This was an excellent place to stay! The room was very nice, very clean, and was super spacious. The staff was very welcoming and friendly and made us feel comfortable staying here. The continental breakfast was excellent too before heading out on our adventure at NASA, which was super close by. One of the major deciding factors for choosing this hotel too was electric vehicle charging which was great to be able to take advantage of while staying here. Definitely recommend this hotel!!

Hampton Inn continues to be a favorite place for us to stay. We chose this one for the shuttle to the cruise terminal. Pool area and bar was great. Was also able to see rocket launch from parking lot.

Check-in was fast and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The walk-in pool was great with plenty of towels and loungers. In addition, there was a small pool bar that offered food and drinks throughout the day. The breakfast looked great, however the breakfast sandwiches were all cold and the buns were hard. It wasn’t an issue as you could grab cereal or waffles instead. Overall, had a lovely time and would stay here again.

R stayed here the night before our cruise. The location was perfect, free parking was great and breakfast was good. Only issue was doing laundry as we had a load to do and they had just two washers and two dryers so we went offsite. Wasn’t an issue just a little inconvenient.

Urine and poop stains all over toilet . Small hairs all over shower. Room was not cleaned well at all. I have photos if needed but thought it would not be appropriate to share in this post. However overall facility pool, bar and entertainment area was nice.

Our room was dirty, their list, hair and dirt in the bathroom. The beds had stains on them and management refuse to move us or issue us a refund we would like a refund for our stay..

We had a plumbing issue. It was resolved. The shower had hair on the wall and a washcloth from the previous guest was left hanging on the shower head. We were there for the night so we didn’t want to make a big deal about it.

Nice enough hotel. Our room was great except the blinds weren’t working. One set wouldn’t go up and the ones closest to our bed wouldn’t go down. They offered to move us to a different room but it was late and we were already in our pajamas. They do have a cruise and airport shuttle at a very reasonable rate.

Hotel is very nice and clean. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. This is definitely one of the nicer hotels we’ve stayed at in this area while waiting to board a cruise. My only complaints are that the bathroom door doesn’t lock. It’s more of a bar door style so it doesn’t feel very private. The pillows are also thin and uncomfortable. Other than that, we had a nice large room that felt very clean.

We enjoyed our stay except for our rude neighbors. Our room had a door that joined to the next room. The people that stayed in the next room were loud. Yelling and laughing very loudly. The nest time I stay, I will make sure not to get a room with a door adjoining the next room. The door allows the noise to carry over like your in the same room. Not much sleep made the trip less enjoyable.

The refrigerators don’t work properly. According to the front desk staff, they’re all that way. I was instructed to place the bucket of ice inside the refrigerator, “to help it cool off.” I decided to silently leave, because it’s not the staff’s fault. I didn’t pay over $200 a night for an 1800’s style icebox.

The room was great but the man at the front desk was very disrespectful and charged my card 2x for a deposit then when I brought that to his attention they denied it even with the proof. Then for the 2nd night they wanted another deposit. I will not stay here again.

Front desk was horrible. From check in through check out. Every interaction was frustrating. - while checking in several in line, one of the employees kept talking to another employee about personal things, slowly getting people checked in - asked for 45 min later check out through online support text they send you, it was granted. When confirming at front desk they got angry we brought it up and said there was no way. - when trying to check out and purchase a water, couldn’t process payment. Had to wait several minutes then they said just take it. - several days and counting the hotel charges double your hotel rate on you card. I had four charges that are still in my card for a single night: one was the total and the other three sum was the total. Why hold that entire amount for so long. Saturday night stay and on Thursday still on my card. - Hotel charges for parking regardless if you have a car or not. My son in law had to get it removed from his.

For a 1 night stay before a cruise the stay was ok. We paid for 2 king accessible rooms and when we checked in (which was late at like 1015p) they had given our rooms away because the a/c wasn’t working. We ended up with 2 queen rooms which at the end of the day aaa fine but not what we wanted. We weren’t told at check in that our reservation had been changed, we found out once we got to the room, which were also on different floors. The 3rd shift check in person was nice but said she couldn’t do anything that night all rooms sold out besides the ones not working. Talked with the mgr in the am and she said we’d o my be charged for the queen rooms which did happen - but it was the point of not knowing which I was mad about. Mediocre for breakfast. Didn’t use the pool. The rooms were clean, nothing to write home about, beds were good.

Was pleased with receptionist, but not service. Had reserved a King ro; arrived at check-in time; check-in; went to room. Walked into room, there were 2 double beds. Went back down to front desk and was told no king rooms available. All she said was no king rooms available; asked why I wasn't told at check-in; shrugged her shoulders; girl who checked us in had left. Didn't even offer to give us a discount; still had to pay for parking; girl acted like no big deal; will not stay here again.

From the minute we arrived the people at front desk were super friendly and quick. My son accidentally left his expensive computer in the room and he did not realize it. From the ship we contacted the hotel and they had found his computer and put in lock up until we got off our cruise. Thankful for the honest staff!!!

The hotel itself was great. The pool area and around it looks amazing but we didn’t have time to use it. The staff who checked is in was not in the mood to talk and just rude. She finished but didn’t say so and we stood there for a few minutes and asked her what else she needed from us and she said I’m done. We asked her about food options as it was getting late and everything we were finding on their lists were closing so looking for local knowledge we asked us she knew any options to which she just said there is a list of places over there, and just look it up. We would stay here again but would hope we don’t have the same person checking us in.

This Hampton Inn is also Home2. There was no obvious differences in the rooms, and the breakfast was the same. The hotel is close to cruise ship docks and Kennedy Space Center. We drove 5 minutes to a beach to watch a Falcon rocket launch. The staff is very friendly. This is a dog friendly hotel and our room was plenty large.

We had an amazing stay! The hotel was efficient and extremely clean. We were there before going on a cruise and it was a super quick 5 minute drive to the ports and near great restaurants while there for the night.

This property is very convenient to the cruise ports. There is not a lot of places to visit around this property other than a few restaurants over near the cruise terminals. The place is well kept, pretty good breakfast, definitely would book again.

This was a convenient 1 night stay before our cruise. Very close to the Port Canaveral cruise ship terminal, although not walking distance. We still needed to take a quick UBER to the terminal. This hotel was clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly. We didn’t use the pool or the outside bar, but it was a beautiful area to lounge. Not much for food choices with in walking distance, so we used Uber Eats to get something delivered to the hotel lobby. Good 1 night stay!

Excellent stay; room was comfortable. They don’t offer dinner service they do offer. They do offer some food, the chicken wings, and the chicken salad were both delicious. I would totally recommend this place for upcoming stay

I selected this hotel because it stated close to the cruise port. The site said it had two restaurants on the property and others nearby. The only lunch and dinner offered was bar food. No dining room.

This was a convenient 1 night stay before our cruise. Very close to the Port Canaveral cruise ship terminal, although not walking distance. We still needed to take a quick UBER to the terminal.
