The hotel was spotless and when I accidentally left my ring in the room, and jumped on the hotel shuttle to the airport, they couldn’t have been mOre helpful in me getting it back! Thank you so much ☺️

Very convenient and comfortable easy transfers to airport. Very helpful and friendly staff will probably use again. Only downside is having to pay for transfers if doing twilight check in

Our flight was as delayed so we didn’t get to the hotel till 5.30 am. But we were glad of a bed for a couple of hours and a shower. Also booked the breakfast when we arrived which was nice. Check in/out was good. Friendly staff. It is a bit of a walk from terminal 2 but there is a shuttle bus but we were that tired from the journey that I forgot the times they ran. So we jumped in at taxi for £2 more than we would have paid for the bus. We used the shuttle bus to get to the train station later that morning. Would use hotel again.

Booked for the 5th of August. Returning from holiday. Very tired. After 4 and half hr bus journey. Add the flight. To find no sign of our booking. Despite getting it confirmed. They had us in on the 1st of September.. It took ages to sort it out. I had to go through e mails. To provide proof. My husband was so stressed he has had cancer. So tires easily. Not good !!
