The unit was very clean. The staff were pleasant and helpful. It was good having a restaurant there where we could order our meal through room service. Just a shame with parking. Only minimal parking at the Studios, but was able to get parking in another area of the complex. Would go back again.

After an initial mix up at check-in the room we stayed in was excellent. On site parking was a little tight but we did get a space every night (there is free on street parking anyway so not really a problem). Room service and amenities supplied were excellent and it was one of the best value stays we have had. Road noise could be a bit of an issue if you're very sensitive to it but it did not keep us awake at all.

Garden rooms were old, without microwave and ac and stained carpet in first room. Luckily moved breakfast on Christmas Day was dire, served in a little cardboard box, a handful of muesli loose! Nice garden area and good to have games and picnic table and bbq area. Really disappointing breakfast given Christmas day A hand made tiny pot of yoghurt and milk(not even a sealed proper little one), 3 grapes, one slice of cheap loaf bread and a little pastry loose so all was stale anyway by the next morning. Kitchen had a lot of appliances that didn’t work and was generally not as clean as most hostels. Men’s bathroom in second floor also wasn’t great (lots of water on the floor and generally not that nice). The room was fine. Some shadier characters seem to live here long term, and sit out front smoking all day, so there is also that.

Stayed here for a few nights and really enjoyed it. The rooms were clean, warm, and comfortable, with all the essentials provided. Staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and check-out easy. The location is great—close to the city centre but still quiet at night. Good value for money. Would definitely stay again.

Good points, central, clean sheets thankfully and daily towels. Low points- bloodstained curtains that staff tried to convince us was coffee.. No dedicated Parking, shared with busy, noisy pub on premisis. Expected to fill jug and clean cup, glasses in bathroom sink. Lots of light at night..

The property is quite a long walk from the city, but a nice walk. The reception staff are not exactly joyous, a smile or two would help! But the room itself was a huge disappointment! We stayed in the Lodge, which is much like a YHA, with dorm rooms kitchen etc. Although we had a double room with ensuite it was very small and westerly facing, so on lovely sunny day the room heats up like an oven and there is no A//C!!! So we had little sleep during our 2 night stay! Our first night there with our group we stayed in a Studio room, which was much better, so if you have a choice pricewise, that is a better option. I must add that although it was hot in the Lodge room and with my earlier description, it was however quiet!

Spacious twin room with ensuite in the Lodge. Clean & quiet. The room door would also 'suction bang' (while shut) when the main front door downstairs slammed shut (unless it was other doors nearby). Not sure if this stopped due to turning the safety lock or the piece of paper I put in the door to stop this, as with both these in place the loud bang noise stopped. No aircon so being able to open the sliding door was a lifesaver. Restaurant on site. Would stay again.

Property was clean and walkable although a bit removed from the city center. However, due to the variety of accommodation types from backpacker to mid range hotel it was very busy and at times noisy. Rooms facing Bealey Ave also experienced a far bit of road noise as this is a busier road.

I was told that my silver status got me a perk but upon checking in when I mentioned about it, the manager refused to accept it and said nothing from Expedia about such perk was mentioned to the accommodation provider. Secondly there was a TV but no remote for the same was provided. So appreciate if the guests were made comfortable by at least saying that they will check with Expedia and get back rather than just blatantly rejecting the silver status perk that Expedia mentioned in their booking.

We arrived early at 830am and were happy to leave our luggage at reception until 2 pm check in. The lovely man at checkin said he could find a room that was already ready and we were able to go to our room straight away. Appreciated that immensely as we had nowhere to go apart from shopping. Wir hatten ein Studio zur Straße, trotz geschlossener Fenster hat man die Autos gehört. Sonst ist alles gut gewesen, praktisch gelegen und nicht weit zum Flughafen.

Have been back a third time really like the staying. Only down side was kept getting chatged fill price for dinner and 1 night didnt get half of what i had paid for
