This was our 3rd visit. The main public areas are beautiful and very comfortable. We were there on a Sunday afternoon and there was someone playing the piano, which made the atmosphere very special. Our bedroom was comfortable, but we needed to ask for a fan. Some tweaks are needed such as brighter lighting near the mirror, and a power point near the mirror would have been useful. We had dinner in the restaurant...the meal was beautiful and good value. Three courses for £30. Stephen and team were really helpful throughout our stay. Its a great location to explore the area.

The staff was very friendly, the room could have been more up to date. No reading lamps or outlets near the beds. The water pressure for the shower was a bit weak. The hotel had ample parking and the staff was very helpful.

Just a brief stay in this boutique hotel. Very nice property but rooms do not have A/C and of course it was in the 80’s all week. Nice bar in the hotel.

Property was well cared for, bedroom was noisy with traffic travelling nearby, breakfast was very poor, served up luke warm as a buffet not good. The reception area was excellent with lots of comfortable seating. Evening meal in the restaurant was very good. Drinks in the bar very expensive 2 gin & tonic £21.

Best cooked breakfast I’ve experienced, love the sausages, Soda and potato bread, and white pudding (1st time), great service by Jasper, breakfast by Emma. Very comfortable and large bed, easy parking right outside hotel, located in quiet area just 5 mins from city centre. Excellent!

The property is beautiful. The area in which the hotel sits is well presented and well maintained. It is close to Londonderry city centre. Staff wonderful and the food excellent. Would recommend this hotel to everybody. We are going back in August.

lovely super-king bed... but room was overpowerfully warm & stuffy... shower was not great... low pressure.... food was good... BUT, very slow at being delivered . Polite and professional staff .

Check in was difficult i was told that i hadnt paid for the room as they only take payment on arrival. This took a long time to resolve as i had already paid through hotels.com. Room was basic but comfortable except for the bathroom. The tolet was to close to the shower so you had to sit sideways. I would not recommend for taller or disabled people. Food was nice. Guinness was bad.
