Property location is perfect, a minute walk to the main square and close to all major attractions. Tons of shopping and restaurants around. The staff were wonderful and very helpful throughout our stay. The hotel room was a bit more dated than we originally expected but overall the property is nice. They have a beer spa on site which was a fun experience I highly recommend trying. Would recommend staying here if you travelling to the city.

Balcony view was wonderful. Only problem was dragging a heavy suitcase up (and down) long flights of stairs to and from the fourth floor. Had we known, we each would have brought a small suitcase instead of combining our belongings into one.

Our first room assignment was on fourth floor- with NO ELEVATOR. The hotel took our bags up for us, but my husband has breathing issues, and he could not handle the steps. The hotel graciously moved us to their second building with an elevator. Our stay was great after the move!

NO elevator! Our room was on the 4th floor. Offsite parking location was an adventure in our rental car, as was finding the hotel. Front staff of Honza & Barbara were great. Especially Honza, he went above & beyond. Our room was very nice.

This hotel is at a perfect location in the Old Town, a couple of minutes walk from the famous Old Town Square and other sights, shopping, restaurants. Driving to and away from the location is quite easy, hotel offers paid parking in the inner courtyard. The room and amenities are very basic, nothing special, but it was clean and comfortable. At first we were put in a room that was not cleaned and ready, although it wasn't obvious at first sight, but the staff was very friendly and helpful in resolving it and moved us to another room. We didn't use any other offered amenities, but the parking. We can recommend the hotel for quick stays and easy access to everything Old Town.

Lovely quirky old hotel in a very central location. Just a pity it doesn't have it's own bar/restaurant. Reception a little tricky to find as it's down a little alley off the street.

Idéalement situé dans le quartier historique pour les visites (guidées ou pas), le quartier est aussi très animé mais par conséquent aussi un peu bruyant, mieux vaut dormir fenêtres fermées. Dodo assuré grâce à une literie confortable et spacieuse. Le plus, un personnel très aimable accueillant et serviable !

Our first stay at the hotel. We travel to Prague frequently and this was our first stay here. It has been our favourite accommodation. The room was very tidy, clean, spacious and nice to relax in. The reception staff were wonderfully helpful, kind and considerate. The food for breakfast was great with an excellent array of items to choose from. Location is perfect. We will aim to stay here again next year. Thank you again. It was a lovely stay in our favourite city.

La ubicación es perfecta. El tamaño de la habitación es increíble y el staff es muy amable y servicial. No le pongo 5 estrellas simplemente por dos cosas: la ducha no andaba del todo bien, creo que cuando alguien más en otra habitación se iba a bañar, se generaba un cambio de temperatura en el agua mientras yo me estaba bañando. A veces me congelaba y otras veces me quemaba. Lo otro, que no es culpa 100% del hotel, pero podrían hacer algo, es que cerca hay muchos pubs que se llena de gente borracha que canta alto hasta altas horas de la madrugada, por lo que se escucha a la hora de dormir. Quizás con una doble ventana o algo similar se solucionaría. De todos modos, volvería mil veces.

Room was very spacious and comfortable, with lovely big windows and a comfy bed. Staff were professional and helpful at all times, and were happy to store luggage for us after check-out, as our flights weren't until the evening. The location is perfect - close to historic sites and public transport, we felt right in the middle of things. Plenty of great food options nearby too!

Premesso che la posizione era molto comoda in pieno centro eravamo 2 coppie su 2 camere differenti: la nostra al secondo piano sicuramente spaziosa aveva il difetto che entrando si sentiva un pessimo odore probabilmente colpa di tubature difettose che costringeva ad aprire le finestre per cambiare aria. Peggio è andata ai nostri amici al primo piano la cui camera dava su un locale notturno che produceva musica a tutto volume fino a tarda notte; alle proteste dei nostri amici presso la reception la risposta è stata "è venerdi sera"... Sconsigliato a chi vuole riposare

2 night break and chose hotel because it was so close to the old town square. Great location. Room was big and comfy. Decor is in keeping with the old building so don’t expect cutting edge modern style. Room was very clean and the staff on reception were so friendly, welcoming and helpful. Enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend

Hotel Metamorphis is in a great location, near everything you want to see in Prague Old Town. The hotel and staff are wonderful and very nice. The only reason for not giving it 5 stars is our doorknob came off upon check in and wasn't repaired until the 4th day when we asked about it and also the TV in the room did not work during our stay even after maintenance attempted to repair. Aside from this our room was very comfortable, the bed was also very comfortable and we thoroughly enjoyed our balcony. Please note that you will hear noise from nearby bars at all hours and from party goers walking around until 2-3 a.m. We visited the week of Christmas and New Years we were up all night with fireworks, the music from bars and festivities. Aside from this, if this is your first time visiting Old Town, you can not beat the location of this hotel and the great staff.

At first glance, this place was great: the location is stellar and walkable to all the old town areas, room was large, nice balcony, has AC in the bedroom. It all went downhill from there. The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was right above a club that is bumping music until 4am. Construction on the building began at bright and early at 7/8am so we literally got no sleep. Someone tried getting into our room around 3am the first night which was incredibly frightening and startling. The staff was incredibly rude (especially the male front desk agent). Our booking got messed up and they had zero flexibility to help us remedy because of their firm “non refundable policy”. I would NOT recommend this hotel to others.

