The Queensberry hotel did not disappoint! The Club Room was very spacious, for a solo traveller, beautifully decorated and spotless. The spaces around the hotel were really lovely and the garden was the perfect spot to enjoy a drink at the end of the day. Staff were very welcoming and accommodating.

This hotel was superb. The room was beautiful and the option to use the incredible outdoor terrace was a lovely bonus. We enjoyed the easy valet parking. We would definitely stay again!

We absolutely loved The Queensberry Hotel! It was beautiful, our room was spacious and so lovely. The bar was a fun spot and the restaurant was such a treat. The hotel is in walking distance to anything you would want to go to.

Lovely hotel with some great personal touches. On the negative side no coffee facilities in room with a coffee machine in the lounge some way from the room. Parking expensive, blind in room damaged, shampoo dispenser not working in bathroom and breakfast underwhelming with items charged individually and a limit of £25.per person included with your stay which seems unnecessary. On the plus side excellent service in the hotel and a beautiful hotel to walk around and admire the rooms and garden. Very close to the Circus and Royal Crescent.

Front desk was very receptive and helpful. The room was pretty and comfortable. The bar and courtyard were charming and pretty. The location was far enough from the busy main streets, but close enough for an easy, quick walk to town/Roman Baths. Also a very nice evening walk to Marlborough Tavern (with good food) followed by an after dinner stroll through the Circus and The Royal Crescent and park was very easy/nearby. We would stay here again. The complimentary Cava was a nice touch and made the mini cheers a great way to begin our stay in Bath. Bath was amazing, we loved everything about our visit, and did not want to go home.

The Queensbury was beautiful throughout, and the staff couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Loved the free coffee machines in the lounge and upstairs hall :) Great location for walking into Bath centre, but on a quiet and pretty road.

We had a very enjoyable stay at The Queensberry. The rooms were comfortable and the service from the staff was outstanding. We enjoyed having a cocktail at the cozy bar before heading out on the town. Many good restaurants were within walking distance and the staff's recommendations were first rate. We would definitely stay at The Queensberry again.

Loved how walkable it was to most of the attractions, shops, restaurants. Staff was wonderful. Room was great except for the not so itsy bitsy spider that climbed across my wife's pillow after lights out. (It has been neutralized, so, no need to worry).

Stayed here for ine evening. The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. There was one lady in particular who was extremely kind, attentive and consdierate throughout our stay. I wish I had her name to give her a shout out on here. Our room was lovely, spacious and clean. We had booked a delux double. It had a built in closet, bath, large bed and small sofa area with views overlooking bath and the rolling hills. We had booked to use the hotels car parking service, which was valuet service. The following day when we were due to check out, the hotel kept the car for a few additional hours for a small fee, so we could continue to explore bath. They collected our luggage and took it to and from the room and were extremely attentive. The hotel was clean, tidy and styled in a quirky, modern fashion. Each room with its own style. On site they had a fine dining restaurant and full bar and cocktail service but unfortunately we didnt get to sample this as we already had dinner and breakfast plans. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would very much recommend this hotel. It is a short walk into the cente where the Roman baths and pump house are located. No more then 10minuets.

We had an amazing 2 night stay at the Queensbury and it was everything we had hoped for and more. Having stayed before we knew it was lovely but it has had a major uplift in decor and it is wonderful. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, everything about the stay was faultless. Immediate check in with bags whisked up to our room, car taken and valet parked. Our room was a great size and spotlessly clean with everything we needed. A lovely ensuite with separate roll top bath and walk in shower, lots of space and beautiful decor. The service was excellent and the breakfast as special as one would hope from the only Michelin starred restaurant in Bath. A real treat for a special occassion and we will certainly return.

Room was beautifully furnished and comfortable, with immaculate bedlinen for a good night's sleep. However a big minus was no coffee and tea facilities in the room. First thing in the morning I had to stand around in a corridor in my dressing gown while I waited for the person ahead of me in the queue to make two drinks from the - very slow - communal machine. Not what I expect for £350 per night. It is required to make a reservation for breakfast therefore committing to a time, which I was not able to do the night before so I breakfasted elsewhere. It would have been helpful to have been told while booking that there was a flight of stairs in between the bedroom and the bathroom, and that rather than a walk-in shower there was a roll top bath which was quite high to climb in and out of. I would have asked for a different room. The room also required dusting in some areas, including the top of the dressing table and the window frames/window shelf in the bathroom. For these reasons I would choose a different hotel when I'm next in Bath as at this price point I've had a better experience elsewhere.

The staff were fabulous from the first moment we walked through the front door, rooms were spotless, bathroom was nice, and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. Sadly we didn’t stay for breakfast wish we did, Next time we will stay for 2 nights.

