Great for parking with really good transport links. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the room felt brand new and very clean. It was quite a unique experience staying in a cricket ground, even without a match on, especially having dinner overlooking the pitch! The only minor downside was being located in the link building, which was quite a walk from reception, and one of the lifts was out of service on that side, making things a little less convenient at times. Overall, I’d recommend it and would definitely stay again.

The room was clean and staff were friendly and helpful. There was sufficient parking but not many spaces left when we arrived late afternoon. There was a good choice of food and drinks at breakfast. The evening menu whilst not exhaustive gave a reasonable choice and seemed to cover the obvious intolerances and dietary choices.

Really lovely hotel, felt nice and quiet, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The worse thing was the door of the suite connecting the two rooms made it feel a bit tight when it was open. The staff were lovely though, and slippers to take with us to the start of the marathon were a lovely touch!
