never ever book this hotel we turned up and went to check in as we rang the phone number they said that there was no rooms available when we actually booked the room a month before we got there and i still haven’t got my refund back yet. NEVER EVER going back to that booking ever again and for future people who look at that hotel don’t because they just rob you

Absolutely shocking awful place. Flew over from Dublin Saturday morning and arrived at the hotel to check in and was told they had over booked. I called the hotel the night before to check as I had seen in the comments someone arrived before and they were told room was unavailable. I was told on the phone room is 100% confirmed for my name. Arrived at the hotel and they were so dismissive saying there’s nothing we can do and pushed us out of the hotel. I called the “manager” and he hung up on me. Vile vile vile place please do not book. They took a few of £16 off me when booking and still gave my room away. Scum of the earth. Luckily I was able to find another room in the travel lodge and it was a blessing in disguise because this Cheetham guest house is an absolute dingy dive and it would have been horrible staying there anyway. Never going to book with hotels.com again either because there was no support available when we were stuck. They actually had the audacity to message me and tell me to review my stay.
