excelente. Está muy limpio. Está muy cerca de Masaryk -La calle principal de Polanco. Hay tantas tiendas y restaurantes. Si pudiera darle a este hotel 10 estrellas, lo haría. Me encanta este hotel y volveré pronto. Dios bendiga al personal y al hotel. Disfruta su estancia!

Reception personal was not available at all, we were missing towels and nobody answered the phone, whatsapp, nor was present at the front desk. We were unable to take a shower or even speak to a person. Nobody was at the front desk nor answered when we tried to check-out, we had to leave the keys on the desk. It was awful.

Pésimo servicio en varios aspectos, en ningún momento tuve una toalla para baño ni para manos ni de cualquier tipo, tuve que secarme con la colcha ya que nunca hubo un gerente para atender mi solicitud, nunca tuve agua caliente, para que el agua saliera al menos tibia necesitaba 40 minutos de abrir la llave de agua y lo peor de todo es que no hay absolutamente nadie que pueda atender mi solicitud, solamente en el checkout me dijeron que expedía lo resolverá …. Pido un reembolso total (tengo evidencia de todo lo que estoy escribiendo)

Excelente ubicación!!! Increíble para explorar todo Lo que Polanco ofrece, caminado a todos lados y además súper trato.

Este hotel es excelente. El personal es excelente. Está muy limpio. Está muy cerca de Masaryk -La calle principal de Polanco. Hay tantas tiendas y restaurantes. Si pudiera darle a este hotel 10 estrellas, lo haría. Me encanta este hotel y volveré pronto. Dios bendiga al personal y al hotel. Disfruta su estancia!

The property is safe, quiet and very convenient and walkable distance to shopping malls, restaurants. The girl at reception is very helpful. Though the check in was after 3pm we arrived early and the room was ready. Restaurant service was fast and good.

It’s a nice place, but the bathroom had a lot of filtrations. No fridge, no microwave oven, no AC, no drinking water. Fair for the price. Location is excellent and staff are friendly. Breakfast is available but not included.

Habitación algo descuidada, sin luz natural, no sirve la persiana, el baño oía mucho a caño, muy feo.. lo demás estuvo bien, pero no regresaría a la habitación. Nunca supe de los servicios como el desayuno o cualquier otra cosa que tuvieran.

Muy caliente y no tienen ni ventiladores para todos, y al abrir ventana entraron mosquitos que nos hicieron salir a comprar repelente de mosquitos a la 1 am (todo cerrado). La cortina de regadera no es fija y si colgaba toalla se cae. Tasa de escusado incómoda y chueca, entra demasiado la luz en la mañana. Al abrir ventana no hay mosquitero y además se pierde toda privacidad. No hay sustituto de azúcar para el café,

Esta muy bien, solo falta que te ponga amenidades como una botella de agua, alguna cafetera. Sobre todo una botella de agua debido a que la unica amenidad que hay es shampoo y body lotion.

Creo que es un fraude por parte de Expedia promover esta propiedad como Hotel, es en realidad una Casa de Huéspedes. Es como una casa a la que le construyeron una cuartearía en el patio trasero. No hay servicios de hotel, hay gente que te atiende, pero eso es muy diferente. No tiene áreas de estar, como un lobby o restaurante o un área con meses donde sentarse a esperar el taxi. La estancia no fue mala, la gente de servicio es muy amable, pero estoy hablando del engaño en la pagina de Expedia.

The only good thing was the hot water in the shower. Everything else was a complete disaster. The bathroom door didn't close, the drain was clogged, and a bunch of hair (not ours) started to come out. Construction started, and it cracked our roof. The electricity sometimes worked; sometimes it didn't. The staff was absurd; whenever we had any request, a boy in pajamas would stare at us with blank eyes and just say: eeeeehhhh... The room wasn't clean when we arrived, and there were no towels. Later that day, I heard someone else at the reception mention that there were no towels in their room either. Clearly there's a huge gap between the messages you get online and the actual staff physically at the space. The photos don't correspond at all with the property. We left one day before checkout because the property was so bad; we just got a new place instead.

Wouldn’t stay here again it’s not clean, found dead roaches in the bathroom, they never cleaned the room during my 5 night stay, front desk was never present, several workers roaming around the property. I never leave reviews but this time I had to because it was very unpleasant and it’s not that I’m a picky traveler whatsoever.
