The hot tub jets where not working and when asked staff they just shrugged it off and ignored us.. Bedding on on of the queen beds in our room had stains on it .... Continental breakfast was not fully stocked and for cereal had to use the same gallon of milk as others and not individual ones no juice in the juice machine ....

The Breakfast was very limited on choices and there was a water slide in the pool that you have to pay an additional $5 to ride. Also the lack of security is concerning, most of the doors are unlocked all the time.

Like the hot tub. Swimming pool. Breakfast was good . Clean property. Clean rooms didn't smell like smoke or animals.. show was nice and hot. The water slide was fun. Was able to relax and sleep good in a soft bed away from home. Lots of channels on TV. Staff was helpful. Lots of coffee... Vending machines..

Room was clean, bed comfy, plenty of towels in the bathroom--nice soap, shampoo, etc. samples. Food was average, but the waffles are always nice. Not very many choices. pool area seemed to be in need of some maintenance --1 hot tub was out of commission, the other was decent, but didn't seem to have all the jets working. The sauna didn't work. The pool was nice and larger than most, with a stunning slide for kids to have fun on. Towels in the pool area seemed to be more hand towel size than adult sized.

10/10 don’t recommend. Booked this hotel over christmas for the slide in the pool for the kids. Slide was broken the entire time as well as one of the hot tubs. key cards stopped working every couple of hours so kept having to get new key cards over our 4 day stay. Room was dirty and not clean. very sketchy hotel, i don’t recommend!

We stayed ONE HOUR AND THEN CHECKED INTO A DIFFERENT HOTEL!!! We got in the room and there’s garbage under the table, dirty chairs, and a horrendous smell, that was the moldy shower curtain. We asked for it to be changed and clean and they just changed the shower curtain. There was dirt all over the bed and in the shower. Sticky drawers and refrigerator, it was so gross. We were there one hour and we ate the price of the room and went next door and rented another room. We will never go back, we were in town for multiple dr appts for kids. Never again!!

The floor in our room was so dirty if you walked barefoot your feet would turn black. The shower curtain was too long and dingy and yellow on the bottom. When trying to get in through the “A” entrance we had to use a key but the key would get bent after having to use multiple attempts for it to unlock. Then your key would be too bent to use on your room door.

Rooms were not really clean. Bathroom smelled like urine, floors were not vacuumed. When I asked for towels (they gave us 2 for 5 people, 2 nights) they told me I had to go down to the main entrance to grab them. I asked for I to get cleaned and they never came. Police were there each morning asking questions and getting statements. Two separate incidents.

BED BUGS!!! Woke up at 3am itching and scratching; bites on both legs; found one bug and put it in a cup of water. Gave the cup to the front desk in the morning and the woman there didn't seem the least bit interested. If you decide to take a chance on the bugs, know that the water slide is $5/person extra and "breakfast" is a limited; there were no eggs left by 815 and I was told there wouldn't be anymore.

The staff at the front desk were very good at check in. We just checked in and left a bag in the room then went to do our business and go to an evening meeting. When we returned that night and walked in to the room and got over by the microwave area the floor was so dirty that my shoes would stick to the floor. Since it was late I started cleaning the floor with a wash rag from the bath room. As I cleaned it was apparent that the whole floor was terribly dirty. After a half hour of cleaning we felt it was maybe ok to take our shoes off and get ready for bed. My wife was to have some surgery the next day so we had protocol for cleanliness to keep the risk of infection away. As we opened the blankets on the bed there were some stains on the sheets indicating that they had not been changed I wrote a note to the hotel and delivered it the the front desk the next morning stating that we needed the room cleaned and clean sheets before we returned. When we returned the bed was made but the sheets had not been changed. I went to the front desk and the gentleman there said he could get me a different room or a clean set of sheets. Since I had already cleaned the floor in the room and the bathroom I choose to get some clean sheets and changed them myself so my wife would have a safe place to rest after her surgery. We got buy but the cleaning of this facility is very terrible I would not recommen this motel to anyone

Not like I remember it. Ok for the price. I really like their breakfast. Pool is good. Room is clean, but walls are too thin. Bed was ancient. Don’t stay on the second floor because there’s no elevator to lug your luggage in. I probably won’t stay here again.

When we stayed the photos on the website made this seem like a decent hotel. When we got there, first the room remote wasnt working so after the maintenence gentleman came up and got it working as soon as he left it stopped again so I had to go down and complain again which they got new batteries after digging around for them, yiu have to pay to use the slide which is kinda ridiculous why not just include it in your stay, then when it was time to take showers the tub didn't drain properly and looked like it was stained, the final straw for this location was the ac unit didnt even work properly. And when I went down to complain about it the front desk worker acted like it wasn't that big of a deal that it wasnt working. Very shrug your shoulder/blase type answer of, we can move you to another room I guess attitude. The second room had a very musky smell but the ac worked so I was not complaining again. Just overall wasnt the experience we had hoped for and will not be returning.

Rooms floors were dirty, the pool was great, but the staff was terrible. The front desk lady was so mean to my friends and I. We were sure to be respectful, only to then be treated like absolute garbage. We were banned for having a miscommunication about the checkout time and she proceeded to come in the parking lot and yell at us to leave when we were just trying to figure out what we were doing next. You definitely get what you paid for:(

This was an absolute nightmare. This should be a ZERO STAR. I showed up to this hotel on 4/25/25. The first room they gave me, the door didn’t open (we tried 3 times). Second room they gave me, it was 90 degrees, dirty, beds were slept in, trash and dirty towels all over (the iron was on). The third room they gave me- the room didn’t have a mattress and was not clean. The fourth room they gave me had people in it!!! When I went to the office the last time, the front desk person- who is not a nice person, told me that he didn’t have anymore rooms for me. I asked for my money back and he said there was NO REFUND! It has been 5 days, still don’t have a response from the manager (who you have to email). The next day I called and another employee answered, I told him the story and I asked if they have cameras, he goes, yes we have cameras, why do you want to know that. I said because I am writing a statement to my lawyer to get my money back! He goes, oh is that a threat, we don’t have to do business together anymore. HA- I told him you already took my money for ZERO service!!!! All I want is my money back. I paid for two nights, I had children with me and it was very traumatic. There is so much more to the story but these are the biggest parts! **DO NOT GO TO THIS HOTEL** I also filed a report with the police department, my bank and all parties involved. Next is my lawyer to get my money back.

