We got the room ahead of check in,was a great help. The staff were excellent to deal with and very friendly. Was a pleasure to stay at and would stay again if in Christchurch again

The room was reasonable, although I had issues with the TV and the shower, which kept going cold. Staff were good.

Lots of space and the apartment was on the ground floor and very convenient. Loved the large double shower, two toilets and big spa bath.

Staff was great, room location was less than desirable. Ground floor room facing the parking/laneway. First morning woken to your buses starting up and people filing in (7am). Second morning woken to laundry carts being loaded into a truck (6am).
