We didn’t eat or drink here because we were going out the night we were staying. The gym however was really well equipped and included with your stay, the swimming pool however was not included in your stay and you had to pay another £45.00 each to be able to use it, as it is part of their spa. This we didn’t find out with the original booking, only a few days before when we got a welcome email, which was a slight disappointment as mostly included with your stay. Otherwise lovely hotel and the restaurant looked busy so presume food good.

Lovely stay at a very nice hotel. We had a great meal in The Carriage Works on a Monday special with an included bottle of wine My only gripe is that it’s extra to use the spa.

Had the most amazing stay at this hotel. Julie at reception was so helpful and kind. We really enjoyed the spa as well. Victoria and Lily at the spa were also wonderful. The hotel is immaculate and the room was spacious and had everything you’d need. Will definitely return!

Room was very clean, the windows look out to the offices across the road so you had to keep your blinds closed to preserve your privacy. The table was pushed up against the window so it was not possible to close the curtains. We arrived late, midnight and parked outside the hotel. Free till 7am. I got up and moved to the recommended Anglican Church carpark. Drove there and found out it was graduation day and it was closed (Thought the staff might have known that) parked outside the hotel and paid the £8 for 4 hours (reasonable) went on a bus trip and tried to renew parking, no renewal policy. £25 parking fine (cheaper than London). We had breakfast at the hotel. It was lovely with lots of choice and the staff led by Harry were wonderful. We didnt evening dine there but our friends did and they had nothing but praise. I would definitely stay here again. Great location, great staff and very nice room. I'll research my parking next time. Very much value for money
