Great hotel overall. Loved the location, close to Buchanan bus station, and in between, you can find lots of stores and things to do. The room was clean, had everything that we needed, complimentary coffee, tea, and hot chocolate powder. Very comfortable and quiet to enjoy a good sleep. The only thing I noticed was that the mini fridge wasn't working, and neither were the fans for both the toilet and bathroom. Didn't have the time to go to the amenities, but seem pretty nice and convenient.

A large, clean room with comfortable beds. The communal areas were spotless and well maintained. The bar had a nice atmosphere. All the staff were lovely and attentive and the breakfast options were great.
