This hotel was super safe and had great amenities. They had their own taxi service so it was always easy to get around places / to the airport. The pool was great and the service for food and drinks was very nice as well.

Pésimo mantenimiento, las llaves del baño por caerse, flojas, oxidadas, se tapó la calera de la regadera, había tres teléfonos y no servía ninguno no había línea, no servía el aire acondicionado, el cuarto tenía alfombra y olía muy feo, la alberca con agua súper fría, el estacionamiento cobran y al parecer los dejan en su lugar sucio a la interperie con un valet parkin poco funcional

Es un excelente hotel con pésimo mantenimiento en las habitaciones. El restaurante es malísimo. Esta una torre cerrada por aparente mantenimiento pero no hay nadie trabajando, solamente está cerrado. No hay nada que sume para niños como lo anuncian. El bar cerrado también. Muy mala experiencia. Creo que era un excelente hotel que dejaron caer y será dificil recuperar

Great service!!! Great hotel! Loved the pool nice and warm at all times! The restaurant, I recommend eating elsewhere. Felt very safe there. City of Guanajuato itself was amazing felt very safe, all the local very kind. Taxi service is so fast and reliable.

El estado del hotel no es óptimo, requiere de reparaciones en varios lugares. Cada día aparecía una cucaracha en la habitación. Por la noche no encendían la iluminación de las escaleras hasta que uno se los pedía. Hay habotaciones que no llega el elevador hasta ellas y las escaleras son pesadas. En general, se nota descuidado el hotel y la alberca.

While the hotel itself is pleasant, the location is not convenient for accessing the main attractions. Furthermore, the staff were not very helpful in providing recommendations. I also found a false eyelash stuck to my supposedly clean towel, which is unacceptable. These shortcomings negatively affected my stay, and I believe the property should address them to meet guest expectations.

Está bonito el hotel pero las habitaciones estaban sucias y las toallas de están desgarrando. Nos encontramos un alacrán muerto en el baño, como que no limpiaron bien. El aire acondicionado estaba roto las rendijas y el control de este, tenías que andar jugando con él para que funcionara. No se relaciona calidad-precio deja mucho que desear

Es un edificicacion antigua linda, sin embargo los cuartos y las instalaciones en general necesitan mucho mantenimiento. Cambiamos de cuarto dos veces, el primero un cuarto que olía muy fuerte a humedad, el segundo no le funcionaba el aire, la ventana no cerraba del todo. Al final nos subieron de categoría y el cuarto excelente. Manager Eduardo muy bueno el resto del staff nopstro interés por el huésped.

Great value for a safe/tranquil family lodging option. Room & bathroom sizes were larger than usual which was great for two adults & teenager. General condition of the facility was satisfactory considering it was an older hotel. It had absolutely gorgeous trees that have probably been there since the beginning of time. It also had a lovely garden with established plants to appreciate while you sit outside of your room in the first floor and enjoy your coffee. Bed linen quality was premium. Note to property owners: you must tear out that horrendous brown carpet in the rooms and halls. It’s dirty and unsanitary for the amount of foot traffic that you receive and the cleaning staff can’t do miracles. Invest on at least, medium quality mattresses so your guest experience can be at least an overall 4-5 with a better night’s sleep! Aside from that, I really enjoyed our one day stay in your town!

I normally don’t leave bar reviews, I hate to be that person. But myself along with my family whom all stayed here thought we must call out Claudia. Long story short, as soon as we arrived Claudia was rude, seemed unhappy and made us feel like we were better off going elsewhere. Claudia refused to check us in while we saw other people get checked in that arrived after us! It wasn’t until after our 3rd time politely coming to her asking about available rooms that she checked us in ONLY because as she was lying to us about availability another family came in and another male employee started to happily check them in! We looked at them and then looked at her completely shocked THEN she started checking us in. We have to emphasize that everyone else working at the hotel was nice and helpful, but we will not be going back because of our experience with Claudia she was rude and unhelpful, if you happen to try and check in w her GOODLUCK! Again, everyone else was amazing!

Al llegar a recepción mencionaron que no estaba cobrado y le cobraron doble, porque “no les aparecía”, llevo más de 1 mes tratando de recuperar mi dinero y no contestan, ni WhatsApp, ni correo eléctronico. Lo que queda es ir PROFECO para solicitar el reembolso por esa vía.

El hotel es muy bonito aunque algo viejo. La ubicación es ideal, fuera de el bullicio del centro pero lo suficientemente cerca de todo (aparte que el servicio de taxi es muy conveniente en la ciudad). El área de alberca hizo que los niños pasaran unos momentos agradables y divertidos y está muy cerca de 2 (por lo menos) restaurantes de alta cocina muy buenos (no el típico tourist trap del centro). Definitivamente regresaríamos.

El hotel es muy bonito aunque algo viejo. La ubicación es ideal, fuera de el bullicio del centro pero lo suficientemente cerca de todo (aparte que el servicio de taxi es muy conveniente en la ciudad). El área de alberca hizo que los niños pasaran unos momentos agradables y divertidos y está muy cerca de 2 (por lo menos) restaurantes de alta cocina muy buenos (no el típico tourist trap del centro). Definitivamente regresaríamos.

While the hotel itself is pleasant, the location is not convenient for accessing the main attractions. Furthermore, the staff were not very helpful in providing recommendations. I also found a false eyelash stuck to my supposedly clean towel, which is unacceptable. These shortcomings negatively affected my stay, and I believe the property should address them to meet guest expectations.

Nos la pasamos muy bien, es un lugar muy agradable y tranquilo, la gente es muy atenta aunque la comida del restaurante no es la mejor y los precios son algo elevados. El personal una vez más es de lo mejor.

La propiedad tiene tiempo de construida y la han ampliado, se nota mucha diferencia entre las secciones del hotel. No me encantó que me cobraran el estacionamiento cuando no vie esas condiciones al momento de la reserva. El desayuno bufette me pareció malo y excesivamente caro, platillos de baja calidad por un precio muy alto, $380 por adultyo y $280 por niño para lo que tienen de platillos es un abuso

Es un excelente hotel con pésimo mantenimiento en las habitaciones. El restaurante es malísimo. Esta una torre cerrada por aparente mantenimiento pero no hay nadie trabajando, solamente está cerrado. No hay nada que sume para niños como lo anuncian. El bar cerrado también. Muy mala experiencia. Creo que era un excelente hotel que dejaron caer y será dificil recuperar

The hotel amd the grounds are beautiful although breakfast was not included we paid for it and it was worth it very delicious. The door man Jaime was beyond incredible amazing service . Also the gentleman that waited on is he was fantastic made our experience worth while. Great place will be back!!

The lady whe. We checked in was not welcoming and the rest of the staff was ok. My husband felt like the staff was being rude to him because he was white. But I did notice that a lot of the staff seemed u happy.
