Great place and friendly staff, very smart new built hotel since 2024. Near Front desk great coffee bar with still , sparkling and hot water. Great and delicious breakfast, bagels, muffins, scramble eggs, oatmeal, fruits, yogurt, and juice machine. Room was clean and comfortable, great view of the forest.

This is a pretty nice hotel. It is overall very clean and modern. Our shower could have used a better cleaning. Other than that we had a very comfortable stay. The included breakfast is great. Coffee (good coffee!) is available 24 hours. We would definitely stay here again if in the area. Far by one of the nicest stays on our vacation so far.

Nice room to stay in, very clean from the lobby to the room. Staff was super nice. Coffee 24 hr in the lobby and a small space for items to purchase. It is a minimalist type of hotel, so you have to change your mindset, but I love it. Perfect for short stay.

We stayed for one night, room was clean other than having lady bugs in the window? Staff was friendly and easy parking. Hotel was quiet and overall we enjoyed our stay. No an upscale hotel but still a nice place to stay

Had a late night stop & sleep. The price along with the customer ratings was what helped us to stay here. Over all, yes I would stay there again. Great protein breakfast with other items offered. The only negative would be their floors not cleaning well.

The floor in our room was dirty. This is a fairly new hotel so I know it was not due to wearing of the floor. We got in and had to get ready for an event and was only staying one night so my husband said don't bother letting staff know.

Check in was easy and smooth. First thing I noticed when I walked in was the smell. Clean and refreshing! The service was excellent. Nice friendly employees who answered all my questions. The room was immaculate. Spotless and it too smelled wonderful and clean. The beds were so comfortable it was like being at home. We will definitely be staying here again.

We reserved an handicapped room and got room. Room was great, spacious, comfortable and new since hotel is new. However, there were 4 issues that need to be addressed. 1. 3 bugs found in room during stay. Were not roaches. Crickets, etc. 2. Mold growing on bottom of shower curtain. 3. New phone not working. 4. In the accessible bathroom that was big and spacious, the toilet was stuffed into corner under toilet paper holder. A person had to set at an angle to use toilet. This would have been unacceptable if one of us was in a wheelchair.

The only reason I did not rate this as five stars is because a roach crawled across the desk in our room, and the temperature in the room was 56 when we got there. It took 2 hours for it to warm up to 68. Everything else was great. Very modern looking and a lot of choices for the free breakfast.

I was given a room at the end of the building and I could hear the freeway all night. Didn’t bother me that much but it might others. The ‘full hot breakfast’ consisted of scrambled eggs, sausage patties, and potatoes. All served on paper plates and plastic knives and forks. At check out I had to go and find the staff who were hiding in the back. Two of them there and no one at the front desk. Rooms were clean. Everything worked. It’s near some good fast food and restaurants. But for what I paid I thought it could be better. Not a lot of choice in this part of the state.

The property was nice and clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was pretty good. The problem that I had was that our room was right next to the interstate and the trucks were extra loud. The other issue was that all of the doors slam loudly, which is pretty typical for most hotels, but the walls were pretty thin so it seemed much louder. The room was clean and pretty comfortable. Our overall stay was okay, but I was definitely ready to get home to get some good rest.

SURPRISED THAT THE ROOM WAS VERY MODERN, NO ICE BUCKET, HOOKS ON WALLS WITH TWO HANGERS, TV STREAMING WAS HAVING A HARD TIME MAYBE CAUSE OF THE RAIN.

The hotel was spotless, obviously new and well-maintained. We only stayed one night, so we didn't want to unpack anything except necessities. There was plenty of room to spread out our suitcases and tote bags. We especially like the hooks on the walls for coats and purse. There's less chance of leaving items behind when you can see everything.

Showed up at 1:00 AM and was told they had done their "audit" and i was considered a no show. Took 30 minutes to finally get checked in once my reservation was "reinstated". Otherwise the hotel was great.

This is a traveler’s gem. The rooms are comfortable and very clean. Breakfast was great and the fresh fruit was fresh. Staff were very nice and friendly! It is near the interstate which is also convenient. I asked for a quiet room as I am a very light sleeper. It was not as quiet as I would have preferred. Traffic was noisy at times and the dumpster pickup at 4 am was aggrevating. Otherwise will stay at more.

First time staying in an Avid hotel, and all the excellent reviews were spot on. Clean, quiet, comfortable, as well as being close to dining and downtown. Staff were exceedingly friendly and the hot breakfast was delicious and convenient.
