Diplomat Hotel Prague

Leider haben wir kein Upgrade bekommen. Ebenso enttäuschend ist das Parkhaus. Man bezahlt für 2,5 Tage 56 Euro und muss sich in einen sehr kleinen Parkplatz im Parkhaus quetschen. Das Hotel hat zu wenig Parkplätze. Besonders empfehlenswert ist das japanische Restaurant im Hotel ist absolut empfehlenswert.

Vriendelijk personeel en erg nette kamer alles wat je nodig hebt voor een lang weekend. De Hotelbar liet te wensen. Bestelling vergeten of erg lang wachten op je drankje. Maar overall dik tevreden over het hotel

Hotel is located not so far from centre due to MHD and available Metro just in front of hotel entrance. Hotel it self quite nice and well equiped. One thing which is bit let down is there is no bar running later than midnight, also room services ends by 11 p.m. so if you arrive late hungry you are ... Room service ends exactly same time when restaurant = zero advantage, only you need to pay hefty fee for room delivery. You have option to ask not to clean room / change towels to be bit more eco friendly, only advantage is very small biscuit, but at least something, next time will let room cleaned as it means you get tea and coffe too. Value is ... this year all hotels went crazy with prices, if i did not have it on last moment and hugelly discounted i would say value is very poor. With discount is quite reasonable in comparision with other options in Prague.

Would highly recommend a stay at this hotel. Staff are very kind and helpful. 2 minute walk from a tram stop and subway entrance. Lots of nice cafes, restaurants and grocery stores close by. Fabulous Japanese restaurant in the basement of the hotel.

Nice property. However, they are misrepresented on Expedia. Although they claimed to have a gym as part of the room package on their premises, there is an upcharge of 10 euro/day per person to use it. The sauna is an additional 20 euro/day per person. I specifically chose this property because it fit my budget. I believe they know this is an issue. Ridiculous.

Hotel is well located out of the tourist side of Prague, but an easy walk into town, and plenty of trsnsport options. Easy onsite parking at reasonable price. Room good, staff helpful and no issue with English. A great option.

Top Hotel. Schöne Zimmer, tolle Bar. Sehr gutes Frühstück

Parking says it’s free, but we were charged at check out, breakfast was amazing and very clean

A pretty bad stay. Found out at check-in that the hotel gym costs 10 per person per use. Got that comped but not great. Room was very noisy and water from the tap turned yellow so skipped having a bath.

Awesome place. Highly recommend and I look forward to returning to this location. Awesome rooftop gym and friendly staff.

Jag är en återkommande gäst och kund till Vienna House, Prague. Hotellet har en bra tillgänglighet och närhet till centrum, slottet, med shopping, restauranger och nöjen. Likaså en smidig närhet även till flygplatsen. Hotellet har en fantastiskt bra service och ett mycket bra kundbemötande. Tyvärr var det rum jag blev tilldelad senast inte godtagbart rent. Det luktade allmänt inte fräscht och toalettsitsen var inte ordentligt rengjord. Det var första gången, sedan många år, jag blev besviken på Vienna House Prague.

My room was awesome, everything was spotless, I was incredibly pleased.

Zimmer sind okay, etwas staubig und hellhörig, das erste leider mit kaputtem Fenster. Der Techniker kam schnell, der dann notwendige Zimmerwechsel erfolgte professionell. Der Getränkegutschein für die Bar als Entschuldigung war sehr angenehm. Nervig war, das sich gegen 8 Uhr früh eine Dame vom Zimmerservice ohne Klopfen und einem Wort Zutritt verschaffte. Dies passierte bei beiden von uns gebuchten Zimmern, war damit kein Einzelfall und wirkte unprofessionell. Daher 1 Stern Abzug, sonst insgesamt ein empfehlenswertes Hotel.

Hands down the cleanest immaculate hotel I’ve ever stayed in. I stay in top hotels often but always find faults with cleanliness etc but this hotel was insanely clean. Fresh new pillows and divers and everything I could want.

Sehr gutes Frühstück, sehr sauberes Hotel, Personal sehr freundlich und super Lage. Ist man gut zu Fuß, kann man auch ins Zentrum laufen.

Ett trevligt och smidigt bemötande i receptionen, som tillmötesgick mina önskemål om ett rum mot insidan av hotellet. Rummet var välstädat och doftade friskt och fräscht. Allt var i toppskick.

The property location is amazing, close enough to all the historical landmarks and yet conveniently removed from the hustle and bustle of the city. We really appreciated the warm greetings from the front desk, a special thanks to Tetyana! The room was clean and equipped with all the necessary amenities for a convenient stay. The beds could be a bit more comfortable though, the duvets were an odd size. The bathroom was clean overall, yet there was a small smudge on the silicon. This dampened the experience a bit, as you expect this kind of hotel to be spotless.

Trevlig personal. Frukosten var riklig, varierad och fräsch och rummen i gott skick. Hotellet ligger bra till för att både ta sig in till centrala stan och till flygplatsen.

Bra hotell med lagom långt till centrum. Mycket fint utbud på frukosten. Lite hårda sängar.

Fantastisk hotel til en rigtig god pris. Morgenmaden var helt i top. Rigtig meget at vælge imellem. Værelserne rigtig lækker med masser af plads.

