This was a one night stay on New Year’s Eve. As anticipated with this brand everything was up to standard. No complaints with the hotel or staff. Only negative point was the car parking charge of £13 and no public/shuttle service to the airport. Taxi would have been £30 round trip, without a car. Both above points are outside the hotels control. Otherwise very enjoyable.

Check in was fine, double bed mattress needed replaced as was lopsided! Window also didn’t shut properly so draughty and nosiey. Breakfast was pretty decent, overall average hotel for a traveller just wanting a basic room but bit much paying for parking!

Great service when checking in from being given an overnight delay of our flight. Clean and comfortable. Great breakfast. Snacks available at any time. Very helpful staff. Could benefit from shuttle bus. Paid significantly more for taxi back to airport booked through hotel than for the taxi from the airport to the hotel.

Very clean, check in staff very helpful. Very good selection of cold breakfast items at 3am, if you have early flight . Hotel is good but Uber from airport isn’t, very expensive as you can’t walk to it.

Very clean hotel, breakfast was very good. It was a very busy service, so the hot food was always fresh, the staff were friendly, cheerful and efficient, despite being clearly very busy. We checked in late at night and the woman on the desk was very cheerful and helpful. Another member of staff helped me to book a taxi back to the airport train station. The only thing about this hotel, is that it is not the Holiday Inn at the airport - it is a taxi ride away or a half hour walk, if you can cope for that far with kids and luggage. We took a taxi from the other Holiday Inn to this one. That was also cheaper, as there is a surcharge for getting a taxi pick up at the airport - so walk somewhere else to get the taxi and book it yourself!

We were placed in an accessibility room and it was very clear the bathroom is not cleaned well. There was pink slime at the bottom of the shower curtain so it's likely never been washed. The whole floor filled with water when I showered (I don’t know if the drain was clogged).

So from man airport there was no shuttle, so we had to walk 15mins !! On arrival, staff were efficient and friendly. We were in rm 24 ground floor, the corridor was absolutely filthy. The room wasn't clean and the walls were again filthy. The only decent part of the room was the bathroom. The walls paper thin, so noisy until late. The breakfast was ok. Won't book this hotel again, which we'd booked premeir inn !

Derelict hotel room, the carpet wasn't vacuumed at check in, worn out walls, iron offered was faulty but was changed on request. The shower tray was not draining and remained an issue which the hotel management was unable to resolve throughout the 4 night stay. The ceiling of the corridor was leaking intermittently. Breakfast was average with minimal options, no offering of hot milk (even on request)

Staff are lovely. However the hotel is very run down and furnishings look dirty and tired. I arrived after a delayed flight at 2am and could not go to bed until 3am as the bedding and towels in the room were dirty. The towels had stains and the bedding had various hairs on it. I had to go to reception to ask them to change the bedding and towels. The staff were great and rectified the situation straight away but this should not have happened in the first place. I had to get up early so this meant I got very little sleep. I do not think this hotel is value for money.

Strong smell of smoke in the lobby, hallway and even the room. Found a hair in the bed and the shower was not clean. It's an "airport hotel" because it's kinda close to the airport, but no shuttle service. We expect basic but clean and functional from this chain, great for the night before a long flight, but this one fell short

The dirty bedding was unacceptable. We arrived late and were so tired and disappointed to find housekeeping had not changed the sheets from the previous guests. The shower drained too slowly and we had to keep turning it off so it would not flood the bathroom. The breakfast was good though, which is why i gave 2 stars.

There was no WiFi on the property. I had to go to another hotel across the parking lot to use their WiFI so I could check into my flight. The staff was unconcerned that this was a problem. There was no air conditioning and the common areas and the room were hot & stuffy. The fan provided was noisy and worked only on low speed. I would not recommend this hotel.

We arrived about 3am in the morning so were absolutely exhausted and ready for a good nights sleep which unfortunately we never got.From entering our room all we heard was the room above us walking round the whole night to be honest we were glad to leave

The sofa bed was very uncomfortable which I have is a very bad overnight sleep. Breakfast was very limited and not much of a choice. It was also very busy and there was only one toaster which made the queue for bread very long. Also the refilling of the limited hot breakfast was very slow. Will never stay here again.

Excellent staff communication, the room was spotless, tea/coffee, hairdryer and iron in the room. Good simple accommodation following a late arrival at the airport. Does exactly what you expect, and breakfast is pretty good. It would be even better if there was a shuttle bus to transfer from the airport.

Service was good at reception, ok in restaurant and bar. Prices for food and drinks are extortionate and certainly with regards to the food way overpriced and poor quality food. Choice limited and drinks are a rip off. Also very disappointed that the hotel has no shuttle service to and from airport as cost of taxi is ridiculous for the distance involved

The breakfast was limited and not so great for vegetarians, Limited in options. The coffee was awful, just milk and little coffee dispensed, the beans were bitter. The breakfast is not worth the money. There is an additional charge for parking. It is a waste of money

Extremely disappointed at the restaurant and the service given ( not given ) there. Food was extremely poor. The chicken was so dry so you could not eat it, had “spicy chicken” as a starter as well, was supposed to be crispy but I guess it was frozen one that was cooked in microwave. Sent it back and it came back just dry and hard. The service was extremely bad at the restaurant. So if you go there, order take away or eat before arriving the hotel.

There is no aircon so the room was very hot through the night. Also we ordered pizza from "cafe" and it was burnt so returned it and got another which was also burnt. Ended up getting a refund. Staff didnt seem too concerned that pizzas kept coming out burnt. Another table left their pizza too. Breakfast was ok.

Room was very clean and comfortable Reception staff very helpful. Breakfast was a bit of a free for all. Hygiene questionable due to lack of hand sanitizing products.Everyone handling spoons ,mugs,glasses etc..There was an excellent choice of food I must admit but too crowded for me. Staff were very good clearing and cleaning tables.
