I will be reporting this listing to VRBO and the Property Registration Number. 2/21 JED left me a voicemail stating “we have an emergency like the whole floor is uh its all flooded” 2/22 VRBO support contacted the host stating the “pool was flooded”. 2/24 Jade asked me “Hello, Chris, Thanks for the reservation. Based on the Ala moana hotel, the hotel will charge one time 50 dollars check in fee and 25 dollars per day resort fee. Are you going to be ok with that ?” 2/27 Jade did not cancel the reservation and told me to cancel. "But, the VRBO may say it will be a fee for cancelation. Please ignore it and still cancel the reservation. I contacted the Ala Moana hotel manager Lawrence and he said he would know and there has been no flooding on floors, no flooding at the pool. Also no renovation. Jade would have known about renovations when I made the listing and not have asked me about hotel $25 fees. I am not able to find another hotel within 24 hours without huge cost.
