Nice hotel. Despite our toilet overflowing the first time we used it, the staff took care of us and offered us another room to stay in. We did appreciate that. Good breakfast every morning. Nice pool and hot tub.

I loved that it was so spacious in the suite! Kitchen had dishes, pots, pans and utensils. Loved it and would stay again!!! Pool and hot tub was awesome!

Lovely hotel ideally located for cocoa beach and shops, short drive to Space Center. Pool was lovely n quiet, parking is extra so do consider that, and don’t cross the grass (I stood in fire ants!)

Great location! We were going to the Space Center which was like 15-20 min drive but super easy. If you’re staying for a cruise it’s 4 mins from the port. If you want to see the ships launch, look up the port info and then go over to Jetty Park ($15 parking for the day) and go all the way down and watch them sail by! Also you can access the beach from there as well. Front desk folks gave us this info and it was great for the kids to see the massive ships. Good pool at the hotel as well as a fire pit and grill area for guests and a pool bar. Quiet rooms and plenty of space.

The room could use a good clean. The hotel is clearly often fully booked. It needs a good deep clean. The floors felt sticky. We had minimal towels for a family of 5. I generally pick Residence Inn when traveling with my family for the space. That was still good! Room quality for the price was not good.

This was probably the cleanest hotel room my family and I have ever stayed in . We stay at multiple hotel chains a year for a few days up to a week . It was really nice to stay at a hotel that still cares about a quality product . If we are in cape canaveral again will definitely be back . And the rocket launch was nice that night

My family and I stayed overnight before a cruise and it was perfect for us... The 2 bedroom suite had ample of room, and the distance to the Port was great! Definitely will be back each cruise from this area.

There isn’t much dining places around if you don’t have a vehicle. The pull out couch mattress is old and the mattress needs to be replace the mattress dips mattress was so bad you can feel the metal bars and springs in your back with two people sleeping on the pull out you end up rolling into the dip of the mattress. We had to ask for a roll away bed and keep the couch as a couch that was more comfortable than pulling the couch into a bed. The good thing about the hotel was we could soak our aching back in the whirlpool tub they had and enjoyed the pool. The breakfast’s was very good.

2nd time staying here before a cruise and loved both times. The 2 bedroom suite is perfect for us. Staff is always so friendly especially Dante ( I’m sure I spelled that wrong). Very clean property and comfortable beds. Patio area is very welcoming and relaxed. Breakfast was just ok but won’t keep us from booking again.

We chose to stay here before our cruise . We had previously stayed at another hotel close to this area and unfortunately were let down by this one . The bathtub would not drain . The pull out couch was broken and uncomfortable . The toilet would not flush . Overall , really disappointed

I asked to check in early around 1:30. Our room wasn’t ready so they took my number and said they’d call when my room was ready. After checking back at 3:30 and it still wasn’t ready and no phone call I waited until 5:30. The front desk was short staffed and the girl behind the desk looked at me and was embarrassed. They never called and check in was at 4. I wasn’t impressed. At 5:30 of course it was ready but the line was down the hall. Zero help. Bartender was super friendly and accommodating tho. Room was nice and clean.

We stayed here since we were cruising out of Port Canaveral and it was only a short 6-7 minute Uber ride to and from the hotel and it was cheaper for our party of two vs the shuttle service they offered thru the hotel which is still reasonably priced. Marcus at the front desk was a pleasure! He was professional, yet very friendly, and super accommodating! He made our stay most pleasant. I would recommend this hotel to anyone planning to travel to the area. The rooms are comfortable and clean, the dining/lounge area was a cool place to wait for our rides and wait out our late departing flight. The free breakfast was good and the pool is a great size and nice place to relax. Overall it was a very pleasant stay!

The hotel overall was fine it’s the check in process that was a disaster. I asked them for early check in so they couldn’t accommodate that’s fine. So when 4 o’clock came and they tell us the rooms are still not ready and that it could take till 8pm. I was livid we had been in the car for over 12 hours. We didn’t get in our room till after 5:30 pm. Not acceptable!!

I am unhappy with check in. I was going to purchase a bottle of water after checking in. An employee said you get a bottle free, ask the front desk. I went to the front desk and he said no, that’s upon check in. I had checked in 20 minutes prior. It wasn’t offered, the guy asked for water from checked me in. Poor customer service.

The room was nice and the registration was easy. Only complaints are the bar did not have any service ( manager could not locate the bartender) and the continenetal breakfast was misrepresented as a full breakfast. Otherwise the stay was fine.
