This would have to be one of the best hotels i have ever stayed in by way of price, location and amenities. I was a solo traveller in a studio room. It was spotlessly clean, very spacious and had a kitchenette with microwave, toaster, kettle, sink and cutlery and crockery to be self sufficient. And all located directly opposite the magnificent botanical gardens and the river, the art gallery and a short walk to the main restaurant precint, riverside market and main CBD. And a little balcony as well. The price is so affordable, there is a restaurant on site and i was able to store my luggage until i could check in. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.