The property is beautiful, the staff discreet and attentive and if all the rooms are like ours, well appointed and simply sublime. The location is central and almost perfect. If you have mobility issues (like we do) ensure you request a room directly adjacent the lift, otherwise stairs must be used. Additionally, ask how the en suite bathroom is set; ours had a (lovely to look at) high sided, freestanding bath with shower, very difficult (for us) to get in and out, also, there was no antislip mat. One last 'whinge' there are no tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms (they are in the guest reception room on the ground floor.

The Queensberry stands out amongst other hotels because it is exquisite and beautiful. The staff go the extra mile for every single thing you ask of them. I was 4 hours early arriving in Bath and was able to leave my luggage at the hotel whilst I did some shopping, then was delighted to be able to check in an hour earlier upon my return. This trip was my second time to the Queensberry and it definitely won’t be my last! You won’t be disappointed!

The Queensbury was lovely. The front desk staff was super helpful. My room was large, clean, well appointed, elegant and quiet. The garden patio was heavenly. The restaurant was the opposite. The breakfast waiter wouldn’t quit telling me and my family how awful and filthy Bath was. Please leave us in peace to enjoy our visit to this lovely city. And we had to listen to noisy kitchen staff through the meal. The cook cursed loudly when we pointed out that we wanted cheese on our omelette. It wasn’t a big deal, but it was surprisingly trashy given how nice the hotel was otherwise.

Amazing hotel and particularly the staff, so attentive and friendly. Cannot fault the hotel at all, michelin star restaurant in the hotel which looked wonderful, we only had the breakfast but that was fantastic. The area was brilliant as walking distance to everywhere you would want to go. Just a wonderful experience

Staff and service was excellent. Made our stay very easy and enjoyable. The deluxe double room felt like a suite. Size and comfort of room was excellent. Great drinks menu and service to the room.

Fantastic service, pay attention to detail. As soon as you park up, your bags are taken and your car driven to the car park. We left our umbrella’s by the front door- they were tidily put to the side. Very friendly staff. We will be back

Excellent boutique hotel. Superb service all round. We were greeted outside by Wayne to help with valet parking and every encounter with a member of staff from there was very positive. The highlight was dining at Olive Tree. Absolutely outstanding food and such a nice touch to have the chefs come out and explain the creativity and work that goes into every dish. We will be back for sure

Front desk was very receptive and helpful. The room was pretty and comfortable. The bar and courtyard were charming and pretty. The location was far enough from the busy main streets, but close enough for an easy, quick walk to town/Roman Baths. Also a very nice evening walk to Marlborough Tavern (with good food) followed by an after dinner stroll through the Circus and The Royal Crescent and park was very easy/nearby. We would stay here again. The complimentary Cava was a nice touch and made the mini cheers a great way to begin our stay in Bath. Bath was amazing, we loved everything about our visit, and did not want to go home.

All l will say is that l will stay at The Queensbury again. Just a couple of minutes from the city centre, Royal Crescent. The rooms are so well appointment and the decor is beautifully done.

This was such a lovely hotel... the rooms were beautifully appointed, the staff was helpful and courteous and the service level was way beyond what has become the standard. Highly recommend! Note: the hotel is up above the city centre so be prepared for some uphill walking. But if this out-of-shape gal can do it, then anybody can!

This was an excellent hotel for us. We had no car. No problem. Very walkable downtown. Very nice Georgian neighborhood with excellent restaurants within a few blocks. Service was first rate. We’d come again if visiting Bath.

Amazing hotel and particularly the staff, so attentive and friendly. Cannot fault the hotel at all, michelin star restaurant in the hotel which looked wonderful, we only had the breakfast but that was fantastic. The area was brilliant as walking distance to everywhere you would want to go. Just a wonderful experience

Wonderful stay in this charming hotel. The service is very personal and the staff really make you feel welcome. Beautiful rooms. The food is superb especially the cooked to order breakfast and Michelin starred dinner. This is a really special hotel that I cannot recommend enough.

We absolutely loved The Queensberry Hotel! It was beautiful, our room was spacious and so lovely. The bar was a fun spot and the restaurant was such a treat. The hotel is in walking distance to anything you would want to go to.

We loved staying in this hotel - it was absolutely charming, well decorated and very comfortable. The breakfasts wee excellent and on our last night we ate dinner in their restaurant, which was a lovely experience.

Beautiful hotel with incredibly kind and helpful staff. The rooms are very clean and well maintained - we stayed in room 14. 5-10 minute walk into town and approx. 15 minute walk to the station. Would highly recommend trying this boutique hotel and we are looking forward to returning.

Fabulous welcoming staff at the welcome and throughout our stay. Couldn't have been better. Beautiful room great size, well laid out. Everything spotlessly clean. Large bathroom, nice robes, and soft towels. We didn't try the bar, but there was a lovely outside area and it looked wonderful. Easy walking distance to centre of Bath - past the soon to reopen assembly rooms :) On the downside the breakfast was professional - but joyless. And we did miss air conditioning in the rooms (but they did provide a fan).
