Fantastic historic hotel. Staff were extremely friendly and breakfast was fantastic. Even had vegan croissants available.

A great location a few minutes from the fast trains and tram to the airport, Were helped find great restaurants nearby and stored our bags until we were leaving.

Superb location. A few minutes walk from the Central train station. 5-10 mins from main attractions. Very friendly helpful staff.

lovely place to stay in Florence. Have been there twice. The staff is extremely helpful and cordial, breakfast is just right and in s delightful setting. Love the location. We were there in late October and there was no air-conditioning – I think that his country wide at that time of year. Not the best when it's warm and the mosquitoes are still around. But, that's not their fault!

Stay was fantastic in Florence. The location is perfect, but the staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. They think about any detail and will make you feel happy and comfortable all the time. Good people, big hearts. Also, the hotel was incredible!