We had exceptional customer service from the gentleman at the front desk, Noah Wade. Noah was attentive and very responsive, my kids were swimming and the towels were running low, I didnt notice immediately but Noah did, he brought them in without needing to be asked, all of this while he was obviously handling a busy front desk. I can appreciate his kindness and attention to detail. We also had a situation in which our keys were not working, he was more than willing to help. Noah truly made our stay an amazing one!

We went to check in and we were quickly turned away in spite of our reservation on Expedia. The gal at the front desk was extremely rude. When we called Expedia it took over an hour to talk to someone and here it is 24 hours later and still no word on a refund.

The young man who was working the front desk was very friendly and fast. Later i went down and asked for 2 more towels and pillows. He had towels but no extra pillows but said he would find some and bring them to my room. I just figured sure probably not but guess what about 1 hour later he knock on the door and had pillows He didnt forget! He was super busy and still managed to go above and beyond. Nicely done. The next morning breakfast was nothing special but the from desk lady was keeping everything cleaned up and stocked. She was also the front desk person helping guess. Again nice job. Hotel itself is worth the price and clean. But the management should know that they have a good staff. I would recommend the hotel just because of the the way the staff performed. Thank you.

The hotel and all is a bit outdated. The decor is not great. The rooms themselves are out of style. The layout is very confusing. The bright spot is the pool in the slide but you have to pay five dollars to use the slide. The door for the room is paper thin, which did not feel secure at all. And the overall location of the hotel is a bit seedy. But like we were going to get mugged.

We were in town for a softball tournament and picked this hotel because it was close to the fields. Our first night, the TV quite working and would not turn back on. Tried to contact the front desk, couldn’t find anyone so we just went to bed. The floors of the rooms are just floating vinyl floating flooring and we’re super sticky. The closet is just a partical board box in the corner of the room. Our toilet didn’t flush, the chain in the back of the toilet kept disconnecting from the handle and needed fixing every time someone flushed… that was fun. Also, apparently you need to pay $5 to use the slide (didn’t know this when I made the reservation) But there is nobody monitoring this rule, so some had wrist bands that they purchased, others didn’t. Nobody came to check if you paid the fee or not so I didn’t really see the point of this rule. On our last day, the fridge started leaking some weird orange color liquid… gross. At least the beds were comfortable! Next time we are in town, I will for sure be staying elsewhere even if I have to drive a bit farther.

The hotel was in a great location for us to see the hot air balloons but the tub was dirty and the slide for the pool was $5 a kid and I have 3 kids.. the breakfast was good but we couldn't bring it to our room.

I called the hotel number from the airport. It goes to an umbrella number. They assured me that there was a shuttle and gave me the direct number to the hotel. There was no shuttle. That was a HUGE issue at well after midnight. Other issues included - the lock on the connecting door didn't work. The toilet was incredibly low. The was no elevator. The laundry room did not have a functioning washing machine. There was a strong marijuana smell every night. Something happened in the parking lot - shots were fired, police were on site. The bed was fine. No bedbugs in my room, although some woman with kids loudly proclaimed that they were leaving because of bedbugs. There was a swimming pool. Breakfast was served. It was cheap. I was able to walk to the Conference Center next door, where I was attending. I did laundry at the Conference Center, where I also ate... and attended the Conference. The whole not having a shuttle thing - that was a big deal. There were no taxi's. Lyft didn't show up after several attempts. I ended up paying a stranger to drive me to the hotel. I was lucky.

This place would be a great choice for young families with Children with budget in mind it is affordable and has a great pool area plus a full, well stocked, complementary breakfast. The property is a bit unkempt from the outside, and I’m not real sure about the area, Let’s just say I wouldn’t go walking alone after dusk. There were several other Hotels in the area in a similar price range that looked like they had better maintenance. Conveniently located right by the freeway

When we went to our room, it hadn’t been cleaned. Back to desk, assigned a different room. Dirty floor in the room turned my white socks black. Poor directions given to Cracker Barrel restaurant. Breakfast skimpy. No meat offered, scrambled eggs not bad, biscuits and gravy okay. Only apples for fresh fruit.

Wow. Not worth the high price! No coffee in our room and when asked at the desk for a coffe pod, the clerk replied he'd "never been in a guest room" and that he just worked the desk. He said he didn't know what I meant and went back to his phone. The room is so small my husband didn't fit in the shower. Average size guy. There was dirt in t tohe sink, no pillow cases. Bath products were terrible. The whole place smells like cigarettes and only one light worked in the room, the floors were so sticky we had to keep our shoes on in the room! Will not be back.

Good place to stay the night. We were on the bottom floor and the toilet struggled to flush. Free breakfast was vary lacking and the scrambled eggs were vary cold and too salty. We ended up eating a quick breakfast at a nearby MacDonalds.

Kids looked like they were having a great time in the pool. Had a hard time going to sleep, pretty noisy. Would have appreciated yogurt, hard boiled eggs, or other healthier options at breakfast. Apples and bananas were good.
