Was a good stay for 2 days, breakfast wasn’t good booked hotel thru affirm/hotels.com paid a 50$ deposit no big deal got back home from vacation and realized I had a charge on my card for 30 something dollars I called its an automatic charge for gym etc in the hotel that we had no plans to use it’s not the money that’s the point it’s the hidden charge so just heads up

This hotel was the ideal location for porting for our cruise. It’s updated and the staff was friendly. My only downfall is they have no shuttle service to and from the airport, no shuttle to take you anywhere even to the cruise ports. If they had this service it would really change things over there

This hotel is convenient and right down from the cruise terminals. It was a short drive to begin our vacation. The free breakfast was great, and the area was clean. They have a nice pool, free laundry area for guests, and plenty of parking. The only negative is that you have to pay $15 tax for parking. There is no reason they cannot offer free parking. Due to the convenience, I would recommend this hotel to others .

Hotel stayed very busy.long wait to be checked in. Front desk advised they would send a text when our room was ready. Text never came. Breakfast service was behind making the line always long. Also no shuttle to the port although they are only minutes away. Ride-share is the only option.

Corridors are filthy, mentioned to desk agent the first day and morning was cleaned the whole week. Room carpet was sticky in spots with bare or socked feet. Otherwise ok.

I checked into the Holiday Inn Express and was immediately disappointed by the cleanliness of my room. The bathroom had hair on the floor and in the shower, and the sink clearly hadn’t been wiped down—there were visible fingerprints and water spots all over the faucet. The carpet needed to be vacuumed, and the tile entryway was filthy. I went to the front desk to report the issue, expecting they might send housekeeping. Instead, they offered to switch my room and had someone—an older gentleman—check the new room before I moved. Unfortunately, the second room was even worse than the first. At that point, I didn’t bother going back to the front desk. It was clear that their definition of “clean” was very different from mine. I ended up rinsing what felt like a hundred black hairs out of the shower before I could even use it. It was unacceptable. I’ve stayed at this location in the past and had a better experience, but it’s gone significantly downhill since my last visit in August of last year. I won’t be returning unless major improvements are made.

When we arrived at the hotel, my kids were eager to go into the swimming pool because it was still very warm outside near the end of the summer. However, the pool itself was so dirty that the kids chose not to swim. Then we found sugar ants in our room and told the front desk. They said they could not move us because they were booked, but would have someone come up and “look at it“. However, the next day we had ants again. When I mentioned it to the front desk clerk, she asked me if someone came and looked at it, and I told her I did not know because we had been out for the day but clearly nothing had changed because we still had ants. This hotel is very close to the airport if you are flying and the breakfast was well done.

We were pleasantly surprised at the quality of all aspects of this new Holiday Inn Express. From easy check-in to relaxing in the cool pool and sun tan decks it is as fun. Express breakfast was first rate for hotel. Service and cleanliness was excellent. I’m coming back here when staying at Port Canaveral for a Cruise.

Great hotel in a great location for a cruise! The staff were nice, the rooms were very clean, the bed and the linens were similar to those in 5 star hotels, and they had Dove bath products — including liquid hand soap, which more hotels need to offer! The breakfast buffet was pretty standard. East parking, too There is a restaurant across the street at Holiday Inn’s timeshare property called The Cape Grill & Bar — the food was awful and the waiter we had was really rude. They automatically add on 18% gratuity so they don’t care if they provide terrible service. I’m only adding this because it’s a restaurant very close by, which makes it convenient. However it was TERRIBLE! I recommend ordering DoorDash or driving to pick up food.

Room doors and adjoining room door large gaps at bottom of the doors, no insulation around door. Sound travels like there are no doors(like the doors are wide open) Room 418 screamed and cursed all night and all morning the mother must be bipolar or is from new jersey

This was our second stay at this location. Checkin was delayed several hours and the system was down. That happens but what should not happen is that there was no plan on what to do. Many people standing around waiting to checkin and scant communication from the desk on what was going on and how they were going to proceed. Obviously, there was no backup plan and no training on what to do.

Staff is great. There was this gentleman, I beleive his name is Tim, was helping everybody. With luggage, with questions, he even helped me push my luggage into my room. I once worked at a Ritz Catlton, I know what good customer service looks like. These guuys are the best. That includes the Front Desk.

Would stay again. However, I would have given an over all 5 stars but didn't like almost being forced to take a ride to the cruise terminal by the desk manager's "friend" and pay double and also to be lied to about the fact that "there was no rideshare". However, I was able to catch an Uber to the terminal for a fraction of the price that was stated.

Front desk staff very helpful. Allowed us to check in early after long flight in. Hotel is update, offers free complimentary breakfast and ample parking. Lyft/uber options plenty, along with nearby restaurants. Beds are comfortable and carpets clean.

We had a situation where by mistake our room was given away to somebody with a similar name, that is not a problem, but when we were talking to the staff about it, the person who made the mistake apologized to their manager for making the mistake, but would not apologize to us, and literally said to somebody, I’m not gonna argue with you, even though the person was just correcting them when they said we make the mistake and the person said no you made the mistake. The staff member was very dismissive, even though it did inconvenience my family who had been traveling for hours and only wanted to get into their room and was told that they were not allowed to check in until the issue had been resolved by another party who could not and would not answer the phone. I definitely think there should be some training on how to handle matters when it comes to mistakes. And apology and accommodation goes a long way

Perfect location for cruising out on the Mardi Gras! Walkable to Jetty Park, some food options around that are walkable. Friendly staff, clean room and common areas. Have stayed a couple out times and have a few more stays already booked!

Great location. Would definitely stay here again. Close to cruise port and convenience to food and shopping. Friendly staff and great breakfast options. Drawback is the breakfast area is small and food and coffee run out quickly and not replenished timely because of the many cruisers staying here. Everyone grabbing early breakfast before going to cruise ships. Hotel should be more prepared to accommodate since the staff said it’s like this every weekend. Sounds like poor planning and under staffed. This is an easy fix. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Close to Jetty park ($15 entrance fee)where you can go and watch cruise ships leave. Excellent restaurants very close on waterway.
