Our stay in the Hotel was very comfortable and the food was good, but did not expect to be charged to use the swimming pool, £10 for yourself with 2 kids £20 per visit!!!

Stayed here as it has destination charging for EV. None of the 12 points worked. Wouldn’t stay again. Appreciate hotel don’t run the charging points but not a single one working is poor. Parking is expensive. No option to prepay it or park elsewhere if you wanted to charge here. Price for parking announced on checkout. Roads around hotel are diabolical. Dangerous even if you loop back out into the city avoiding the motorway. Don’t book here if you have an EV. You’ll be streets away. At least it’s free to park on street over holiday. All in all poor. Room was really well appointed. Otherwise massively below par for a Hilton that should be a flagship.

Hotel beautiful & clean. Did report a faulty remote for the tv which wasn’t sorted over two night stay. Also-you get charged for using the pool which you are not informed about till after booking room 😕

A standard Hilton Hotel with the amenities and functions of majority of all their hotels within their chain. Never had breakfast so cannot comment, gym & pool was lovely. Including the Hot tub.

Hotel is nice and clean however you now have to pay to use the pool. After finding this out when we went to swim we did look and although it is on the discription it is further down and after the 3rd mention of pool. This is disappointing as this was the main reason for booking this hotel. What was planned on using several times only used it once at a cost of £20

Check in was okay and hotel clean with friendly staff. On getting in to the room noted the TV was not working reported this to reception and was told it would be looked in to. Went out for the rest of the day returning late evening to find TV still not working. Breakfast was okay but took some time to get seated staff around but seemed to assume that it was not their responsibility to attend to me and had to wait for someone to come to the breakfast reception desk. Stay was okay but did not warrant the £255 fee for a one night stay with breakfast!!

The hotel was very good, however, on the morning we were checking out, there was no hot water in the whole hotel, because they had a fault with the boiler, when there was a power outage, the day before. I realise that these things happen, however maybe a small amount of compensation on the rooms we booked would have been nice, if they offered. I paid over £1,800 for two nights on three rooms, so I do expect at that price hot water and if a problem like this arises, then a small refund should have happed. On a positive note the food in the hotel was excellent.

I had a good stay, but the room was fairly cold. I couldn’t find any USB ports to charge a phone in the room but they may have had them elsewhere. That said, the bed was comfortable, the toiletries were high quality, the breakfast was superb and the staff friendly and helpful. I would go back there if I was visiting Glasgow.

The hotel was fine, but I expected more from Hilton. The beds were great and so was the room. Big TV. own fridge. There was no underfloor heating in the bathroom. I had to wait a long time for the shower water to warm up in the morning.

Pros: Rooms are clean and view from 17th floor is great. Comfortable beds. Lounge is very comfortable. Bar open till 12 midnight. The ambience is great and relaxing. Great staff. Polite and professional Lovely cocktails. One of the best Bloody Mary I have ever had. Food is yummy. Had dinner one night at the hotel itself. Lot of options to choose from. Cons no robes for kids , especially with swimming access kids robe are expected. And its Hilton not just any hotel. Parking has leaks although hotel has apologised it was due to some work. Breakfast service didn’t work for me. . The hot buffet was not being filled. I waited and had yogurt muesli brown toast tea and left I was vegan. Not many options if you take out hot breakfast also from the mix. Not worth 18 quid per person. I had booked in for breakfast for two days separately it was not part of my booking . Called in to cancel for the next day. The attendant at the desk, said no problem they can do that. I had booked for only one adult and child. However while checking out we were asked to pay for two days. Somehow managed to convince them to pay for one day but again they charged us for family of four. Just let go and paid but did leave with an awkward feeling which otherwise would have been nice given the hotel is so comfortable to stay and relax.

Took my 3 grandchildren away for a special treat. Disappointed to be woken up in the early hours due to a party in the room above us. Didn’t want to complain and receive any backlash so had to wait until they quietened down, at 5.15am. Apart from above hotel is lovely and would have loved to have had a nicer experience.

