The pool was perfect for kids and the grounds beautiful and well kept.

Low density with immaculate garden.

We loved it here so much, the grounds were so beautiful! It was a great location, we walked to the beach, it was right across the road from the complex. We loved having 2 bathrooms! Everything was sparkly clean and the decor was super cute!

The property was basic but fully appointed. Parking was continually challenging with people taking up multiple spots. Have stayed in other units for 20 years and been pleased.

The property has been there for a long while, well stocked, has enough items that usually needed. The beds are fine. However, the property shows its age, needs more care. Some of the things not working well, they just leave a note, like one of the shower knob is loosing, they just tell guests do not pull knob. The decor is old. Some artificial flowers are so dusty make you doubt the cleanliness of the place. The worst is there were many many roaches! When try to make some coffee, there were roaches came out of the coffee pot. When you open the drawer there were roaches running also. Very gross. In addition, many tiny spiders on the bathroom counters.

CLEAN ROOM, HAD ALL THE ITEMS & UTENSILS WE NEEDED FOR THE WHOLE WEEK, THANK YOU FOR THE UPGRADE IN THE ROOM

I liked that it was close to the good beaches, love the property but the condo itself was not very clean at all, floors, carpet, doors, just everything felt dirty.

Beautiful view! Just a hop, skip and jump across the street to the beach. This unit could probably use new carpet. Other than that it all worked great.

Overall the condo was nice. Each condo in this complex is individually owned so updates and upkeep are on each owner independently within the unit. Our unit had the shower rod pulling away from the wall and the curtain would keep sliding open. The carpet really needed to be replaced, it felt older and didn't feel super clean and had some stains throughout including a large spot in the hallway when you walk in that looked as though bleach was spilled, it wasn't dirty per say but didn't feel extremely clean either. In the kitchen around the fridge was exceptionally dirty (like built up dirt). The TV's while somewhat new had a lot of locked out features, for some reason they locked out the option to access Netflix from the TV.. I will say that the unit we had was well stocked with plates and cookware. They had lots of beach items for use (we didn't use them because we brought our own not knowing if they would have any). The condo is across the street from a rocky beach, not far from a nice one. There is not food on site, but tons of options within a 10 min drive and a probably 5 or 6 options within a 10 min walk. Overall we would go back, just a few tweeks and I would have given it a higher rating across the board.

The property is well cared for by the owner, we would defiantly go back. It was conveniently located and had all the comforts of home, including beach towels, beach chairs, laundry soap etc and right across the street from the beach and open space.

Beautiful condo! Perfect for a family of six, three beautiful beaches at walking distance and quite and nice neighborhood! Kihei was not my first option but after this trip I would reserve here again. Very centric for most attractions! The only thing we needed was a bigger dinning room for the six of us to eat together! We used the patio that had enough seats and it worked out! I recommend these condos

The AC unit in the living room could only be set to 70 degrees and it was loud the blow dryer didn't work. but everything else was great! loved how there were beach chairs

The location is very convenient. The management is also very easy to communicate with. And it is surprising that they provide all the equipment you need for a vacation here. Very considerate.

Would not t supply more garbage bags.We were there for two weeks. Customer service is poor.

The internet password and links were wrong on the info paper. unable to have anyone help me find the right one. no manager on duty over weekend and non on premises ever.
