Perfect location at Manchester airport between Terminals. Easy to find. Excellent breakfast buffet from 0600hrs which we hadcready forxlong haul check in at 0730hrs. Would certainly stay here again night before long haul flights.

Good hotel for an overnight stay before a flight. Clean and comfortable. Executive lounge was a nice place to relax. Sadly snacks were poor and staff throughout the hotel were never able to help with the times the lounge opened or when snacks were provided. No info to help in the lounge or in the executive bedrooms either. Will use the hotel again but not sure would upgrade to executive floor.

Stayed in executive room, heating stuck on tropical 27 degrees. Asked staff to sort it or move room, they allegedly sorted it whilst we used the lounge. Room was cooler on return but then back to 27 degrees by midnight until check out, hardly any sleep before a long haul flight!! Staff a reception’s attitude was poor all they advised was to email complaint! Still awaiting a response!!!
