The breakfast was nice but a lot had ran out and wasn’t replaced. The food was good but we had to ask a few times for things like napkins missing items etc. the bar needs sorted out for the evening now coop live is running there is nowhere to sit to have a drink after, it’s all closed off ready for breakfast. You should be able to come back from a concert and have a drink in a hotel bar without feeling like you are perched in a reception/lobby. Rooms were nice, clean and quiet

I travelled for work for a concert that was happening at Co-op Live, as such the hotel was busy but not terribly so. Only impact that may have is on their 3 lifts when trying to go to breakfast and checking out as everyone is doing the same and there can be a 5 min wait for some of the upper floors, as it seems some of the lifts skip floors or go to certain floors in order of when they were called 🤔

Check in was great, the lobby is lovely and clean and bright and the staff were lovely. The room on first glance was amazing it’s huge with a lovely view, however it could do with a deep clean, the bedding was clean but the room looked tired, splashes up walls and units, handles missing, peeling units. Such a shame really. There were a couple of incidents on the evening one of which was totally out of the hotel’s control but the evening staff weren’t proactive at all. We had an issue with the lift which the evening staff didn’t take seriously either and it really let the hotel down as the staff on the day shift were completely different, really helpful and sympathetic. The breakfast was what you’d expect from a buffet, plenty of choice and restaurant was clean. It’s a shame that we were let down by the evening staff. Don’t take the lift on the right 😳

Well-equipped and modern room with a great facilities and a handy mini fridge. Bathroom was clean and stylish. Service at the bar could do with improving as at times you was waiting for 20 minutes for somebody to come and serve.

Good location for the new CO-OP arena. Clean and comfortable rooms, very welcoming. Would be 5 stars if it had a carpark. Travis Rd carpark is nearest. Car got broken in to!!

Was difficult parking for this hotel. The Parking suggested on the hotel website by following the postcode indicated takes you to a car park a long distance away. There is one nearer on Travis Street (50m away) and this needs to be made clearer for customers driving. The rooms are functional, comfortable and well equipped but the air conditioning was not working so sleeping wasn't easy on Floor 10 at 24 degrees. Breakfast was of average quality and simple items such as napkins, hot water and side plates were difficult to find. Staff were friendly and they admitted the parking directions were “misleading” but then why don’t they contact the relevant staff to correct it?!

The hotel has poor hygiene standards and staff were very dismissive and rude. Rooms are very small and were not cleaned despite several requests. Breakfast is very poor and as regular visitors to Leonardo properties we would never visit this property again.

Check in was great, the lobby is lovely and clean and bright and the staff were lovely. The room was run down and needs decorating. It had only one small floor to ceiling window in the corner.We paid a lot for this room as we were at a concert in town and I at least expected it to be clean. The walls and paint were all scuffed and peeling off. The shower head was covered in what looked like black mould and limescale so i didnt want to use it, the towels rough and old. The staff on reception were very friendly and efficient. They are sadly let down by the rest of the hotel.

All the staff in the hotel were friendly and helpful. Our room was modern and very clean. It was quiet at night. The breakfast was excellent with cooked breakfast, a choice of breads, continental breakfast, cereals, fruit and pastries.

Positives: Quiet, clean, good sized room, easy check in, well located for a gig at the Co-Op Live Arena. Negatives: Room (on the 9th floor on a very hot week!) too hot. Maybe partly caused by a very hot towel rail in the bathroom which couldn't be switched off? Either way, the Air Con couldn't tackle it.

Always a pleasant hotel to stop over at, which we do often when attending gigs. Asked for a quiet room which we got but it did feel a bit claustrophobic as it was a tad on the small cramped size. Staff were fine, checking in was t the speediest either

Good location, walking distance to Picadilly station. Staff very friendly. We were a little disappointed that door didn’t have a deadbolt. Also our A/C didn’t work until the 6th day of 7 day stay, after we saw a maintenance guy in the hallway and mentioned there was something wrong. We called front desk the 1st day and they said the main switch had to be turned on and it was working fine. We were left a note in the room stating problem with airflow, and to turn on manually. Would have been nice if they had sent him up earlier instead of us finding him in another room and asking him to take a look as there were some sleepless nights due to the heat.

