We stayed in a large room with twin beds, very spacious and clean. The bedrooms are not air-conditioned, however there was a very good fan in the room which helped keep the room cool, during the heatwave. Breakfast was a very good buffet at £9.95/person (if booked the night before, £13.50 on the day) lots of choice. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early but they do charge a fee of £10/per hour before the usual check in time of 2pm. A ten minute walk from Piccadilly station so good location too. This is the second time I have stayed here and will be back.

Absolutely going to avoid booking this hotel again. On arrival, receptionist was rude and abrupt. The room was more like a suite, with a jacuzzi bath, bidet loads of room, very airy. Unfortunately we were awoken at 2am by water coming through the ceiling onto the bed. After a couple of attempts we finally made contact with reception to tell them. A member of staff came to assess the situation and gave us a key card for another room, which was luckily on the same floor as we had to move wearing our pyjamas. No assistance was offered by said member of staff. The second room was not on a par with our original, it was tiny, very cramped, and very hot, but we were very tired by this point and just needed sleep. Awake before 7am meant we'd managed about 4 hours sleep. When we went to check out the following morning the receptionist looked perplexed when we gave her keycards to 2 rooms, so explained the situation. Surely this should've been logged somewhere in case of an emergency. No apology was offered, and when asked if we could have some money back for the inconvenience, was told 'no'. Shocking attitude.
