When we arrived, the room that was initially assigned to us was located in a hallway that was very dirty due to food trays left outside by guests from other rooms, creating clutter and a strong food odor. We were moved to a different floor, where the issue was less severe, but the same situation with food trays remained. In addition, the cleanliness standards did not seem adequate, and there was a noticeable humidity/mold smell throughout the area. The bathrooms were also missing basic amenities such as towels and soap. Therefore, considering the cost of the room versus the overall conditions and experience, I believe the property is overpriced and does not provide the level of quality or cleanliness that would be expected for the rate being charged.