Very comfortable room, mini fridge and safe inc. no storage space though, except for 6 hangars on a rail. No drawers or even shelves, had to use the ironing board to put clothes on. Also, the towel radiator was permanently switched on, on the hottest weekend this year! It was reported but we were told it SHOULD switch off when you turn the lights off, but definitely didn't! Probably stick to the Premier inn next time sorry guys 🙄

The receptionist David was very rude! We had phoned in the morning before our stay to ask about a pricing issue and were told on the phone we would get breakfast as a good will gesture but when we got to the hotel he had a very poor attitude told us “no one would have offered you breakfast for free” made us feel quite uncomfortable in front of other guests and had a really bad attitude. The room had coffee or something splattered over the walls by the desk and I had to move the single bed to put it by the double for my disabled daughter and the floor was disgusting. It was filthy.

The Staff were lovely, friendly welcoming. The breakfast was amazing well worth the money. The bed was so comfy! The room was lovely and clean, the sheets and towels felt and smelt lovely. We would stay again! & Tramline straight outside for the CO-OP live arena

We had a few issues on check in due to a new system that reception were fighting with which caused long delays. The girls on reception did a great job dealing with frustrated customers. Otherwise everything else was good.

One night stay for a concert at the Co-op live... Excellent all round stay,with a fantastic breakfast then set us up for the day. A brilliant location for the co-op live which is a nice walk along the canal path,takes about 25mins or catch the tram.....

Lovely hotel, great location for Etihad stadium and coop live. Both tram service and walkable. Even on an evening the walking route is well lite and feels safe. Hotel was very busy due to an event so had to wait to check in but there were option to self check in. Room comfortable and clean. Not a lot of places near to eat had to walk 15 mins to find a variety of places to eat. Coffee shop across the road and walkable to Manchester Piccadilly station. The only down side was the price. It had been increased due to the event but I guess that’s the price you pay for the location.

I stayed here with my 2 daughters as we were going to see Billie Eilish. It was the perfect location, just a couple of minute walk to the tram station to the co op live and a half an hour walk back. Staff were excellent.

20 mins walk to Co-op Live. 15 mins walk to Manchester Piccadilly and city centre. Great pizza at Rudy's, 15 mins walk. Comfy bed, quiet rooms. Carpets in hall areas a bit grubby, could be doing with being cleaned/replaced, sink in toilet struggled to drain but other than that, it was fine. Would use again for any visit Co-op Live concerts

Front desk staff were excellent throughout our stay. It's a short walk from Manchester Piccadilly, then a short tram ride to the Co-op arena. The tram stop is very close to the hotel. There is also an excellent craft beer brewery and bar in a nearby industrial estate, called Track brewery. Highly recommend!

The hotel is located in a great location, about a 10 min walk from central Manchester. Closest bus stop is 3 min. Staff is very helpful and kind, they were very welcoming and polite. 10/10 in cleanliness.

Stayed here for one night, attended a concert nearby. Within walking distance for trams, buses, shops and concert venue. Room was lovely, comfy bed. Breakfast buffet was great, plenty of both hot and cold choices and clean dining area. Will definitely choose again and recommend. Staff were friendly and helpful.

The room was fantastic, a really great price but the breakfast wasn't well stocked. You couldn't get many items and we have to wait 20 minutes for bacon. It's a shame as the service was excellent and the staff couldn't do enough to help.

Clean room and comfy beds. Although curtains did let some light in as couldn’t fully close at end of rail. Breakfast was the best, but we might of arrived after a busy period and food, cutlery hadn’t been replenished. Staff very friendly and helpful. Would stay again.

Hotel itself in great location for Co-op Live/Eithad stadium. Both are around a 20-25 minute walk. Due to the queue at reception we did the automated check in and checked ourselves in upon arrival without any problems. Room was clean and met all our needs for an overnight stay and beds were comfortable. Big let down was the breakfast. When we got to dining area, it was approximately half full so was not too busy. However, when we went to get our breakfast there was no fresh orange juice, tea, eggs, mushrooms, bowls - in fact it was incredibly poor! When they eventually brought out some scrambled eggs, the other food on the plate was cold. Our daughter could not finish her breakfast as it was not very enjoyable and had to excuse herself from the table and go back to the room as she felt unwell after eating some of it. Just after we checked out, she was actually sick and fetched the breakfast back up!! I would recommend this hotel for location but really regret booking the breakfast so I would advise to go elsewhere for your breakfast.