The room was great, very big compared to a typical hotel room. This place was perfect for my trip because I wanted to be close enough to walk to the main tourist areas but I also wanted quiet. It’s perfectly located away from noise but still very close walking distance to the square, shops, restaurants, etc. I was pleasantly surprised because the price was amazing for what you get for the rate. Definitely will return here next time I come to Prague.

Overall, this hotel is more like staying at a hostel. Breakfast was ok. It is not in the hotel but around the corner. Wi-fi did not work either night we were there & front desk staff was unable to assist. There’s also no one on site after 11pm but a number you can call for emergencies. The area is near several bars and a main square and there’s quite a bit of noise into the early morning. It is a decent location though and the room was large & clean.

Gorgeous hotel and fantastic service! I had an amazing time staying with them in Prague and I would 100% come back. Front desk helped me book my river tour and made everything easy. The room was big and clean and very comfortable, I had a balcony that overlooked a private courtyard (had more space than I expected to have!) and had a great view of the church nearby.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a terrible experience. Upon arrival, we were informed that there was no elevator and that our room was on the second floor with no one available to help carry our luggage. Additionally, the hot water was either freezing cold or unavailable at certain times of the day. We had requested a late check-out, even if it came with a fee, but were met with confusion and miscommunication from the staff. We expressed interest in a later check-out, and a receptionist told us that we can stay until 13:30. On the day of our departure, we received an email stating that we had failed to check out and were required to return to the hotel immediately. When we returned, the receptionist, Honza, was rude and aggressive, shouting at us and ordering us to return to our room without allowing us to explain the situation. He further humiliated us by yelling at us in front of other guests in the lobby, slamming the doors on us. Honza continued to blame us for the misunderstanding and threatened to charge us a late check-out fee. His behavior was completely unacceptable and I would not recommend this hotel to others based on my experience. The overall conduct of the staff was disgraceful and left a negative impression on what should have been a pleasant stay.

The room reeked of cigarette smoke and was right above a club that is bumping music until 4am. Construction on the building began at bright and early at 7/8am so we literally got no sleep. Someone tried getting into our room around 3am the first night which was incredibly frightening and startling. The staff was incredibly rude (especially the male front desk agent). Our booking got messed up and they had zero flexibility to help us remedy because of their firm “non refundable policy”. I would NOT recommend this hotel to others.

Room was very spacious and comfortable, with lovely big windows and a comfy bed. Staff were professional and helpful at all times, and were happy to store luggage for us after check-out, as our flights weren't until the evening. The location is perfect - close to historic sites and public transport, we felt right in the middle of things. Plenty of great food options nearby too!

The room was great, very big compared to a typical hotel room. This place was perfect for my trip because I wanted to be close enough to walk to the main tourist areas but I also wanted quiet. It’s perfectly located away from noise but still very close walking distance to the square, shops, restaurants, etc. I was pleasantly surprised because the price was amazing for what you get for the rate. Definitely will return here next time I come to Prague.

This hotel is at a perfect location in the Old Town, a couple of minutes walk from the famous Old Town Square and other sights, shopping, restaurants. Driving to and away from the location is quite easy, hotel offers paid parking in the inner courtyard. The room and amenities are very basic, nothing special, but it was clean and comfortable. At first we were put in a room that was not cleaned and ready, although it wasn't obvious at first sight, but the staff was very friendly and helpful in resolving it and moved us to another room. We didn't use any other offered amenities, but the parking. We can recommend the hotel for quick stays and easy access to everything Old Town.

The staff were lovely, the room was spotless. Unusually for breakfast, you had to leave the hotel and walk around the corner to have breakfast in a partner hotel. Only negative was the mugs provided were just for small cups of coffee, and reception had nothing larger, I bought a tea in Starbucks then kept that cup for my morning cuppa.

East walk to and from the main train station. The hotel staff was very accommodating in terms of scheduling tours. The room was unique-felt like we were in a palace. The only downside was the breakfast. Marginal and overpriced. Consider going out somewhere for breakfast.

Stay here! Excellent location to walk nearly everywhere. Delicious full breakfast. Rm 521 is large, has large bathroom and it is upstairs near the back in a smaller building so very quiet. I will stay at Hotel Metamorphis if I ever return to Praha. Staff is very helpful and polite.

A wonderful hotel in the Old Town. Walkable to all the major sites in and around Old Town Prague. Staff are friendly and the morning breakfast will fuel u up for walking around the city and up to Castle Prague. Highly recommend this hotel.

Breakfast was included in my reservation, but on the second day they charged me for breakfast because they did not have a record of me as a client of the Metamorphis hotel. Of course I complained, but the only option they gave me was to pay and then ask for a refund at the hotel reception. I did and the hotel sent me back to the other hotel's restaurant to ask for my money back. In short, a complete hassle I had to go through.

This hotel is right in the center of New Town but is in an historic little courtyard that made it feel very quiet and safe from the bustle just 200 yards away. The desk staff was friendly and helpful and the place was immaculately clean. I did not choose the breakfast option as there were so many adorable cafes nearby that I tried in the morning.

La struttura si compone di due edifici divisi in pieno centro. La camera era molto ampia e pulita gli arredi però datati e la moquette ha fatto il suo tempo, ma la vera nota dolente è l'assenza di insonorizzazione e tutte le notti vieni svegliato o dagli ubriachi che gridano o da qualche auto o camion della spazzatura.
