There is an uphill to access the hotel, no elevator to your room and many stairs. So if you are weak in health, this place is not for you, on the other hand- beautiful view and good bfast.

The view from the hotel is very good, friendly staff. The problem is that it's quite complicated to get to the hotel, by car, there's just one narrow street one way, which is the closest, after climbing or going down some stairs. By foot there are several stairs, streets, alleys to go up to get to the hotel, which is extremely tiring, take it into consideration. There is a free parking near by but, they mentioned it was already full, another option is a space where you have to pay around #350-450MNX and last option is to leave the car for free in another hotel same brand which is around 10min-15min by Uber. We choose this option and was the best since despite the hills, staies, etc, we walked around the city

Muy buena ubicacion, cerca de muchos puntos interesantes en el centro. El dia de la llegada avise que iba en uber y me mandaron la ubicacion de otro hotel que tienen, por lo que tuvimos que agarrar otro taxi para llegar al hotel. Deben verificar la informacion que mandan al huesped antes de la llegada. Se escucha todo cuando pasa la gente, las puertas son muy delgadas. Linda propiedad.

Para las habitaciones se tienen que subir escaleras, por lo que no es recomendable para personas con movilidad reducida. Las habitaciones limpias. El servicio de desayuno podría mejorar si incluyen más variedad; lo que ofrecen está delicioso! El estacionamiento está retirado del hotel, pero te ofrecen transporte gratuito lo cual subsana el inconveniente. Es al aire libre, tuvimos nuestro carro y no hubo ningún problema. Lo mejor: la atención del personal. Felicitación especial para Alfonso quien nos trasladó del estacionamiento al hotel. Todo está cerca, así que a disfrutar. Sin lugar a dudas volveré!!!

Took over an hour to find this hotel. After arrival, receptionist stated she could not validate or provide parking pass after 5pm, something it does not state on their page. After the back and forth, we settled to pay where we parked, which we paid by the hour, overnight. When finally giving us our rooms, total of 5 adults which required 2 separate rooms, we come to find one smelled like it had been out of service for months and the other had no toilet paper or amenities that the hotel stated it had. When going to the receptionist about the room that smelled, she sent someone to verify that we didn’t utilize the room. Room was then changed, but had to go back downstairs for the toilet paper myself. Reception didn’t have any so he had to go into a different room to provide it. Only good thing about this stay was the staff that helped us with our breakfast. Other than that, would not recommend it or come back to stay here again!

Staff was nice. The hotel is on a hill with lots of steps to get to and not in the center of centro area, so you will have to walk a lot. Also note that uber/car service can’t get access to the hotel so you have to walk some stairs and tight pathways inbetween houses to catch a ride. I booked the deluxe suite, the view was amazing of the hill but the terrance doors did not lock and there was no safe.

The room was nice and clean. Stuffs were very friendly! The breakfast was nice. Be aware if you have a luggage don’t try to walk from bus stop to the hotel, it’s up hills and stairs. Take a taxi. My room #502 need a new shower curtain mold around the curtain. Wifi is terrible never open a page, I end up use my own data.

The room was very clean, the property overall looked nice and smelled clean. The view from my room was stunning and the employees were friendly. Very close to lots of attractions such as el Mercado, callejón del beso y el parque de la unión. However the property is located on a hill so be prepare to walk and wear comfortable shoes.

Staff was nice. The hotel is on a hill with lots of steps to get to and not in the center of centro area, so you will have to walk a lot. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed at, the staff was very nice and helpful but it did not reflect the hotels rooms situation. We reserved 3 rooms and #201 was made for someone that is not taller than 4.5 feet tall, my wife and I are 5’8” and 5’9” and we each hot ourselves on the head and forehead at least 2 times each during our stay. My other friend stayed in room 204 that had no window and the smell was just horrible the only half way decent room was 307 that resembled an expected hotel room. NO AC and place is falling a part.

Location was close to the main visiting points, hotel rooms are too dark, ceilings too low and restaurant service open for breakfast only was way too slow! Only one server and one cook. Breakfast was good though. Definitely not staying here again. I had to upgrade the first night and pay $120 dollars more to stay in a bigger room.

