The common area was disgusting. The hotel is supposed to have a pool. Nope! That’s a lie. In fact the first picture of the hotel shows a pool. That’s a lie. They have not had one in years. The reason we chose this hotel was because they had a pool. My son loves swimming. So bummed.

There was no breakfast available! The restaurant was closed for good! The Pool was closed and looked like a dump. The Casino was closed. The Breakfast, Resturant, Pool and Casino had been closed for awhile, with no opening date scheduled. We had called last spring to make reservations and was told, all the above was open! There was not even an ice bucket in the room. The place is a dump! The staff did a good job with what they had to with!

Not as advertised. Pool was in demise and looked as if it had been neglected for years. No casino as pictured on Expedia, no restaurant either. Looked like the hotel had been neglected for quite sometime. Safety lock was damaged and broken windows. Cars had people sleeping in them in the parking lot. I was traveling with children with special needs and only one of the 3 rooms I had, had an air condition that worked. I did get a room switched however that room the air conditioner only blew out air. Pit-bulls were on the premises but they were on leashes and their owners were mindful of them and held onto the leash securely when people walked by. There were people who were sketchy mingling in the parking lot. Not a safe hotel and nothing was what I expected. Expedia should not post pictures of their hotel without first checking out the situation first. It surprises me that there was feedback that said the hotel was rated at an 8 or higher by patrons. Good thing we stayed for just one night.

Arrived late to discover the lounge, cadino AND restaurant were all closed for rénovations. Only food close was pizza hut next door, food was decent but clientelle sketchy. Had bare minimum for amenities, only coffee in lobby. One wash cloth only, one hand towel and 2 small bath towels. Huge room, but old furnishings. TV Remote was missing back so worked occassionally. AC worked great but noisey. Had to ask for ice bucket. View out to pool, but couldnt see pool for 4 foot tall weeds., so can only imagine what the pool was like. Every person we heard talking all complained about the state of the place. We will never book here again.

The website showed a pool and restaurant for dinner and breakfast. Pool and restaurant were closed foe remodeling. One person in our group had to change rooms because the a/c did not work. Our room was ran down and stained. The toilet paper bar was missing so the toilet paper was sitting on top of the toilet tank. There were two of us staying in the room but only one wash cloth to use. Overall condition of the property was dirty

Frist of all the rooms need update . It looks like he was walking to a thrift store with the furniture they had in the rooms. The pool and hot tub does not work and the staff doesn't understand customer service and there's nothing on the side about a $50 deposit we need to check in until the end parking lot was not safe lighting was horrible

I'm an easy going traveler, I don't expect too much from the cheaper places I stay. This place is bad. Bathroom was dirty, floors looked like they hadn't been swept for days. No cups or glasses in the room, and to top it off, no hot water, even at 6AM. Most vending machines and ice makers were out of order, just an overall bad place to stay. I hate to give bad reviews, but this place really deserves one.

No food options no room service. Pool is broken. Room was filthy afraid to take a shower floor was black with dirt. Beds felt like you were laying on springs. Staff is rude and could care less and was charged 200.00 for damages. I spent 1 hour there total time in the room.

Worst place I’ve ever stayed in. Freezing with only a thin fleece blanket on bed. Bed Bugs, Bed Bugs, Bed Bugs. Stay away from this place whatever your reading on amenities are lies, no restaurant to eat at. Shame on this place being open. I’m reporting them to Health Dept in Billings

Sketchy hotel. Dirty. We went to use the shower and a dirty wash cloth fell from the shower curtain rod. Suspicious characters loitering around the hotel. It took almost 10 minutes to get checked in even though my room had already been paid for in advance.

The room was ok but the lack of maintenance was poor. The toilets had a non stop water noise after every flush. The bathroom's door got stuck and hard to open. Hair dryer was broken and the beds were creaking a lot. However the AC was working wonderfully.

Upon pulling into the property, the first thing noticed was how the lodging was is in extreme disrepair. The check in process was simple but upon entering the room we found the A/C was not working. It wouldn't have been a big deal had it not been 100 degree weather. A nice gentleman who was at the front desk reset the A/C. However, it did not work. We tried our best to "make due" but the room temp was too uncomfortable. We asked for a new room. This time, a lovely woman at the front office helped us. We went to the new room to find the same issue!! A/C was not working. They did not have another room available, so, we chose to check out at 1 AM to find other accommodations. The room rate was nonrefundable but we could not sleep in a room that was at least 90 degrees.

The sheets had stains, the furniture had stains, no drawer handles and broken off pieces. The lamps had broken shades and paint on the foot, the curtains had moths homes, the AC warn off buttons and the shower faucet was half broken and difficult to adjust the water flow and temperature. Stay away.

This hotel is a get what you pay for place with massive potential and an amazing staff. From the GM down to the young man in headphones doing the public areas tbe staff were notbing but accommodating and madd me feel like i was at home if not more welcomed during a very difficult time in my life. I appreciate the time i spemt there and hope to stop again soke day.

When I made the reservation on expedia it listed amenities listed Resturant, breakfast, room service. game room … etc. None of these existed. we had a plumbing issue and they did not respond until I demanded service. When I checked out they refused to provide a receipt or refund a required deposit. They stated the receipts would be provided by Expedia. Also the deposit would come from Expedia. The manager was not easy to deal with.

Basically you get what you pay for. Location convenient but not great surroundings. Room heater didn’t work so was moved. Room clean but very old furnishings, curtains ripped. Loud noise at about 1pm for about an hour.

I am super irritated and unhappy and would appreciate a bit of a refund. The stay has been awful. The guy at the front desk has been nothing but rude. I asked for toilet paper and towels and they never brought them. I have not had this bad of service in a long time.

The Casino and restaurant was closed and according to the front desk, it has been for sometime. There are sketchy looking people that live there monthly, using the parking lot like its their personal driveway or yard. People up and down the halls at all times of day & night. Its more licated in the industrial area of town, there is a gas station near. Room was not filthy, but it was far from clean.

The property itself was okay, great receptionists, clean room, however, somebody asked me for a smoke off of me inside the property when there was a gas station across the street. I am not sure if they were staying there or visiting someone in the hotel, but it did not leave me a great impression when it comes to safety.

Good price the restaurant and elevator where down. The website said free breakfast didn't happen because they didn't have one. The king size bed rolled to the middle and squeaked every time you rolled over. Only two pillows and you had to ask for extra towels and wash cloths and they wanted you to return the dirty one's to the front desk who does that.

For the price, an ok room. Hotel being remodeled so no restaurant nor casino. Shows its age, but if you need a cheaper place to stay, this is it. Not a 5-star hotel, but the area is quiet and convenient to freeway.

The manager was a jerk. The app said breakfast was included and there was no breakfast. I would tell everyone who wants to know, DON'T STAY AT THE VEGAS.