This Hilton hotel is right in front of the A804 - windows cannot be opened and it would be very noisy. There is not even a proper footpath to walk to the steps leading to the main road into town. We booked the hotel mainly for the swimming pool but despite a “booking system” and a “dedicated line” for one swimmer, it was most of the afternoons and even at 6pm full of kids which made it on one day impossible for me to swim. It would be helpful to have separate times for swim and play. The breakfast options are quite limited if you are looking for healthy food. I found one musli without sugar but there was only white toast bread and one loaf of bread. A lot of fried food options. Although in the middle of summer fruit came from a tin, there were a few apples and green bananas. For a Hilton we were disappointed. The location is also quite a walk into town.

Very nice hotel, only negative was a door repeatedly slamming in the morning that woke us up and turned out it was the cleaning staff, a wedge in their cleaning store across from us would have resolved this quite easily

Great hotel. Lovely stay. Very comfortable sleep. Bed and pillows comfortable. Decent gym, pool and spa facilities. Only gripe was some staff in the gym area werent the friendliest when asking very simple questions. Other than that. The stay was absolute brillaint. Would stay again if i need to visit again.

We enjoyed our stay. The hotel location and quality was great. We are a little upset about missing our tour because we did not get a requested wake up call. We would have used our phone alarms but they were both on a charger. We were charged for our tour even though we did not make it. Thank goodness it was not a flight. We requested a call again the next day and were assured that we would get a call. Again no call. Luckily we had an alarm back up. the second time. We use Hilton Hotels when we can and have never had this problem.

We arrived after a long transatlantic flight and requested an early check-in. No hotel will guarantee this but the Hilton staff worked hard to accomodate us. It was wonderful and much appreciated. It is an easy walk into central Glasgow. Staff were universally pleasant and helpful. Food in the relaxed bar and restaurant areas was excellent and we especially enjoyed the daily buffet breakfast. The Hilton is now our go to hotel in Glasgow.

Nice room. 4pm check in time is unusual for Glasgow as is 11am check out. Reception staff need some customer service training. Hotel is nice enough but for the price there are much nicer hotels in Glasgow.

We had an excellent stay with Hilton Glasgow. Staff is polite, Helpful and Honest. I lost some money in the morning and when I came back on the evening and asked if they found any money after describing where I lost it. Reception staff took out an envelope and returned it to me. Never felt such warmth anywhere

Met the most amazing hostess during breakfast hours. My daughter caught Covid so was isolating in another room we had to book. I just wanted to take her some oatmeal on Saturday 7/5 and the hostess helped me where to find it and walked me to the elevator as my hands were full so she wanted to make sure to operate the buttons for going up. Sounds minor but that was above exemplary service.

The Hilton is an iconic Glasgow Hotel. It’s very much a business style hotel , rather than a resort hotel . It’s in a great location close to transport links and walkable to the city centre, shopping and popular entertainment and dining hot spots

The hotel has everything that may be expected from a modern hotel. Staff helpful and accommodating and everything found to be exceptionally clean and tidy. One negative is location with nothing much at all attractive within 10 mins walk. Overall would certainly use the hotel again.

Typical Hilton City Centre Hotel, nice rooms and excellent staff. Only downside was all the extra costs for using the pool, the sauna, the fitness room etc. Also £30 pp for an indifferent buffet breakfast put us off having it, we visited a local cafe and managed an excellent breakfast for two for £30.

Room was quite nice. The hotel overall is a bit dated. I wish there were more dining options. The main restaurant in the hotel is super dated and not many kid-friendly options. The hotel staff is lovely overall but there were a few issues with the staff of the restaurant.

The staff were so friendly. They greeted us, gave us food recommendations and held our bags for a while. The place was really clean and comfortable. The breakfast was fantastic. I appreciate them making an omelette from egg whites for me. Good location. My only complaint was that The food in the restaurant was expensive and they added an automatic tip which I wish they didn’t.