This place is ok if you are not claustrophobic, Ive never seen a room so small and only 7' tall. You have to walk up a very steep slope to get to it because the street to get to it is very narrow and cabs wont go near it.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL! I highly recommend the rooftop suite, which has the best balcony with best views of this amazing town. Everything is within walking distance; I mean, from Callejo del beso, it's 3 minutes away, with bars, restaurants, etc. nearby, so you don't need to rent a car. 10 STARS! Bring your best walking shoes.

I stayed in a small room off a common open air lobby to the building. Bed was comfy and I consistently slept really well. The room has an air machine in Spanish (I sorta figured out how to work it) and no windows or natural light. That said, i was happy there. It was nice to hear local noises. I’d stay there again.

Antes que nada, la atención del personal es siempre formidable. Excepto en el restaurante, el jovencito esta siempre metido en la cocina jugando con el celular, nunca ofrece la bebida en el desayuno y la fruta se niega hacer algun cambio. El hotel esta ya en muy malas condiciones para el precio de la habitación. Entiendo el concepto rustico pero podria mejorar en muchos sentidos. El estacionamiento si esta a 1.7km pero es necesario tomar un camion o auto del hotel y hace 10 minutos. Aun asi hay que caminar unos 10 minutos, como en todo Guanajuato, pero en una pendiente complicada si no se encuentra en buenas condiciones el huesped. Si tienes maletas el personal te ayuda en tu llegada a cargarlas en la subida, pero a la salida estas a tu suerte cargando tu equipaje en la bajada hasta el tunel para tomar el camion. En mi estancia me ofrecieron ciertos horarios para el camion pero cuando quise usarlo un dia en la tarde dijeron que habian cancelado el transporte por un evento y tuve que pedir un taxi. El hotel hermano “Suites Corazon Mexicano” ofrece en su publicidad recorridos en bicicleta pero ya no tienen bicicletas ni recorridos. Considero que el concepto es bueno pero muy mal comunicado y genera expectativas que no puede cumplir.

The staff were amazing. Very attentive and professional. On the day we checked out, our taxi didn't arrive. The lady at the front desk called another taxi and waited with us until the new taxi showed up. Our room was impeccably clean. The view was amazing and the location was perfect.

This property was clean and well staffed and friendly. The staff even looked out for us and made sure that we found our way around and back to the hotel since we were not familiar with the area. The property was so convenient since it was walkable distance to shopping and restaurants. I would go back there in a heartbeat

Once you fine the hotel, it’s easy to remember how to get to it. :) The complimentary breakfast is amazing!!!! And the staff is so friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back. We stayed in the panoramic suite plus and wouldn’t have it any other way!

Guanajuato is unique in its warren of tiny alleys and finding your way around takes some practice. Locating Hotel Corazon Mexico is no exception. Once established, the stay was pleasant, included breakfast was good, location is convenient - I would stay again.

Everything was fine to me at the hotel, close to the alley kiss and the main attractions at the downtown. The only thing it was kind of inconvenient for me, it was walking up hill to the hotel.

Loved the location! We were close to the main area fir eating, shopping and fun, but far enough that we didn’t hear all the people partying at night! It’s a steep walk, but you get use to it fast and taxi/uber can pick up/drop off near the hotel entrance. We will definitely be back!!

I liked that it was close to several landmarks within walking distance. I liked that Breakfast was included. Place was clean. The hotel is very hidden. I didnt like walking up the alleys with my luggage to get to the hotel. Very tiring. I asked for a room with a view but didn’t get it.

todo muy bien en cuanto al hotel, solo el acceso es un poco complicado, ya que esta a 2 calles de la avenida principal y es subida, por lo cual hay que cargar el equipaje en ese tramo, pero consideren que todo guanajuato hay que recorrerlo a pie, lo único que no me agrado y no es responsabilidad del hotel , es el camino de la avenida a recepción del hotel, es una calle descuidada y sucia, el hotel en sus instalaciones es muy limpio.

The place don't actually have parking, not recommend if walking and climbing are difficult for you. The view is nice , the rooms are ok . Don't get fooled by the free breakfast the worst thing you will ever eat.