The room was fine, but it was overheated - I needed to have the window open just to get some air in. Everything else was fine.

Liked: Very close to the subway stop and airport bus. CNN on TV available! Did not like: Icebox leaking, coffee pot lid broken, drain in bath tub and sink were working poorly, there is no iron in the room.

The connecting rooms are a disaster. You can hear everything that's going on next door.

nice but the air vent in my room make noise all night

I was a guest for 5 nights. I've chosen this hotel (and cancelled a different accomodation) because of the good reviews, Wyndham brand, very near to public transport and supermarket. At check-in the hotel staff is very friendly! No queue, so straight on to the room. I stayed at the 4th floor. 4 elevators are convenient, since the property gets busy often with congress/seminars booked on floor 2. The room itself seemed amazing, and it was indeed really tidy and clean! Although, some aspects, as for me at least, made the room questionable. 1. The armchair smelled really chemical (cleaning products by housekeeping?) and there was always a breeze of it in the room. 2. The room (and hallway) constantly had a high temperature. Upon turning the thermostat down and engaging the A/C, only a fan started. The room was impossible to cool, apart from the tilting window. (In wintertime, the A/C is turned off, told to me by staff and maintenance employee). 3. I asked for a quiet room in my booking, and no complaints about the staff; I received a room far away from the elevators. Unfortunately, elevators are not the only noise producing factors. Toilets getting flushed are very audible, as well (for my room at least): 4. A constant low tuned buzzing electric sound. I got used to it after a couple of nights but it was really annoying. This hotel is good and has great staff, super clean and hospitable, modern rooms. I justed really hoped more quietness.

Friendly staff. The hotel itself is beautiful! Close to a grocery store and a few restaurants. The only disappointment were the pillows. They were completely flat and provided no support or cushioning at all. Other than that, really loved our stay here!

Enjoy staying here. A relatively quiet area with good transport to both the airport and the city centre. Comfortable rooms though Aircon seemed unable to cool the room sufficiently. Breakfast excellent!

Front reception not friendly

I am staying in this hotel periodically for last 3 years and I am always happy to get back. Staff is nice and location of hotel is ideal - less than a minute to underground station that gets you anywhere in the city. Can fully recommend.

Magdalena at the reception provided a perfectly professional welcome with a lot of knowledge, information, and an inviting smile. Great job!

The hotel facilitates in the whole is ok but there is a surprise to me. The reception provide me the room which is already has other customer stay in. When I open the door, it is a surprise. I go back the reception to report this case. The staff seems it is common and without an apology or sorry words . She finally change another room to me. I believe it is a serious mistake as this will interrupt the occupant ‘s privacy as well as safety.

The hotel staff was excellent - very friendly and eager to assist with the requests we had. The hotel restaurant served great food and delicious wine. Would definitely consider staying there again when visiting Prague.

I always stay here when I come to Prague. The staff are always friendly and very helpful. It’s convenient to the airport and easy access to metro.

Nicht zentral, aber Metro Dejvicka und Knotenpunkt von wichtigen Straßenbahnen in 1-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, auch beste Anbindung zu Bahnhof mit nur 1 Mal Umsteigen, um die Ecke zu Einkaufsmöglichkeit in Billa plus. Zimmer sauber, Bad mit Badewanne, Spiegel leider etwas zu weit nach innen, kein helles weißes Licht. Reinigungspersonal hält sich an Nicht stören-Schild.

Nice place not too far from the castle. Breakfast is quite a spread, but not included in the basic rate. Tram station is in front of hotel which makes getting around the city easy with a 120 CSK day pass.

This hotel is excellent and is conveniently located right next to the metro station.

Very convenient location. Hotel is 2 mins walk to tram stop and 5 mins walk to Metro station. A supermarket and drug store is just at the next building of the hotel. Surrounding have food and restaurant choices. Its also a 20 minutes taxi ride to airport.

Das Hotel ist verkehrstechnisch sehr günstig gelegen. Es gibt ausreichende Parkmöglichkeiten beim Hotel. Die Straßenbahnhalte stelle und Metrohaltestelle sind direkt vor dem Hotel, so dass man innerhalb von wenigen Minuten mitten im Geschehen ist.

This hotel is very close to the subway and they have friendly staff. The rooms are clean and area is safe. Also this location is close to attractions by subway or bus.

Great stay in the Junior Suite of Vienna House. Spacious, clean, friendly staff, and easy to really get comfy in the apartment if you’re staying longer. Close to National Library of Technology where my conference was taking place. Tram stop just outside. Twenty minute walk to the castle. 35 minute walk to Charles Bridge via castle.

Fabulous hotel to stay in for a trip to Prague. Metro & Tram stops close to the hotel and only 3 stops from the main areas of interest. Rooms are nice & comfortable. Breakfast was great, staff lovely. Really enjoyed our stay here

Πολύ καλό και πεντακάθαρο ξενοδοχείο και δωμάτιο. Το πρωινό είναι εξαιρετικό! Ετοιμάζουν επί τόπου επίσης ομελετες και κρέπες για όποιον θέλει. Ακριβώς απέξω υπάρχει στάση τραμ που περναει κάθε 8 λεπτά τις καθημερινές προς κέντρο.. υπάρχει επίσης στάση μετρό στα 100 μέτρα.
