Nos pareció a mi pareja y a mi muy buen hotel, además que incluye desayuno y es muy rico. Te reciben muy bien y la zona del hotel es muy tranquila, no pasan muchos carros así que es silencioso en las noches.

Muy buen lugar para pasar vacaciones con la familia o pareja, aunque tienes que caminar un poco mas para llegar a los lugares históricos o populares tiene una buena ubicación y tranquila. El personal muy amable y servicial. El desayuno incluido es bueno y se agradece, definitivamente nos volveríamos a hospedar en este lugar. Como nota: algunos cuartos sin ventana al exterior solo a pasillos y si se siente algo encerrado pero fuera de eso todo bien.

La atención del personal muy buena, el hotel es céntrico y puedes caminar al centro de Guanajuato o tomar taxi afuera. La limpieza del hotel es buena, el desayuno incluído en el costo de la habitación también. En mi opinión el precio por noche es alto, pues no han modernizado el mobiliario. Las sábanas y toallas están muy desgastadas.

We had no issues with the staff but there seemed to be a family staying there the weekend we stayed over. They were extremely loud at late hours and it did not help that everything anyone said or did would echo down the hall. If you’re looking for a goodnight sleep… I would not recommend staying here.

Hotel was okay . door to room is very flimsy kinda scary anyone could pop the door open . food was okay . kinda weird to be out and get back to hotel @midnight and hotel doors locked and lights off never been to a hotel that does that . we literally had to pound on door to get in. look like we woke up whom ever opened door to us because it was dark in waiting lobby that to me is not right a lobby should always be opened plus a staff member at desk.

The hotel is good, the service at the restaurant was amazing the waiter was so nice and all was clean. Room wise the housekeeping was awesome and nice. Really wasn’t much of services needed. Over all a good stay. Host day of check in was very informative.

El lugar en general esta bien, sin embargo su "buffet" es malo, solo te ofrecen huevos al "gusto" que en relidad solo son con jamón, salchicha y aveces a la mexicana y chilaquiles (no más) el jugo es de envase 😳 aveces hay fruta y veces no, ah y los hotcakes están horrendos, pero horrendos (Grandes, secos y masudos) Creo si deben mejorar la comída porque si deja mucho a desear. La atención del personal en general bien.

Muy limpio serca de todo caminando podíamos ir a los lugares importantes. El area muy tranquila un parque enfrente muy tranquilo de noche y de día. Lo único que no nos gusto es la comida chilaquiles huevo y frijoles que es el desayuno incluido todos los días. no avía variación. Y los pancakes y fruta te la vendían. Pero todo bien muy hamables en recepción.

My room was well kept but had no microwave, no refrigerator, no table in my room and no cups of any kind. The included breakfast was adequate. It's in a decent location but I would not consider it a three-star hotel lacking those amenities.
