Lovely, comfortable hotel. Amazing Santal 33 toiletries in the rooms. Excellent location in the old town. Could have stayed here a long time!

I’ve stayed in hundreds of hotel rooms and it is very rare for me to find everything “perfect” but here I did find everything “perfect.” The room, the location, the amenities, the staff, etc.—I can’t find anything to complain about.

Clean room, friendly staff. Unfortunately I had read there would be hot chocolate in the lobby but that wasn’t the case for us. The real bummer was how uncomfortable the bed was and the lumpy pillows. It really affected our quality of sleep.
