A wonderful stay at a wonderful hotel. Breakfast was superb with little touches such as a live pianist, champagne, hot chocolate etc. Easy access to main attractions. Cafe downstairs was excellent. Great little gym. Overall a top place to stay.

We liked the hotel especially the option to use the jacuzzi. The last 2 nights we could not get the lights to turn off so we had to unscrew the bulbs both nights. Reported this to the front desk both times but was not fixed

The hotel is in a great location near transportation and shopping. We stayed in the junior suite and it was a very large room furnished with many options for seating and storage. Staff were very polite and professional. The breakfast was included with a great deal of seating and options from the buffet. The sauna/massage/hot tub room in the listing is a bit misleading. It is not included and you are required to reserve a time slot at an additional cost. Overall a great value for a semi-luxurious suite in downtown Prague.

Excellent receptionist (someone of Jordanian origin) whom could write the manual of what hospitality really means. Superb breakfast included, fine quality and very diverse. Elegant and spacious rooms, and in general a simply delightful stay all around. Gym could use some improvement, but thankful it exists at all.

We loved the hotel. Great location and very walkable, clean, modern bathroom. Breakfast is very generous and tasty. However the best of the hotel is the personnel. I can’t say enough about people working there: whether it’s the desk or restaurant or cleaning. Everybody is polite, helpful, professional and very nice. We actually wanted to extend the stay but no surprise it was fully booked for the weekend. Would rdcommend to stay without hesitation to anybody visiting Prague

Overall lovely accommodations! Friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was amazing, although the hot food was never hot. Live piano music weekend mornings! Spacious and quiet room. Difficult to cool off our room for sleeping, however, and no cover options other than a duvet.

The most pretty hotel! Amazingly beautiful. The room (superior triple) was big and excellent. Big bathroom with bathtub. Very helpful staff. Ten minutes walk from the rail station, and five minutes from metro and trams. Amazing.

Hotel was well maintained, staff was courteous. Breakfast average and standard. Room given to us was claustrophobic with sky facing windows. Despite request staff did not revert with options to change the room. Neither reverted with option to cancel the balance of the trip despite requests.

Hotel is wonderful with nice decor and art work display. Clean room and pretty good breakfast! It’s 12-15 minutes walk to train station, no need to take a taxi, unless you have a large, heavy suitcase. 20 minutes walk to Old Town Square. Just one negative comment- on last day of our stay (5 nights) we found , that instead of superior triple room we were put to superior double room, it was not , that we were paying for. Unfortunately, it was no manager on duty to discuss this issue. We were told, that manager quit job the day before. Anyway, we did enjoy our stay at this hotel and beautiful city during Christmas!

Hotel is located reasonably close to tram and subway and only a few minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. Room on level5 was very quiet and well appointed (seems to have been refurbished in recent times). Breakfast was included in rate and was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Fyra dagar i Prag och på hotellet Boutique hotel seven dags var välgörande för kropp och själ - lätt att ta sig in till gamla stan och broarna och upp till slottet. Personalen är väldig hjälpsamma, frukosten var bra och hela tiden fylldes det på när det började ta slut. Kan starkt rekommendera hotellet och Prag.

Ja, det här var ett riktigt bra hotell, troligtvis topp 5 av dom vi bott på! Hotellet är i äldre stil, med stora rum och stor toalett. Fantastisk frukost som inte saknade något! Man har på ganska liten yta fått in allt och lite till. 5-6 olika sortes mjölk till exempel för de som behöver det. Gångavstånd till citykärnan, 350 meter till tunnelbana (stationen Muzeum). Vi är extremt nöjda med vår vistelse, kommer vi tillbaka till Prag så kommer vi definitivt bo här igen!
