Estuvo regular. El hotel en general aceptable, sin embargo la alberca estaba fuera de servicio y no la pudimos usar. En la regadera solo servía la caliente, no se podía regular la temperatura del agua. En fin, varias incomodidades

Overall the stay was great, staff was friendly, however there was ocations when we were having dinner and it was not even busy, nobody would come to our table. We literally had to get up and ask fo assistance. Even to ask for our tab. They had no ice. The rooms were outdated, they need a little update. However we did like it here as its kind of rustic witch we loved. I do have to say we had odd feelings like the place was haunted. We had night mares the first 2 nights. Then someone knocked on our door at 3am. On our last night. When we checked out we asked if the place was haunted and the guy at reception said they usually mention a boy. Or noises like someone is moving furniture. Thank goodness we didn't know this earlier or we would have been freaked out. If you like scary places then stay here. Food was good.

La verdad que fue una decepción, tanto en instalaciones como en servicio, estando en la alberca, de agua helada, nadie atiende, uno tiene que ir al restaurante a pedir si le llevan algo para tomar o comer. En la noche, baje a pedir una botella de agua y me dijeron que no tenían, que si quería, podía ir al Oxxo que estaba afuera a comprar... sin palabras Realmente da mucha lástima porque el hotel tiene mucho potencial, pero se ve que ya no les interesa invertir en él y los empleados dan el mínimo para cumplir y ya, que pena que a un hotel como ese lo estén dejando caer tanto.

Es fácil llegar al hotel, el acceso y check-in también es sencillo. Las habitaciones que nos asignaron eran muy amplias y silenciosas. Cuenta con restaurante y menú variado, los precios quizá son un poco altos por lo que decidimos no comer ahí. Le doy 4 estrellas en general por el siguiente tema: viajamos con niños, querían entrar a la alberca y 1) el horario termina a las 7pm... 2) No está climatizada y estaba helada... algunos aún así decidieron meterse pero no duraban mucho.

En las habitaciones las camas no son cómodas es una tabla de madera la base, les falta iluminación. adicional hay plaga de cucarachas y lo único que dijo el personal es que habían fumigado. El ruido se escucha de los pasillos no hay privacidad. Lo único que se rescata el personal el trato fue amable.

En general todo bien, aunque la 1ra noche tuvimos que bañarnos con agua fría xq nadie pudo solucionar ese tema ya que el personal nocturno de la administración no sabia ni le interesó cómo hacerlo, fuera de eso todo bien Solo que si deberían considerar remodelar varios aspectos en las instalaciones, como los sanitarios y un tanto el mobiliario

The staff was very friendly and helpful. Even though the hotel is not in the middle of downtown we comfortably walked everywhere we needed too. We learned the bus route and were able to take it on days we were a little tired. My family and I enjoyed our stay and will return here if we stay in Guanajuato again.

El lugar es bueno lleno de historia, sin embargo han descuidado detalles importantes como la carta en el restaurante, el bar no hay cocteleria todo muy limitado. Resto bueno.

Overall the stay was great, staff was friendly, however there was ocations when we were having dinner and it was not even busy, nobody would come to our table. We literally had to get up and ask fo assistance. Even to ask for our tab. They had no ice. The rooms were outdated, they need a little update. However we did like it here as its kind of rustic witch we loved. I do have to say we had odd feelings like the place was haunted. We had night mares the first 2 nights. Then someone knocked on our door at 3am. On our last night. When we checked out we asked if the place was haunted and the guy at reception said they usually mention a boy. Or noises like someone is moving furniture. Thank goodness we didn't know this earlier or we would have been freaked out. If you like scary places then stay here. Food was good.

The room was clean but there was no hot water the light on the sink area was not working. To get an iron we have to go the front offices for one. The A/c C was not colling. There was no safety box and refrigerator on the room. The elevator was not even with the floor I almost fall . The restaurant open at 8:00 AM and close at 3:00 PM. We have to have breakfast and dinner out side of the HOTEL.

Very clean rooms, with amazing staff. Very historical hotel that has been well preserved. I wish they had ventilation for the bathroom but not a big deal. I really loved the stay at this hotel. Honestly just stayed here because of the movie “El Santo contra las momias”. The food is also good and affordable.
