I was not impressed with my stay. For the price I paid the rooms are not comfortable. I could hear the people next to me clear as day. Rooms are not sound proof at all. I also thought it was crazy that the water park shuts down at 9pm. You also have to pay separate for the pool. Just was not happy with the price I paid and what I got out of the hotel

Waterpark was closed. One open pool was very cold. Staff had no inituative, long smoke breaks. Skimmed cleaning everywhere.

I will never stay there again with my family. You have to pay $14 a person to go to the water park even if you are staying there, but its only open from 4:00 pm to 8 pm. The hotel pool is also in that location and its only open from 8 am to 8 pm so you can’t swim if you have stuff going on witch most people do till after 8 pm. Then we were there for 3 day's, we did use our towels over but we only had three for 5 of use. I went down with our wet towels after two showers cuz my oldest wanted to shower ofter play in the championship basketball game. I have always brought them down for exchange for clean ones. I got told no after i out them in the dirty been. The front desk guy told me he had no towels that he was going to give me for my room. And it wasn’t his problem. I said we have no towels to shower, he said yeah. Can i please have three towels. He said no. I was like are you kidding me. He said no. He has none. I told him i have worked i. The hotel business for a long time. After the maids leave and there is still laundry you should finish it. He said no. I told him i hated this place even more the. I did. I will be getting ahold of the Management as well and giving them a good talking too. We pay a ridiculous a out of money for these rooms and this is what we deal with. I have told alot of people not to stay there. I could keep going. One more thing. I aid i may need a cot when i checked in if you have one. He said yeah for $15 a extra. I said that is ridiculous.

The room was okay. It’s getting more run down every time we stay there. Big stains on the wall, loose faucets, etc. The staff was awesome, but they can only do so much. They ran out of towels at the reef and the front desk. That’s not their fault. They looked really embarrassed when they told us. Lack of towels at a hotel tells me there’s bigger problems than the staff.
