I got the room right above the kitchen entrance. I stayed on Saturday night. It was noisy. On Sunday morning , I was awakened by the delivery truck.

Easy to miss the entrance. Hotel is clean but a bit in need of a "spruce up". Some of the staff are friendlier than others. A great asset to the hotel is the barman Martin in the snug bar he is a pleasant jovial man. There are plenty of attractions nearby. All in all we enjoyed our stay.

At reception Christine was very friendly and even gave us an upgrade. The hotel was very good value. We didn't have breakfast but did have an evening meal, which was excellent. All the staff have time to chat and gave us some useful info about visiting the city. Will definitely return.
