Faits: Le Ritz est très bien situé et les services est très bon. Positif: La bienvenue dans la chambre avec des fruits était vraiment agréable. La flexibilité du personnel en général était aussi une très bonne chose. Le concierge est très doué et m\'a fortement impressioné surtout de part son attention. La nourriture au restaurant Boulud et le "Tea Time" était agréable et de bonnes qualités. La salle de sport est de très bonne qualité et super propre. La hammam était vraiment génial. Les choses qui étaient pas géniales. 1. La balance non fonctionnelle dans la salle de bain. 2. Télécommande dans la salle de bain pour la TV qui ne fonctionnait pas (a été changé après demande). 3. Le petit-dejeuner était correct mais pas impressionnant malgré le très bon room service. 4. Le manque d\'information concernant les règles pour la piscine et une eau très tiède pour ce genre d\'hôtel est surprenant. En gros une bonne expérience mais je n\'étais pas ébloui.

Not hotel guest friendly. No coffee, no breakfast, bar crowded and you need a reservation even at the bar. No chairs in lobby. Small business area. Nothing for breakfast. No gathering spaces.

Nice place. Living out of memories. Small swimming pool. Service not that friendly, ready to embarrass you if you do give them enough tips. Even if management tries to compensate. A disappointment for people who expect more for this price. Overpriced for what it is.

The Ritz is a fantastic hotel. From the moment I arrived the staff made me feel at home. I drove from NYC and was immediately met by the valet to assist with my car and the luggage. When I arrived at my room there was a handwritten note welcoming us along with cookies. I came in to see the Pink concert( which I walked to from the hotel) and spent three wonderful nights. They have two restaurants in the lobby. One a very upscale French restaurant the other more relaxed. I found both excellent. The location of the hotel is perfect with several wonderful restaurants in near proximity if you want to venture outside of the hotel for options. Also shopping glamour within a couple blocks. The hotel has an excellent Spa and a gym which while adequate could use a refresh. There is also a pool and sun deck on the roof. In conclusion a fantastic hotel with a wonderful staff. Highly recommend!!!

Best hotel I have ever stayed in! Staff goes out of their way from the moment you arrive. The room had so many modern amenities including heated bathroom floors and a huge closet/changing room. Pool area is incredible. I cannot wait to go back here!

Overall it was comfortable, staff was extremely amazing and good amenities. I think they need to dial down their price even if it is a ritz. They need to improve the tea quality even in the tea room. Tea room scone were below standards, but ambiance was nice. I struggled to have my morning tea which was disappointing. If you are a swimmer, the pool is short barely 10 m so will slow you down with all the turns. Sauna was great and cozy. Breakfast at Maison Boulud was good but overpriced and no good tea so had to have a latte.

Luxury at its best. The bathroom was immaculate. Service from parking attendant, receptionist , housekeeping was impeccable. 5 minutes after we settled In, someone knocked on our door and the Ritz sent us wine and charcuterie as a welcome gift. We will be back!

This was an anniversary trip we had so been looking forward to, our first trip away from our kids. We wanted to feel spoiled. And the Ritz Carlton delivered. The staff was so kind and accommodating, and our room was incredible. I had mentioned in advance we were celebrating, and the staff left us a kind note and chocolates. Also, I will forever dream of the fancy toilet in our suite. Robot toilet, I love you.

Absolutely beautiful property. Oldest Ritz in the World. Staff was amazing and the room was first class. Loved the fireplace in the room. We had it on for 5 days. Rooftop pool was very nice on a cold day. Looking forward to another visit soon.

Surprisingly, the nightstands were extremely small; I could hardly place a my telephone and a book on it. Heated toilet seat was more like a barbecue than anything else, so do you job quickly or you’ll get branded on your butts!

Luxurious hotel with outstanding service. Expensive but worth the extra few dollars. Included breakfast ( missed by sleeping in after difficult day) and $100 bar / food credit. Prime location on elegant Sherbrooke Street, location of some of surviving gilded age mansions. Treat yourself

Beautiful stay. The hotel is old and the city has moved on to more trendy locations, but the service is what makes this hotel stand out! Better than the Westin, better than the Queen Elizabeth. If there’s a better hotel in Montreal, I haven’t found it yet.

During my stay, I discovered that this is the first, ORIGINAL Ritz-Carlton! Everything about the property is exquisite, from the original chandeliers from 1912 to their high tea time at their beautiful lobby lounge- loved it all! The service is also impeccable! House keeping spoiled me with a birthday cake as well as fresh flowers, and Antonio and his team took amazing care of my 4-year old son and me. It’s walking distance to all of the cool spots in downtown Montreal, but away from the noise so location is perfect.

The service from the moment we stepped through the doors was first class. From arranging a nail appt for myself, somewhere for my husband to watch the soccer and a PT session too, the team couldn’t have been better. Shout out to Veronica, every hotel should have one of her :) My only critic would be the food wasn’t “incredible”. The burger bun was too thick and dry, we ordered my son a kids burger and were charged the same as an adult, and also the champagne was not cold enough in the main bar (we will it really cold so may be someone’s thing?). But with so many great food places in Montreal we certainly didn’t starve nor let it take away from the incredible stay we had. Merci bien xx
