Overall, we had a good stay and enjoyed our time at the hotel. We rated each category 4 stars because, while the experience was positive, there are a few small areas that could be improved. The staff were friendly, pleasant and helpful whenever we needed assistance, which made us feel welcome throughout our stay. There were a few housekeeping issues that prevented us from giving 5 stars. For example, used glasses were left in the room rather than being taken away, the bin wasn't emptied, and on one occasion our towels were taken but not replaced, meaning we had to request fresh ones. These weren't major issues, but they did impact the overall experience. We also felt the drink selection could be improved. It would be great to see more options for guests who prefer sugar-free or zero-sugar soft drinks. Despite these minor points, we enjoyed our stay and appreciate the hard work of the staff. With a little more attention to housekeeping details and a wider choice of drinks, this would easily be a 5-star experience.

Clean and comfortable. Friendly staff. Parking is a plus. The hotel is in a quiet area and thus it is comfortable. on the other hand, you need to drive to get food and dinner because there is only a Macdonell next to the hotel. If you don't like burger, you need to try somewhere else.
