Very clean and in excellent condition. The pool was large with a spacious deck. It's a "beach style entry" so there's a place for every level of swimmer. The dining are is huge and the breakfast pretty good for a hotel. This hotel caters to people going on cruises, so they have a lot of options for transportation to and from the port, which is about 10 minutes away. However,because of this, there are a lot of people who can be quite noisy in the hallway. It isn't enough to ruin the stay, but it happens. Otherwise, it's an exceptional place and the best place to stay if you're going to the port.

We stayed at this property for a week while our children were in space camp and it was wonderful. The staff was very helpful with anything we needed. The pool was nice, with plenty of seating. I enjoyed working out in the gym and having the option to use the peloton was great.

Great place to stay for pre cruise. Rooms are big and were clean. Staff was friendly. Pool bar was great with good drinks and bar food. Transfer to port was quick, comfortable and courteous. Pre book your transfer.

Great property for big groups- lots of gathering places on main floor and courtyard area. Court yard has a Pool, bar, basketball courts, and grilling area. Property is set back from main road, so less traffic noise and is very clean.

Not happy about the $10 parking fee. That needs to be made more known when booking the room. I find it ridiculous to have to pay to park your vehicle at the hotel you just drove to. What are you supposed to do park down the road and walk there with all your luggage? Completely ridiculous.

While the property is nice and seems new, the cleanliness in the rooms was lacking. Had to switch rooms, the first one had gross sticky residue and marks all over tables, bathroom sink had residue around it and spots on the mirror like someone’s spit. Room had clearly not been cleaned or not cleaned correctly. We never complain but I felt like I couldn’t stay there! Management was nice enough to move us into a bigger room, which seemed cleaner, although the floor in the bathroom had black marks all over like it had never been cleaned. We didn’t have anywhere else to go, so ended up with towels all over the bathroom floor to stand on. Management said they had an issue with the housekeeping crew and 6 people had quit that week! Hopefully they get it straightened out, but I will never stay there again! Plus I got a terrible cold 2 days later, makes me wonder if it was caught in this hotel?

Initially I thought all was fine until I laid in the bed and discovered it was soaked with someone’s urine. They did move me to another room, however I contacted the front desk about compensation because the room was pricey and I was majorly inconvenienced, not to mention disgusted. No one ever called me back. To say I’m disappointed is an understatement.

We love that this hotel is right by the port. There was blood stains on the quilt that were questionable otherwise it was very clean. The room we stayed in was nice but the walls were paper thin. We were woken up to our neighbors talking and moving around their room.

The first thing I noticed when I walked into the room was the smell of “feet”. Like stinky teenager feet! I’m sure it was the carpet and in the filters of the air conditioners. I sprayed air freshener but it didn’t do much. When the sofa bed was pulled out, the mattress was heavily stained. Bathroom seemed clean enough. I know the hotel staff can smell the room so why not try and fix it?

Very nice and clean. Big importance when traveling especially with my wife and daughters. I’ve been to a Home 2 Suites before and look for them when traveling knowing it will be clean and well kept. The beds are comfortable and bathroom is well stocked and maintained.

Na air in room. 80 degrees. Had to sleep in my car. Attendant told me I could move rooms at midnight. Wife was asleep, she didn’t mind to much and wasn’t Worth the hassle to pack everything up and move that late. So I slept in the car. Front desk said he’s all alone and couldn’t help. Ac was filthy in side.

Hotel was new, pet friendly, room smelled like wet dog, Contacted staff they were very understanding, We had to leave for 2 hours while they attempted to remove the smell, Did not work, no other rooms to move to. Next problem air conditioner would not cool room, Lowest temp was 72, Long night, location was great, Would not stay again.

Our plane was delayed, so I got a hold of the hotel to make sure they were saving our rooms. We got there midnight it took us till 2:30 in the morning to get a room because the gentleman that was working was new and he said they had given away our rooms Very dissatisfied

Pay more to stay somewhere else. Checked in around 2:45ish, and surprisingly our room was ready. We asked for a pack and play immediately upon checkin as we’d need it in 4 hours. Went to the pool before dinner, came back, still not there. Called and asked for it before leaving for dinner. Got back from dinner around 6:30ish, still no pack and play. Dude comes to give us one, but offers no apology for the four hours it took to receive said pack and play. Instead, keeps his eyes on his phone. Went to eat my dinner that I had to bring back, and the silverware has obviously not been cleaned as it greasy as can be. Got up the next morning to eat breakfast, and my kid says, “Dad, this milk tastes funny.” I take a swig of it, IT’S SOUR. FOUR CARTONS. We go through four cartons and they’re all bad. Told front desk, and while they did give me extra points, I don’t think anything will change unless they get some negative feedback.

we’ve traveled a lot, but we have never had the kind of service the two desk clerks at your hotel gave us while we stayed there yesterday and today. Stephanie needs a pay raise. She was knowledgeable helpful about restaurants went out of her way to literally make our stay worthwhile. She did a fantastic job of that. We will be back there looking to stay when she’s on duty next time.

Out of the 3 that were checking folks in, there was the one that check me in that was not pleasant at all, she didn't have a name tag on but i think her name is Alissa. She didn't greet me, she didn't say thanks for being Hilton Honors member, she asked for my information in a rude way

I’ve been to hundreds of hotels and this was, hand down, the rudest staff I’ve ever encountered. Room wasn’t ready, breakfast was a nightmare, and they backtalked when anyone asked for help. Location is awesome, so they’ll stick around. Hopefully with new management.

Clean, comfy, and safe. I know that prices were higher due to the cruise crowds, but otherwise I felt the hotel and rooms were nice. I was pleasantly surprised by the pool and fire pit even though we did not have time to enjoy. We did get the breakfast buffet which I thought was good enough to make it work. I would stay here again. Close to the cruise port and other Cocoa Beach hot spots. I don't know if the hotel operates the shuttle, but it was cheaper to get a lyft/uber over.
